Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of casual daily workers on Simple Accounting skills regarding finances, so that they can make better planning and financial records. So that it can improve the ability to plan and record finances, increase understanding and knowledge about the importance of managing finances well. And in the end it can develop its business activities, and make its business continuity so that it can sustainably survive and grow. Abstract

Public transportation activities are developing so rapidly, so that every public transportation business, one of which is rail public transportation, is renovating and improving services from all aspects. In marketing strategy, to increase sales, an important factor that needs to be considered is the level of customer satisfaction. Monitoring customer satisfaction that is carried out properly is a material for conductingaccountable evaluations for decision making related to improving rail services, fulfilling service processes needed by customers, and improving service processes to customers. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which public service facilities are influenced by the quality of service for commuter line users. In addition, to see how much public service facilities are affected by the quality of service for commuter line users. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using SPSS 21.0 software. In the study, it was found that public services had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction of commuter line train users, where the higher the public service provided by the commuter line train, the higher customer satisfaction. Rail public service standards have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction of commuter line train users.Keywords : Customer Quality and Public Service.

Abstract

Bekasi Regency is experiencing serious problems regarding waste management. Waste production reaches 2,100 tons and only 800 tons can be transported to the final disposal site (TPA) Burangkeng, meaning that 1,300 tons of waste remains in the temporary disposal site (TPS). One of the reasons is the lack of waste fleet owned by the Bekasi Regency government, currently there are around 112 units available, while what is needed is around 320 units. With the accumulation of garbage, of course, it has negative impacts, such as floods, disease, and gives the environment a slum impression. Public awareness must be built so that they can take part by not littering. For this reason, community service activities are carried out to convey the various dangers that can arise from waste. It was also conveyed that waste if handled properly will provide economic value for families and communities. This community service activity is carried out by means of lectures and direct dialogue with the community, and jointly formulating a program on how to change waste so that it has economic value. Abstract

Financial planning is very important for individuals or families, especially in terms of regulating and managing existing finances. The purpose of this activity is to provide counseling to the weightlifting athletes of the 'Tegar Faith' club who are members of the PB PABSI. The reason for the importance of this activity is that the productive age for athletes is generally short, especially athletes who rely on physical activity in their activities, so that many athletes who retire at a relatively young age then experience financial difficulties. Talking about the retirement of an athlete, especially for the sport of Weightlifting, is almost certainly very short. Usually they are successful at the age of 17 to 25 years because at that age the athletes reach their golden age. It is conceivable if an athlete has passed his golden age, but cannot manage his finances properly. If this condition is not prepared from the start, it will have an impact on the economic security of the athlete's family if he is no longer an athlete. The method used is to make observations by systematically observing and recording the symptoms / phenomena being investigated, how phenomena that often occur among former athletes, then determining the theme of service, namely financial planning for athletes. The results of this financial planning briefing are expected by athletes The weightlifters, especially those who are members of the "True Faithful" club, can prepare their financial planning well, if at any time they are no longer athletes. Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to provide education, knowledge, understanding, action, and skills from an early age in the use of information and communication technology in the context of designing research by combining the use of MS applications. Office, internet, and the use of the Mendeley program application for undergraduate students (S1) STT Duta Bangsa-Cikarang. The method used in the implementation of this PKM activity is concept mapping (network of information on students' initial knowledge), basic reasoning, recognizing and explaining the advantages of technology and information, and procedures for using the Mendeley program application accompanied by the provision of direct practice in running the program. application of the program. This training involved lecturers and students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta as the executor of this PKM activity, and STT Duta BangsaCikarang students as participants. And finally, our hope is to get an understanding that goes along with a common thought. Abstract

