Abstract

This research is based on the importance of using a helmet for motorcycle riders. The formulation of problem of this research is whether word of mouth (X1) and product attributes (X2) have a partial and simultaneous effect on consumer buying interest (Y). The purpose of research is to test and analyze the effect of word of mouth (X1) and product attributes (X2) on consumers buying interest (Y) on NHK helmets at Ulok Kupai District, Bengkulu Utara regency.Object of this research was the Ulok Kupai Subdistrict Society, Bengkulu Utara with an accidental sampling method. The stduy involved 70 respondents from the member of the society. The data were collected trough field research, observation, and questionnaires. The data collected then was analyzed by using classic assumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.Based on the multiple linear regression tests using SPSS, the result of the study show that Y = 3.365 + 0.464X1+ 0.279X2. The results of the analysis found that word of mouth (X1) has a positive effect on consumer buying interest (Y). In addition, product attributes (X2)also had a positive effect on consumer buying interest (Y). The result of T test and F test shows that the two variables had a significant effect on consumer buying interest with a significance level of <0.05. This means that Ho is rejected Ha accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion through social media, and word of mouth on the decision to purchase Ms Glow Skincare (Study on FEBI UM Bengkulu Students). This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is FEBI UM Bengkulu students who use Skincare Ms Glow. With the sampling method, namely the non-propability technique, namely the residential sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 70 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire. By using analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely test t and test f. The results of this study can be concluded that the promotion variable through social media Skincare Ms Glow has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, word of mouth (WOM) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Promotion, Social Media, Word Of Mouth, and Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management and distribution of profits as the results of business activities at Jasa Berkah Bersama Syari'ah Cooperative according to the Law Number 17 of 2012. This type of research was as a qualitative approach with the research population were all administrators and members of administrators, 3 employees, 5 members. Based on the results of research, the Management and distribution profits of Jasa Berkah Bersama Syari’ah Cooperative according to Law Number 17 of 2012, can be sum up that this has complied with the provisions of Law Number 17 of 2012 as within the Management of UJKS is separated from other units in the cooperative, the cooperative management appoints the manager, management did not double as law, such as profit points that have not been used to be distributed to members in a balanced manner and managers who still have family relations.Keywords: Management, Distribution of Business Profits, Cooperative

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions on Syarah Bakery Bengkulu, to determine the effect of prices on purchasing decisions on Syarah Bakery Bengkulu, to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions on Syarah Bakery Bengkulu. to find out the simultaneous influence of product quality, price, and also the promotion on purchasing decisions at Syarah Bakery Bengkulu. The population of this study is permanent customers of Syarah Bakery Bengkulu as the research population numbering 115 customers, from the calculation using purposive sampling it can be seen that the number of samples used in this study were 115 respondents. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability by looking at the corrected item total correlation and cronbanch's alpha and all were declared valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques used in this study is quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable (X1) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y), indicated by a positive regression coefficient of 0.216 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.005. Price variable (X2) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y), indicated by a positive regression coefficient of 0.239 with a sig value of 0,000 <0.005. The promotion variable (X3) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions 0.110 (Y), indicated by a positive regression coefficient of 0.717 with a sig value of 0.003 <0.005. The F test results state that product quality, price and promotion have a significant and positive effect simultaneously on the decision purchase, obtained a value of 2.0638 with a value of sig = 0,000 <0.005. The influence of the product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions is R2 = 51.5% influenced by other variables in this study and the remaining 48.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province and the factors that influence it. The population and sample in this study were all elementary school teachers in Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province, totaling 161 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that the performance of teachers is in the good category and there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence on the performance of the teachers at the Semidang Alas Maras Public Elementary School, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and satisfaction toward consumers’ loyalty at PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban branch of Hulu Palik sub-district, North Bengkulu. This  research used a qualitative method. The sample of this research was 105 consumers of PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban branch of Hulu Palik sub-district, North Bengkulu that taken by using accidental sampling technique. The data was collected by using instruments such as observation and questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that Service Quality (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Consumers’ Satisfication (X3) have a simultaneous effect toward Customers’ Loyalty (Y) at PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban Branch Hulu Palik North Bengkulu. The results of regression equation analysis are as follows: Y = 0.689+ 0.237 (X_1) + 0.163 (X2) + 0.331 (X3). = 0.000 < 0.050), Product Quality, obtained tcount> ttable (3.284 > 1.98260) and (sig<α = 0.001<0.050), Consumers’ Satisfaction, obtained tcount>ttable (4.145 > 1.98260) and (sig<α = 0.000 < 0.050). This means that service quality, product quality, and consumers’ satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty at PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban, Hulu Palik sub-district, North Bengkulu. Keywords: Service quality, product quality, consumers’ satisfaction, consumers’ loyalty

