Abstract

Current new globalisation cause mindset and more modern Maluku community personalities and individualists, so as though pela gandong as cultures that executed it is no longer meaningful. Its negative impact on the next generation of Maluku, most did not know the deeper culture pela gandong. Whereas, pela gandong is cultural heritage treasure even for the younger generation of Maluku. The legacy of cultural citizenship as pela gandong has been evenly distributed across all of the cultural community of Maluku and very urgent because it is not found in the community or other areas in Indonesia. Pela gandong as civic culture is a main pillar to keep the harmonization within the community of Maluku, given the potential conflict in the Maluku, as occurred in 1999-2000, then it becomes an obligation for the holder to give all stace full attention to culture pela gandong.

Abstract

The title of its outreach program is the Increasing Political Awareness through Political Education for women in Sambeng Sub-district, Lamongan District. The objects of the activity were PKK members (a program at village level to educate women on various aspect of family welfare), female village heads, and female village secretaries in Sambeng sub-district. The objective of this outreach program was to elevate the understanding and awareness of the community for its role as a human or kholifah (leaders on earth), specifically the role of women in politics. The outcome of this program was to promote public understanding and awareness (especially women) in Sambeng District about political awareness for women. The method implemented was through Community Education namely educational activities used to elevate the perceptive and awareness of the community, especially political awareness for women. The conclusion of this outreach program was that the participants had limited understanding and awareness for the role and position of women in the family and in society (the state). The participants did not understand and were not aware of the political role it assumes as a kholifah on earth. In addition, the participants did not understand the procedures and mechanisms to become a representative of the people as members of the legislative council either. Therefore, the participants were very enthusiastic and asked many questions about how the religion viewed women who are actively involved in politics, how to balance family obligations with their social-political role, how to start engaging the political world if their husbands did not allow them, and the participants also asked how should be a capable and qualified board member.

Abstract

This paper aims to cover the philosophy of science or the religious Islamic epistemology through Bediuzzaman Said Nursi’s thought carried out with the fraternization of natural sciences with the religious sciences, to strengthen the truths arranged on modern advanced scientific beliefs and spiritual alignments for development, for guiding and enlightening the modern-day youth. The cautious use of freedom and its protection with clear definition on the liberty limits was narrated by Bediüzzaman Said Nursi’s Risale-i Nur (1910 – 1950), provided the desired the celestial and modern facts to right channelize with the determination to validate the evidences for Islam’s assurance for religious revival. Reasoning the ignorance in individuals and exploitation of supremacy for rigid unsophisticated ideals of moral values, Bediüzzaman Said Nursi’s prospered on the issue of the Islamic world from the oubliettes of inexperience and deficiency; with the spirit and liberal thought, that a superior demand on learning can place the society obsessed for development by protection from the onslaught which could disturb relationships for personal advantage, exclusive treatment and disenchanted extravaganza. Appeals to normalize the leadership character for materialism and the interest in properties have historically been connected to evolution, methodical substantiation of knowledge, and excellent protection for socio-economic expansion. To overcome numerous hindrances and sustained teaching with understandings of Islam, education needed to inspire erudition method towards development across all societies. Bediüzzaman Said Nursi’s solid propagandizing’s laid the foundation to peace and harmony do not use any force and avoid any disruption turned out to be effective, when it shared character and spiritual instruction. Core temperament and consciousness in its truthful real form will exhibit the quality of humankind, therefore and reveal facts about themselves.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana pengetahuan lokal dalam sebuah masyarakat tradisional ternyata mampu menjadi benteng pertahanan dari ancaman bencana alam. Pengetahuan lokal ini mencakup mitos, hikayat, hingga arsitektur bangunan. Modal kebudayaan ini diyakini juga ada dalam masyarakat tradisional Luwu. Dengan menggunakan metode semiotika komunikasi, penelitian ini akan mencari dua hal mendasar berikut ini. Pertama, mengidentifikasi pengetahuan lokal yang ada pada sejumlah wilayah rawan bencana di Tana Luwu. Kedua, menemukan relevansi antara pengetahuan lokal dalam menafsir tanda-tanda alam (natural signs) yang berfungsi sebagai peringatan dini terhadap kemungkinan datangnya bencana alam (natural desasster). Hasilnya, penelitian ini menemukan pengetahuan lokal yang begitu kaya dalam masyarakat Luwu, baik dalam bentuk mitos, perilaku hewan, jenis tumbuh-tumbuhan tertentu, pembacaan iklim, hingga arsitektur bangunan. Namun sayangnya, pengetahuan lokal ini tidak lagi lestari dalam kehidupan masyarakat, hanya segelintir orang tua kampung yang mampu membaca dan meyakini hal tersebut. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya upaya serius dari para pihak pemangku kepentingan untuk merancang sebuah sistem komunikasi anti bencana berbasis pengetahuan lokal.Keyword: Semiotika Bencana, Pengetahuan Lokal, Masyarakat Luwu