Penyadaran masyarakat mengenai bahaya dan manfaat sampah sebaiknya secara terus-menerus dilakukan. Edukasi kesadaraan dan membekali keterampilan kepada warga dalam pengelolaan sampah dengan penerapan prinsip reduce, reuse, recycle dan replant (4R). Prinsip 4R dapat mengubah sampah bernilai ekonomi sekaligus berkontribusi terhadap pengurangan sampah di lingkungan, dalam jangka panjang dapat mengurangi penyebaran penyakit dan banjir akibat tumpukan sampah. Pengelolaan sampah dimulai sejak dari sumbernya, dengan mengadakan dan menyiapkan sarana/prasarana. Salah satu yang dilakukan dalam upaya menyiapkan saran/prasarana pengelolaan sampah adalah dengan kegiatan Bank Sampah. Konsep Bank Sampah yakni memilah dan mengumpulkan sampah kering dan basah sejak awal. Bank Sampah dikelola layaknya perbankan yang memiliki manajemen, yaitu menabung sampah atau buangan dari masyarakat. Polanya dengan melibatkan warga sebagai ujung tombak melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pembimbingan, pelatihan dengan cara atau metode partisipasi emansipatoris (interaksi dan komunikasi). Dialog dengan warga di komunitas lingkungan perumahan terus ditingkatkan. Kegiatan Bank Sampah memerlukan jejaring dan dukungan kemitraan berbagai pihak untuk bersama-sama mengelola sampah sehingga bernilai ekonomi dan market friendly, hal ini penting untuk menjaga semangat warga bahwa apa yang dilakukannya dihargai dan bermanfaat bagi diri dan lingkungan. Sampah yang di kelola secara baik memberi manfaat langsung dengan berkurangnya timbunan sampah di lingkungan masyarakat, sehingga lingkungan menjadi lebih bersih dan asri, serta dapat menambah penghasilan masyarakat. Abstract

The still occurring covid-19 pandemic in the city area of Bekasi has affected learning activities for students via online living rooms with a limited schedule, so requiring teachers to be innovative in providing online and creative learning time after the learning process. This activity is undertaken to provide increased ability and understanding for teachers at the elementary school of cendrawasih the city of Bekasi with entrepreneurship and online learning models. Teachers can look for alternatives in the online learning model and can fill time to start self-entrepreneurs so that the online learning process is less boring and the time after online learning activities to be more productive. This method of carrying out the activity is the direct delivery of talks and discussions. Materials provided include explanations and discussions about the concept of entrepreneurship, how to start self-entrepreneurs, motivations related to teaching activities by teachers, and example examples of online teaching models.

Abstract

The purpose of this multimedia is to improve the ability of training members and employees with abilities in the field of multimedia through. Multimedia uses several media to present information which is a combination of text, graphics, animation, images, video and sound such as making graphic designs, text, images, video, audio, animation. This implementation was carried out for 2 months starting from the training in July and August 2019 at the Pushinfolatha Computer Lab, TNI Headquarters, Cilangkap. The training participants are TNI members and PNS employees and 20 people. The training was carried out using practical methods in the Pusinfolatha computer lab with the material presented was making infographic-based presentations, making logos, posters, banners, banners and video editing. The implementation of this training was successful and all participants were able to follow the training material well, it can be seen from the work and evaluation results that the average score obtained by participants was above 90.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to improve the competence of English language vocabulary of junior English teachers by utilizing the online busuu media. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The sample in this research is teachers of SD Yasporbi Jakarta. Researchers provide vocabulary and speaking test before treatment (pre-test) using online busuu media in the form of multiple choice, and vocabulary and speaking test after treatment (post-test) using online busuu media. The results of this study indicate an increase in listening skills as indicated by an increase in the value of post-test. Key Words: Media, Online, Busuu, Vocabulary, Speaking, English

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to MSME actors to be able to recognize how to record their business accounting. With this accounting knowledge, MSME actors can make financial reports of their businesses. With the information presented in the financial statements, it is hoped that MSME actors can better understand how much they have to spend and how much gross profit is in their business so that they can manage and maintain the going concern of their business and can survive this pandemic. The training activities were carried out at the Cipayung sub-district office, East Jakarta. The participants are MSME business actors who are members of the Jakpreneur community, East Jakarta District. This training involved accounting lecturers from UPN Veteran Jakarta and was also assisted by students.