Abstract

This study was to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence, competence and job stress on the performance of employees at Regional Public Hospital, Central Bengkulu. The aims of this study to determine the influence between emotional intelligence, competence and work stress on employee performance, both are partially and simultaneously. The object of this study was 149 employees of RSUD Central Bengkulu, with the convenience sampling method. Data collection methods are taken through questionnaires and observations. The results found the variables of emotional intelligence (X1), competence (X2), work stress (X3) partially, and simultaneously have a significant effect on employees’ performance variables (Y). This is seen from multiple linear regression equation where Y=1,690+0.390 (X1)+0.170 (X2)-0.248 (X3). While, the multiple linear regression analysis showed its influence on emotional intelligence variables, competence and work stress on employee performance (Y), which is shown from the adjusted R square value was 0.812. This means that the magnitude of influence of variable emotional intelligence, competence and work stress is only able to influence 81.2% on employee performance variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity and product innovation on consumer purchasing decisions on iphone products (a case study on the millennial generation in Bengkulu City). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the millennial generation in Bengkulu City. The sampling method used a non-probabilty technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 150 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and f-test. The results of this study can be concluded that the Brand Equity variable has a positive effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions, Product Innovation has a positive effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions, and Brand Equity and Product Innovation together have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Brand Equity, Product Innovation and Consumer Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Honda Panorama Bengkulu City either partially or simultaneously. There are several independent variables (x) that will be discussed in this study, including Compensation, Work Discipline, and Motivation. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Astra Honda Panorama Bengkulu City, totaling 40 people. In this research, the author uses data collection methods by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews.In this study, there are several data analysis techniques used, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is as follows: Y = 4.287 + 0.653 (X1) + 0.159 (X2) + 0.167 (X3). The results of the t test on the Compensation variable (X1), show t count > t table, namely (4.083 > 2.02809) and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). Discipline (X2), shows t arithmetic > t table, namely (2.404 > 2.02809) and sig < a (0.017 < 0.050). Motivation (X3), shows t arithmetic > t table, namely (2.344 > 2.02809) and sig < a (0.033 < 0.050). From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Compensation, Work Discipline, and Motivation have a partial or simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teamwork, work spirit and work discipline on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Regional Financial Management Agency.This research uses quantitative research methods using a descriptive approach . The population in this study were 46 employees at the Bengkulu Province Regional Financial Management Agency office with a total sample of 46 respondents and sampling using the total sampling method. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is in the form of data instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (test t and F test).Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 2.767 + 0.962 X1 + 0.425 X2 + 0.545 X3. The results of the study and the hypothesis show that teamwork (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), tcount > ttable (9,027 > 2,016) and (sig <α = 0.000 < 0.050), work morale (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance ( Y), tcount > ttable (3.709 > 2.016) and (sig<α = 0.001 < 0.050)., Work discipline (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), tcount > ttable (4,713 > 2.016) and (sig<α = 0.000 < 0.050). Simultaneously Teamwork (X1), work spirit (X2) and work discipline (X3) have a significant effect on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Regional Financial Management Agency Office. This result is evidenced by the f test which shows that among them Fcount > Ftable, namely (61.094 > 4.051 and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050).Keywords: Teamwork, Work Spirit, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.
