Abstract

Perkembangan dunia abad 21 ditandai dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi segala segi kehidupan. Pemanfaatan Information Comunication and Technology (ICT) melalui internet dalam segala bidang, termasuk dalam proses pendidikan atau pembelajaran. Kemajuan dalam dunia ICT mengubah banyak hal, didunia pekerjaan yang bersifat dapat digantikan oleh kemajuan dunia teknologi Internet of Thing (IoT) dan Artificial Intellegence (AI). Dosen harus memiliki kemampuan adaftif terhadap perubahan dan perkembangan teknologi dengan mengubah proses pembelajaran yang selama ini dilakukan kuliah tidak hanya tatap muka, namun bisa dilakukan secara daring dalam rangka meningkatkan layanan akses pendidikan. Internet sebagai hasil perkembangan teknologi tentunya memiliki pengaruh dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran yang telah mengubah pola pembelajaran konvensional menjadi pola modern yang berbasis daring dengan pemanfaatan Information Communication and Technology (ICT) yang dikenal dengan E-Learning. Pembelajaran-pembelajaran yang mengkolaborasi antara pembelajaran konvensional dengan pembelajaran berbasis pemanfaatan ICT yang dikembangkan sebagai pembelajaran kolaborasi atau dikenal dengan Blended Learning. Dalam manajemen pembelajaran Blended Learning sangat efektif, Pembelajaran Blended Learning, sangat efektif digunakan karena memberikan kemudahan aksesibilitas mahasiswa dimanapun, kapan dan dimanapun dapat diakses sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran yang dipersyaratkan. Sumber belajar pembelajaran Blended Learning bukan terpaku pada dosen pengampu mata kuliah tetapi dapat dari berbagai sumber, berupa sumber informasi yang bersifat digital, video maupun lainnya.

Abstract

In recent years, technology has developed rapidly, particularly technology in The telecommunication sector. As the electronic sector has been developing, as well as the increasing number of motorcycle riders and its communities, the authors are interested in designing an assistive device for motorcycle drivers. This device is designed as an additional communication tool for the coordination between the drivers. For communication, it is necessary to create a communication system without interfering with other riders. Therefore, the authors are motivated to design " a prototype of a phase lock loop system on a communication device for motorcycle riders". Using radio frequency as a media, this device aid motorcycle riders to communicate with each other. In this research, the authors design and implement the prototype regarding its ability to receive communication through helmet having a lock loop phase system. The main aim of the research is creating a device that can be used as an alternative communication device for motorcycle riders which is economical and provide convenient communication and coordination between riders without causing any disturbances and hazards. Abstract

In this research, a 4x4 butler matrix for wideband-radar application with frequency range in S- Band (operation frequency at 3 GHz) was designed with 4 hybrid coupler and 2 crossover coupler in it. Using electromagnetic band gap (EBG) technique to increase the bandwidth by put the perforated structures (holes) at the ground plane. The research results (modelling by software application)show the design of butler matrix with characteristics of the bandwidth more than 500 MHz. In addition, the value of bandwidth enhancement is up to 259 %.
