Jurnal Abdimas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis (JAMEB), merupakan jurnal ilmiah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang memiliki fungsi untuk mempublikasikan naskah artikel pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan fokus dan ruang lingkup pada bidang ilmu yang telah diteliti dalam penelitian sebelumnya secara empiris dan teori. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilakukan berupa pemberdayaan masyarakat di lokasi pelayanan dan pengembangan produk usaha dan pemasaran berbasis digital marketing. Target audiens dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah warga sekitar, aparat setempat, usaha mikro yang ada, dan pihak luar dalam hal pemasaran. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan penyuluhan terlebih dahulu kemudian memberikan pendampingan terhadap praktik kegiatan tersebut hingga akhirnya pada tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Dimana tidak hanya sebatas latihan namun pendampingan dalam membuat produk tersebut memiliki nilai tambah dan pemasaran produk berbasis digital marketing. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini antara lain dapat menciptakan peluang usaha, desa mandiri, mengembangkan usaha mikro, membantu meningkatkan nilai jual produk, digital marketing dan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru.

Abstract

The largest source of waste is from settlements, the composition is 75% consisting of organic waste and only 25% inorganic waste. Organic waste has been widely used as material for making compost, briquettes and biogas, but inorganic waste is still very poorly managed. Inorganic waste is very difficult to be degraded and even cannot be degraded at all by nature, therefore a very large area is needed to compensate for the production of this type of waste. The most common inorganic waste found in the community is plastic waste. In 2018 the production of plastic waste for packaging reached 925,000 tons and about 80% of it has the potential to become waste that is harmful to the environment. Exposure to additives in plastics (plasticizers) has a wide impact on health, especially for the fetus and child. Plastics are widely used as food and beverage packaging. Knowing how to choose and use the right type of plastic that will come into contact with food is important to avoid the risk of exposure to harmful chemicals in plastic. This service program aims to educate about the impact of plasticizers on health through public education programs targeted at community leaders around the Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya Bekasi. Education is delivered in the local language and is followed by free discussion with participants via virtual. Response analysis showed that most of the participants did not know how to use plastic properly as food and beverage packaging and did not know the classification of plastics. However, most agree that the use of plastics should be limited in food processing and that children are susceptible to the dangers of plasticizers. Educational results show a change in participant responses. It was concluded that this educational program effectively modified participants' attitudes and knowledge about the risks of using plastic in the processing and packaging of food and beverage products. Abstract

The purpose of this activity is that Business Ethics Education participants understand the importance of applying ethical principles in doing business, Business Ethics Education participants are willing to participate in the socialization of understanding the application of ethical principles in business and Business Ethics Education participants understand the application of ethical principles in business. The implementation method used is by way of lectures, discussions and tutorials on practical questions via Teleconference with the Online Meeting Application. The material provided includes a discussion of (1) the role of ethics in business for MSME actors, (2) Benefits in doing business for MSME actors and (3) Application of ethical principles in business for MSME actors. Abstract

The current pandemic has led to a wave of layoffs in several sectors. Layoffs result in economic disruption in the family. Motherpreneurs can be an option in the midst of economic difficulties in the family. Motherpreneur can be interpreted as a housewife who can also be an entrepreneur. Housewives have many skills that can be explored and provided with provisions that can be used to open business opportunities. Provide training on several selling ideas in the culinary field and provide training on the use of social media and markerplaces as a means of product promotion. It is hoped that these mothers will become more economically independent and at the same time support the family economy. This community service is carried out in Demangan Village, Karangdowo District, Klaten Regency

Abstract

One of the ways to improve the quality of life in the household is to be supported by good household financial management, and for that it is necessary to carry out household financial planning as early as possible. The purpose of this Community Service is to educate the improvement of the quality of life by providing financial planning to the people of Labuan Village, Pandeglang - Banten. The reason for the importance of this activity is that the majority of the villagers work as traders and their income is uncertain, coupled with their relatively low level of formal education. This condition, if not equipped with good financial literacy, has the potential to result in poor financial management for their household. The method implemented is to make observations and counseling, namely by systematically observing and recording the symptoms/phenomena being investigated, because it turns out that the surrounding community has a low quality of life and lacks an understanding of how to manage finances properly so that the financial goals they expect are achieved. The results of this financial planning briefing are expected that the people of Labuan Village will be able to practice how to manage household finances to be more organized, planned and wise for the sake of economic resilience, resulting in a better quality of life.Keywords: Education, Finance, Economic Resilience

