Abstract

PT Sumalindo Lestari Jaya, Tbk. is a company engaged in the production of plywood which operates in the East Kalimantan region and employs thousands of employees in it. In order to maintain the quality of its products, the company is highly committed to improving skills and developing its human resources. The management of HR development activities in this company is handled by the Pusdiklat division. The management of education and training, which is currently still manual, raises its own problems in terms of planning and scheduling of training, training participant selection processes, reporting mechanisms, an untidy documentation system to the implementation of activity output evaluations, which is why researchers are interested in examining this issue. The method used is Research and Development in the form of software design that produces Information Systems as a tool in managing training.

Abstract

Dalam pengiriman barang menggunakan container ataupun truk, sering mengalami kendala rusak ataupun pecah pada muatan barang akibat perjalanan yang berliku maupun bergelombang. Pada PT. Kamadjaja Logistics yang bergelut di dunia jasa pengeiriman barang dan gudang tidak sedikit mengalami kendala rusak atau pecah barang, sehingga barang yang rusak atau pecah harus diclaim kepihak pengirim. Dalam pengklaiman barang yang rusak atau pecah harus memiliki data yang lengkap dan data-data penunjang yang bisa meyakinkan pihak pengirim agar barang yang rusak atau pecah dapat di claim. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan dalam rangka membangun sistem informasi penyelesaian claim produk Unilever pada PT. Kamadjaja Logistics Samarinda dan untuk memperoleh gambaran sistem yang sedang berjalan dan memastikan bahwa sistem yang akan dibuat jauh lebih baik dan dapat menunjang kinerja. Adapun keguanaan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penyelesaian claim produk Unilever pada PT. Kamadjaja Logistics Samarinda, dan untuk menyusun sistem basis data sistem informasi penyelesaian claim produk pada PT. Kamadjaja Logistics Samarinda ke PT. Unilever. Dengan adanya sistem informasi penyelesaian claim produk Unilever pada PT. Kamadjaja Logistics Samarinda ini, maka dalam  pembuatan Quality Incident Report menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dan data-data penunjang terpenuhi sehingga claim dapat terlaksana.

Abstract

Implementasi Linux Ubuntu Server 18.04 Sebagai Server Sistem Informasi Akademik Pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Samarinda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah server yang berfungsi untuk mewadahi dan menangani lalu-lintas sistem akademik dalam sebuah sistem jaringan komputer yang diimplementasikan pada platform Linux yang terkenal free, handal dan stabil. Dalam prosesnya, pembangunan dan konfigurasi server ini dilakukan dengan berdasarkan pengkajian dan penelitian menggunakan metode studi literatur pada berbagai sumber baik melalui buku maupun browsing di internet. Selain itu juga digunakan metode wawancara serta metode studi pustaka dengan Operasi Sistem Linux Ubuntu dan software Apache, MySQL, phpMyAdmin, BIND, dan DHCP Server. Dari hasil Tugas Akhir dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan dibangunnya server berbasis Linux Ubuntu Server 18.04 ini, cukup handal untuk menjadi server sistem akademik yang ada di STMIK Samarinda

Abstract

There have been many hospitals in Samarinda, but the rapid development of hospitals in Samarinda, not accompanied by the development of media support facilities and hospital information is still lacking especially in terms of mapping hospitals in Samarinda City. Currently, the hospital in Samarinda has 14 hospitals. To speed up and facilitate the search of data of hospitals that currently number 14 hospitals, the proposed problem is to build a web based application of Hospital Geographic Information System (GIS) in Samarinda. The research was conducted at the Samarinda City Health Office. Methods used in data collection include field studies (interviews and observations), and library studies. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively based on technological analysis, GIS data analysis, and analysis of GIS output information. The results showed that this geographic information system could display a map of Samarinda city along with the hospital information. This geographic information system can provide solutions in solving the search for the nearest specialist doctor and show the closest route to the hospital.