Abstract

Pergantian pemerintahan yang sentralistik ke sistem desentralisasi pada era pemerintahan Presiden Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie tahun 1999, memberikan perubahan mendasar dan membawa dampak yang sangat luas. Sesuai dengan pasal 18 ayat 2 (UUD 1945) bahwa;  pemerintahan daerah provinsi, daerah kabupaten, dan kota  mengatur dan mengurus sendiri urusan pemerintahan menurut asas otonomi dan tugas pembantuan. Otonomi daerah diperlukan untuk lebih menekankan prinsip-prinsip demokrasi, pelibatan peran serta masyarakat dalam pembangunan, pemerataan hasil pembangunan, serta lebih memperhatikan potensi dan keanekaragaman daerah. Di sisi lain pada level pemerintah daerah juga masih terkendala dengan permasalahan masih rendahnya kualitas belanja. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan masih tingginya persentase belanja tidak langsung dibandingkan dengan belanja langsung (DOD 2011). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah dan dana trasnfer yang meliputi: dana bagi hasil (DBH), dana alokasi umum (DAU), dana alokasi khusus (DAK), serta pendapatan lainnya terhadap belanja pemerintah daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang paling berpengaruh terhadap belanja pegawai adalah dana alokasi umum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: pelaksanaan pendidikan demokrasi pada SMA Kolese De  Britto  Yogyakarta. Penelitian  ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus intrinsik. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, romo, guru, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan pendidikan demokrasi dilihat dari segi konteks, sekolah memunyai sistem pendidikan demokrasi yang sudah ada sejak dulu, dari segi input, sekolah mendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan demokrasi dalam pelbagai aspek, seperti kurikulum, sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana, dan kegiatan sekolah, dari segi proses, terlihat dalam aturan sekolah, sistem kepemimpinan, proses pembelajaran, dan aktivitas keseharian yang mengintegrasikan Paradigma Pedagogi Ignaisoan dalam seluruh kehidupan sekolah, dan dari segi produk, sekolah memunyai pelbagai prestasi baik secara akademik maupun non akademik. Kata kunci: demokrasi, kolese de britto, pendidikan demokrasi

Abstract

The Information and Communication Technology is growing rapidly at this time. So, it sues all levels of society to follow that growth, so does education world should take advantage of current developments. The research objective wassee the effect ofmobile learning that utilizesadvances in information technology and communication on that improvement in learning outcomes on economic subjects using social media Edmodo. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 4 Kota Tangerang Selatan with quasi experimental designby two sample groups which are all experimental class. The results of this study showed a significant improvement on the learning outcomes of the two experimental classes shown in the n-gain test, whereas the hypothesis test results explained that the improvement of the two experimental classes was the same, and based on the triangulation method of observation, the questionnaire and the interview showed the results which is positive.

Abstract

Salah satu karakter yang dibutuhkan dalam era pendidikan abad 21 adalah  nasionalisme. untuk menciptakan peserta didik yang memiliki nasionalisme yang kuat, maka diperlukan model pembelajaran yang dapat menguatkan sikap nasionalisme.Dalam dokumen kurikulum 2013, salah satu tujuan diajarkan geografi di SMA supaya  peserta didik tetap mampu  menunjukkan perilaku cinta tanah air, bangga sebagai bangsa Indonesia, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang berlandaskan pada Pancasila dan UUD 1945. Sementara dalam silabus tidak ada materi khusus yang membahas mengenai nasionalisme itu sendiri.  Maka desain model PIKB (Pembelajaran Investigasi Kelompok Bervariasi) ini adalah solusinya. model pembelajaran PIKB ini  mengadopsi konsepnya dari model investigasi kelompok yang dijelaskan oleh  Joyce (2009:319). Model PIKB  merubah dan memaknai   materi pelajaran geografi yang biasa diajarkan  menjadi luar biasa efeknya bagi sikap nasionalisme peserta didik. Berdasarkan  parameter nasionalisme yang dikemukakan oleh Hertz (1944:171) yaitu : 1) Memiliki  rasa ingin  untuk selalu mencapai kesatuan dan persatuan 2) keinginan  untuk mencapai kemerdekaan 3) keinginan  untuk mencapai keaslian 4) keinginan   untuk mencapai kehormatan bangsa. Diperoleh  skor Pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku nasionalisme peserta peserta didik mengalami kenaikan yang signifkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata peningkatan sikap ecopreneurship peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPS melalui project-based learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu, dengan pretest-postest nonequivalent control group design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Wado Kabupaten Sumedang pada Kelas VII-A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII-B sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan sikap ecopreneurship peserta didik yang signifikan dalam pembelajaran IPS setelah menerapkan project-based learning dan pada kelas kontrol menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan sikap ecopreneurship peserta didik yang signifikan dalam pembelajaran IPS yang menerapkan metode ceramah, serta tidak terdapat perbedaan sikap ecopreneurship peserta didik yang signifikan dalam pembelajaran IPS antara kelas eksperimen setelah menerapkan project-based learning dengan kelas kontrol yang menerapkan metode ceramah. Dengan demikian,  maka dapat dikemukakan kesimpulan bahwa penerapan project-based learning dan metode ceramah tidak efektif untuk mengembangkan sikap ecopreneurship peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPS.

Abstract

This study looks at the role of online media on the influence of fashion on female students. Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta. This research was conducted with the aim to know the role of online media on the influence of student fashion IPS, State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method of analysis, which is a way used to investigate and solve problems that occur in the present moment.Fashion Hijab is an important thing for IPS educational students, because with the hijab fashion makes the student becomes more stylish, beautiful and not outdated. Online media is very instrumental to fashion hijab for IPS education student, that is to add insight or information about fashion hijab, add the reference of hijab fashion and facilitate student of IPS Education in creation of hijab in everyday as well as with the online media, photographs uploaded in online media became the student reference used.
