Abstract

This article aims to provide an overview of the cultural wisdom of Madura in advertisement Samsung Galaxy Ivory version by Indonesian celebritis Gading and Giselle in the island of Madura. This study, usin a semiotic analysis of Roland Barthes, tried to unlock the meaning of the signs that are used and re veal the hidden message contained in this advertisement. The author conducted a qualitative study with a research focus on scenes depicting local wisdom of Madurese culture, and then select scenes in advertising that represents local cultural wisdom Madura. Local knowledge of Madurese culture has its own persuasive power. Theme choice by producer of the advertisement is very interesting and has its own character, especially of cattle races, clothing style Madurese, as well as their language and dialect. Madura Island in East Java island region known as the island of salt, and exotic, so well known nationally and internationally. The results of the analysis of mobile phone mentioned found some connotations as follows: (1) the existence of a form of Madurese community thanksgiving in the lens, and (2) cow races, clothing Madura, and language of madurese is indigenous culture of Madura.

Abstract

Current new globalisation cause mindset and more modern Maluku community personalities and individualists, so as though pela gandong as cultures that executed it is no longer meaningful. Its negative impact on the next generation of Maluku, most did not know the deeper culture pela gandong. Whereas, pela gandong is cultural heritage treasure even for the younger generation of Maluku. The legacy of cultural citizenship as pela gandong has been evenly distributed across all of the cultural community of Maluku and very urgent because it is not found in the community or other areas in Indonesia. Pela gandong as civic culture is a main pillar to keep the harmonization within the community of Maluku, given the potential conflict in the Maluku, as occurred in 1999-2000, then it becomes an obligation for the holder to give all stace full attention to culture pela gandong.

Abstract

Abstract: Today,  Islam  economic  in  Indonesia  has  experienced  significant  growth.  Unfortunately,  that  growth  is not matched with the qualified of human resources. Human resources is one of the problems faced by Islamic financial institutions, especially if linked to the current era of globalization. This article attempt to find a formulation of how to improve human resources in Islamic financial institutions. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive data collection techniques. The data used in this study were obtained from the literature (book survey) and also from collection of documentation related to this research. This paper shows that there are two methods that can be used to improve the quality of human resources: (1) building a professional human resource management; and (2) establishing a center for education and training, as well as professional certification for prospective employees and workers in Islamic financial institutions. Abstrak: Saat ini, ekonomi syariah di Indonesia telah mengalami perkembangan yang cukup signifikan.  Namun  sayangnya,  perkembangan  tersebut  tidak  diimbangi  dengan  sumber  daya insani yang terkualifikasi. Sumber daya insani merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga keuangan syariah, apalagi jika dikaitkan dengan era globalisasi yang sedangan dihadapi. Tulisan ini berusaha untuk mencari suatu formulasi bagaimana meningkatkan sumber daya insani pada lembaga keuangan syariah. Metodelogi yang digunakan pada penulisan makalah ini ialah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data bersifat deskriptif.  Data  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  diperoleh  dari  hasil  penelusuran  secara literatur (book survey), serta pengumpulan dokumentasi yang terkait dengan penelian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa setidaknya ada dua metode yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan kulitas sumber daya insani yaitu: (1) membangun manajeman sumber daya insani yang profesional; dan (2) mendirikan pusat pendidikan dan penelitian, serta sertifikasi profesi bagi calon pekerja dan pekerja lembaga keuangan syariah.Pengutipan: Al  Hasan,  A. Abstract

Moral education is a way to instill good behavior ini a person so that we can became a good person and be accepted in social life. Through a community, moral education can be cultivated in a person and of course in the development of child. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of moral education (Emile Durkheim) in a Solo Mengajar community. This research uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Resource persons in this study were volunteers and students of Solo Mengajar. The results of this study describe the elements of Emile Durkheim’s moral education, the spirit of dicipline, the bond between groups and autonomy of self determination (will) in the Solo Mengajar Community. The spirit of dicipline in this community is seen from the teaching process and the rules that are applied when teaching takes place. The bond between gruops in the Solo Mengajar community begins with building bonds between volunteers through the meetings that are held. By uniting the closeness between these volunteers which then made it easier for them to carry out vatious varied activities to tie the children in the teaching environment. Meanwhile, the volunteers’ understanding of the characteristics of children and their surroundings as well as the problems that occur during the teaching process is self-determination or the will this community. So they can determine what actions or activities they will do at teaching time.Keywords : Community, Moral Education, Solo Mengajar

