Abstract

This study aim to determine the effect of service quality and employee morale on community satisfaction in Kaur Distric (case study on the of the Padang Guci Downstream District Office). This study usesa sample of 99 responden who us accidental sampling technigue. Data collection technique using quistionsnaires. Data analysis technique used are multiple liniar regression. This research usese validity test,realitytest,classic assumption test,reality test,classicassumption test followed by hipotesis testing.Based on result of multiple regressionanalysis’ service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a signifikan effect on community satisfaction Ythis is evidecent by the regression equation Y = 5,124 + 0,981 X 1 + 1,860 X2  an the coefficien of determination  R2 = 0,797 which means service quality X1 and employee morale X2 contribute to influence as much of 79,2 % on community satisfaction Y and 20,8 % are influenced by other factor not explained in the research. From the reserch partial hyphotesis testing (t test)  it canbe seen that the variable service quality X1. employee  morale X2  has a value of t count 5,910 and 0,000 < 0,05 this it can be concluded that the service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a significant effection public satisfaction Y. From the result simultaneosly ( test t) can be know F count of  0,000 < 0,05 . This Ha accepteed Ho rejected. This meantthat together the quality of service and employee morale influence community satisfaction in the service of the Padang Guci  sub-Distict Downsteam of Kaur District

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Effect of Rotation and work Mutation on employee performance ( A Case Study On Employees of PTPN 7 Bengkulu ). This research method was quantitative with a population of 40 people while the study sample was taken by using the formula of total sampling technique. The data collection technique used observation and questionnaire with the research variables were Rotation (X1),Work Mutation (X2), and Employee Performance (Y), the result of multiple linear equation Y = 5.760 + 0.735 ( X_1 ) + 0.590 ( X_2 ). Hypothesis test results of work rotation variable (X1), and work Mutation (X2) F Test Result Obtained Fsig 97, 185 and a significant value (sig) of 0,000 result can be interpreted as a significant value of 0,000 <0.050 that H3 is accepted means that simultaneously rotational and mutation variables of work has a significant effect to ward Employees’ performance of PTPN 7 Bengkulu. The result of t count Rotation variable (X1) was 5.626 and significant value (sig) 0.000 means 0.000 <0.050 and the working mutation variable (X2) was 2.485 and significant value (sig) 0.018 <0.050 then the ha hypothesis is accepted. In other words that rotation and work mutation was significantly influence’ performance of PTPN 7 Bengkulu.

Abstract

PT. Agung Automall Kota Bengkulu is a subsidiary of the Agung Concern group which operates as a Toyota main dealer. The formulation of the problem is whether organizational justice and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention of PT employees. Agung Automall Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, job satisfaction, on turnover intention of employees of PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City. This study used a sample of 62 respondents using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature review. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. This research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, followed by using hypothesis testing using SPSS. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, Organizational Justice (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a negative effect on Turnover Intention (Y), this is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 19.109 +0. 252 X1 + 0.19 X2 and a determination coefficient of R2 = 0.142 which means Organizational Fairness (X1), and Job Satisfaction (X2) contributes 14.2% influence on Turnover intention (Y) at PT. PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City and 86.2% are influenced by other variables which are not explained in this study. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test and f test with the help of SPSS prongram, it can be seen that the variables of Organizational Justice (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a value of -2,756> .1,670 and -2,306> .1.670 Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. . This means that together, Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction affect the Turnover intention of PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This is a survey research with a quantitative approach based on the importance of teacher performance in a school. This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance. The object of this research is the teacher in the district of South Bengkulu, Pino. The number of respondents in this study was 131 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded that the intellectual intelligence variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Spiritual Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance

Abstract

The title of this research is the Effect of Servie Quality and Location on Purchasing Decisions at Bengkulu Wareg Cafe. This research is based on the importance of Purchasing in a company. Purchasing decisions can be affected by several factors. The factors might be Service Quality and Location. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and Location on Purchasing Decisions. The object of this research was consumers who visit the Wareg Cafe at JL Hibrida Raya 11 of Bengkulu City. The number of respondents was 112 people. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The techniques used were multiple regression analysis techniques, the coefficient of determination test (R2), hypothesis testing T statistic test and F statistical test. The results of the research can be concluded that the Service Quality and location variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of wages and incentives toward employees’ productivity of PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh, Muko Muko Regency. The object of this study was the 65 employees of PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh, Mukomuko Regency. This study used observation and questionnaire as techniques of collecting data. There are several data analysis techniques used in this research, including using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Wages (X1) and Incentives (X2) have partial or simultaneous effect toward employees’ productivity at PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh Mukomuko regency. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is obtained Y = 1.275 + 0.693 (X1) + 0.528 (X2).

Abstract

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). This research is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumer loyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can be done with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sells typical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about the HENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.The results of this study can be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategy are the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public and tourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well as technological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factors that are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet the standard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms. External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community, abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the many competitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is to improve product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality of content and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providing standards of service to consumers.

Abstract

This study aimed at finding out the effect of brand image, price, and promotion of the Oppo Mobile Purchasing Decision (Case Study of Management Students in the Private Universities of Bengkulu City). This type of study employed a sample of 266 people taken using the cluster sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniquewasusing multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that Brand Image has a significant effect on the Oppo Mobile Purchasing Decision on the Management students Department of Private Universities, Bengkulu City. The price affected significantly on the Oppo Mobile Purchasing Decision in the Management Department students of Bengkulu City privateuniversities. Promotion predisposed on the Oppo Mobile Purchasing Decision in the Management Department student of Bengkulu City privateuniversities as well. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it has the meaning thatBrand Image (X1), Price (X2) and Promotion (X3) contributed significantly contribution of 64.6% of the Oppo Mobile Purchase Decision (Y) on the Management Department students of Bengkulu Private University, while 25.4% was swayed by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and personality on the performance of employees of PT. BNI Syariah Bengkulu. This study used a sample of 42 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. This research uses validity test, reliability test, followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, emotional intelligence and personality have a positive effect on employee performance (Y), this is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 7.14.210 + 0.269X1 + 0.821X2. As well as the coefficient of determination R square = 0.378, which means emotional intelligence and personality, contributed 37.8% to employee performance (Y) and 62.2% was influenced by other factors not explained in this study. From the results of hypothesis testing, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance. Personality has a significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the F test, emotional intelligence and personality have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of job  discipline on employee performance at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, (2) The effect of the job  environment on employee performance on The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, (3) The effect of job discipline and job environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu. This study is a type of research with a Quantitative Descriptive method, which the research compares the results of data collection and proves with numbers in a number of population through sample that are considered feasible to study. This study categorized into survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The sample in this study is the entire population of employees of The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, and the number is 40 people. The validity test used Corrected Item Total Correlation Statement, Cronbach's Alpha reliability test, while data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of thestudy showed that: (1) Job Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen in the t- test that states a value of t-hit > t (α / 2) 3,545 > 2,026) and (sig α = 0.003 < 0.05), then H1 in this study can be accepted, (2) Job  Environment has an effect on Employee performance. This can be seen in the t- test which states that the value of t-hit > t_ (α / 2) (4,528 > 2,026) and (sig α = 0,000 < 0.05), then H2 in this study is acceptable, (3) Job Discipline X1 and Job Environment X2 have an effect on Employee Performance (Y), this can be seen in the F- test which states the value of F-count > F-table, i.e. (51,651 > 1.97) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), thus it can be concludeed that H3 accepted that means simultaneously the Job Discipline variabel (X1) and Job Environment (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at The Medeline Hotel Bengkulu.