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan berupa penyuluhan kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan sosialisasi penanganan covid-19 melalui upaya keselamatan dan kesehatan serta ketahanan pangan masyarakat. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan Abdi Masyarakat ini adalah Para warga setempat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan penyuluhan terlebih dahulu kemudian baru melakukan pendampingan akan praktek dari penyuluhan tersebut. Ketersediaan tenaga ahli dari para Dosen Universitas Bhayangkara, Bekasi, dan para tenaga pembantu dari Mahasiswa, peserta (masyarakat) sehingga terlaksananya kegiatan Abdi Mayarakat ini. Manfaat yang didapatkan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini antara lain dapat membantu masyarakata dalam berpikir kreatif dan inovasi dalam mempertahankan kebutuhan akan pangan di masa pandemic covid-19 berlandaskan kewirausahaan untuk dapat mendukung dan mempertahankan kondisi saat ini.

Abstract

The establishment of Village BUM is intended as an effort to accommodate all activities in the economic sector and/or public services managed by the Village and/or inter-Village cooperation. Villages can establish Village-Owned Enterprises called Village BUM which are managed with the spirit of family and cooperation. Businesses that can be run by Village BUM are businesses in the economic sector or public services in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. The establishment of Village BUM was agreed upon through village deliberations and stipulated by village regulations. This Empowerment activity aims to increase the potential of Bumdes Makmur which is located in Bojong Gede Village - Bogor Regency, West Java. Based on a preliminary survey of conditions in Bojong Gede Village, low information about the existence of Bumdes was identified. The public in general does not know much, even though the condition of the majority of people working as farmers, traders and craftsmen certainly needs a village institution that is able to accommodate the potential of the community and the natural potential of the village in order to become a new source of income for the community. Empowerment activities provided in the form of socialization and discussion.

Abstract

In today's Digital era, it is very important to build the business character or entrepreneurship of the younger generation. For them to have the awareness of changing the culture of 'job seeking' to a culture of 'creating jobs and jobs'. The spirit of the entrepreneur must be in the youth. One of them, built through carkater entreprenership by fostering new creative entrepreneurs who are innovative based on technology.The purpose of this activity is to empower Karang Taruna Pondok Ranggon – East Jakarta by providing Education and Motivation to grow their entrepreneurial spirit through a series of interactive presentations and discussions. The results of this activity show that this activity is able to increase and foster the entrepreneurial spirit of the youth so that they have a sense of interpreneuership and are able to see business opportunities.

Abstract

Sebagai Mitra dalam Abdimas  yaitu   Angota arisan  Warga Masyarakat  yang beralamat di RT-08 Jl.TMPN Kalibata RT 08/ RW 07 Kelurahan Duren Tiga, Kecamatan Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan, yang penghasilannya dari usaha dagang,  Kost-Kosan dan usaha lainnya . Tetapi  berkaitan dengan pengelolaan  perputaran uang kas  pribadinya, merasa mereka  belum bisa  membuat perencanaan pelaporan  keuangan  dan analisanya . Perencanaa Laporan Keuangan yang menjadi solusi adalah Pendapingan Perencanaan Keuangan dengan IFPE (Indonesia Financial Planning Engine) guna mencapai kesejahteraan dengan mengunakan pendekatan penelitian partisipasi. Langkah penerapan pendekatan tersebut adalah Studi Pendahuluan, Analisis Kebutuhan, Pelaksanaan. Focus Group Disccussion, Praktek dan simulasi. Perencanan pelaporan keuangan yang menginplementasikan IFPE   bermanfaat dengan baik untuk warga sebab penyusunan rencana dan pelaporan keuangan lebih sederhana. Sehingga diharapkan setelah pendampingan, warga mampu membuat perencanaan dan pelaporan  keuangan dan analisanya  sehingga mampu pengambilan keputusan  bahwa pendapatan itu bisa di manfaatkan untuk kebutuhan yang pas/idealdan sejahtera.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to overcome one of the problems that often occur by MSME business actors, namely regarding the management of bookkeeping in MSMEs which is realized through a simple bookkeeping assistance program. The method in this service is carried out through providing material about the introduction of simple bookkeeping, providing an understanding of how to compile simple bookkeeping and accompanying bookkeeping practices. The object of service is the Asep Grocery Store which is located at Marga Mulya Village, North Bekasi District.The results in this service activity found that so far the practice of simple bookkeeping in the Asep Grocery Store business was not continuous and not stored and there was no standard format. With this activity, it is hoped that business owners have an understanding of financial records and feel the benefits of the importance of bookkeeping. Suggestions for further service development can continue through the form of accounting and bookkeeping activities through information technology-based applications that are simple and easy to understand by the owner.