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study, is to reveal the perception of pilgrims to the tomb of Shekh Syarif Hidayatullah (Sunan Gunung Jati) in Cirebon. Through the perception of the pilgrims are expected to be known the myth of Shekh Syarif Hidayatullah (Sunan Gunung Jati) that developed in the midst of modern society. This paper also aims to reveal the reasons and motivation of the community in a pilgrimage to the Tomb of Shekh Syarif Hidayatullah (Sunan Gunung Jati). This research uses qualitative research method. The results showed that the reason of the pilgrim community to the tomb of Shekh Syarif Hidayatullah (Sunan Gunung Jati) because the big name Syekh Syarif Hidayatullah in spreading Islam in the area of ​​West Java. Motivation of pilgrims in the tomb of Shekh Syarif Hidayatullah is distinguished in several groups. First, pilgrimage with the intention of just pilgrimage. Secondly, pilgrimage for wanting to gain blessings. Third, make a pilgrimage because want to get ease in obtaining rizki. Fourth, pilgrimage for wanting to get easiness in obtaining matchmaking. Fifth, make pilgrimage to get job and position.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini, adalah mengungkapkan persepsi peziarah terhadap makam Syekh Syarif Hidayatullah (Sunan Gunung Jati) di Cirebon. Melalui persepsi peziarah tersebut diharapkan dapat diketahui mitos tentang Syekh Syarif Hidayatullah (Sunan Gunung Jati) yang berkembang di tengah masyarakat modern. Tulisan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengungkap alasan dan motivasi masyarakat dalam berziarah ke Makam Syekh Syarif Hidayatullah (Sunan Gunung Jati). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan masyarakat berziarah ke makam Syekh Syarif Hidayatullah (Sunan Gunung Jati) karena nama besar Syekh Syarif Hidayatullah dalam menyebarkan Agama Islam di wilayah Jawa Barat. Motivasi peziarah di makam Syekh Syarif Hidayatullah dibedakan dalam beberapa kelompok. Pertama, berziarah dengan niat hanya berziarah. Kedua, berziarah karena ingin memperoleh keberkahan. Ketiga, berziarah karena ingin mendapatkan kemudahan dalam memperoleh rizki. Keempat, berziarah karena ingin memperoleh  kemudahan dalam memperoleh Jodoh. Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah melalui pendidikan. Baik pembelajaran dilakukan secara offline maupun online, media pembelajaran merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran dapat membantu menyampaikan materi pelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK dalam pembelajaran ekonomi untuk menunjang kinerja guru SMA se-Kota Sintang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA se-Kota Sintang, Kalimantan Barat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang guru ekonomi pada sebuah SMA di kota Sintang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan, observasi, studi pustaka, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tahapan perancangan meliputi Pemilihan Media, Penyusunan Instrumen Penilaian dan Perancangan Awal; Perencanaan Media Pembelajaran meliputi observasi, pembuatan desain, dan pembuatan media; Pengoperasian Media Pembelajaran dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas XI IPS semester gasal tahun 2021/2022; Evaluasi Media Pembelajaran diperoleh dari hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran.Secara keseluruhan media pembelajaran masuk kategori baik, Guru terbantu dengan terdapatnya media pembajaran  tersebut, siswa mudah mengoperasikan mediauntuk belajar apalagi dalam belajar daring

Abstract

Democracy, as well as a fundamental principle in virtually all countries, has also become principles in the country. Several typologies of democracy indicates a new pattern generated from the basic theory of democracy. Pancasila Democracy is essentially the norms regulating the conduct of the people’s sovereignty and the running state government, in the political, economic, social, cultural, and defense, for every citizen of the Republic of Indonesia, both at central and regional levels. The concept of Pancasila democracy excavated from the original values of the society that developed in Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review an innovation of social science (IPS) learning material that uses cultural elements. Innovation in learning is useful as a tool used for learning. Therefore, in the field of learning, teachers creativity, especially in the IPS was very important. In this case, the author offers learning IPS used cultural elements of Ethno IPS. Ethno IPS is a merger of social sciences such as sociology, geography, economics and history with cultural elements. Hopefully, this implementation can increase the knowledge of cultural diversity in Indonesia and as a reference to learning and teaching more interesting.

Abstract

This article was written with the purpose to obtain a picture of interreligious conception of multicultural education as an attempt to create peace in the livelihood of the Indonesian nation that is multicult ural. Conception of multicultural education were developed through in-depth and intensive literature studies. The aut hor emphasizes the idea of multireligious and interreligious education models, not monoreligius, so that each eleme nt in different nations and religious beliefs in this country will show the inclusive character including attitude o f brotherhood, mutual tolerance for differences, respect for differences, and to avoid a culture of violence.

Abstract

This paper attempts to know the characteristics of students in using the internet/smartphone and how the of internet/smartphone influence the cognitive, social and emotional development of students. This quantitative research reveal the characteristics of internet usage among teenagers, especially regarding the length of time to access internet / smartphone, the amount of data usage and source of financing the purchase of data / pulse. The results also showed the influence of internet / smartphone usage on student achievement. Achievements in social, skills and communication subjects have greater scores compared to exact subjects (Mathematics and Science). This explains that students who use the Internet have broader insights, have foreign language skills, and are able to develop their creativity. The best use time range (ideal) is in the range of 7-11 hours per week or 1-1, 5 hours per day. While use under 7 hours per week and use of over 11 hours per week did not provide a significant effect on cognitive improvement.
