This report uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the source was taken by listening to the oral narrative from the GURU GEMBUL YouTube channel entitled "A Peek into the Education System in the Most Developed Countries in the World". The goal is to develop an education system to improve the quality of life of the population. Belief in the importance of education which can change human civilization towards the formation of an educational system is felt to be a means for achieving educational goals. The increasing development of science and technology in various countries with different levels of development indirectly influences the development of the education system in each country.]]>

<![CDATA[Kemendikbud telah meluncurkan program Guru Penggerak. Program tersebut adalah program pendidikan kepemimpinan yang ditujukan guru untuk menjadi pemimpin pembelajaran. Program Guru Penggerak ini sebagai program pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi guru untuk menjadi pemimpin dalam pembelajaran yang berguna untuk siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis Program Guru Penggerak, (2) Menganalisis Strategi Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Melalui Program Guru Penggerak, (3) Menganalisis hasil belajar murid melalui pengembangan kepemimpinan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data analisis menggunakan model interaktif dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertama, Program Guru Penggerak ini merupakan Program yang dilakukan sebagai program kepelatihan kepemimpinan bagi seluruh guru yang ada di Indonesia untuk menjadi pemimpin dalam pembelajaran yang berimbas kepada siswa. Kedua, strategi pelaksanaan Program guru penggerak dimulai dari perencanaan yang dilakukan menyiapkan modul, kemudian pelakasanannya dengan aksi nyata. Setalah itu menyiapkan hasil evaluasi dengan mengisi buku jurnal tentang perasaan anak-anak dalam mengikuti program guru penggerak. Ketiga, Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Strategi Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Melalui Program Guru Penggerak diantaranya adalah faktor pendukung Program Guru Penggerak meliputi pemerintah, sekolah dan lingkungan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah sarana siswa, signal, sekolah daring dan akses internet.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to measure the quality of education in schools. In this study report, a qualitative descriptive method was used by observing closely because the data source was obtained by listening to the oral narrative from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's YouTube channel entitled "Siniar #PojokDikbud: Measuring the quality of education in schools with national assessments" presented by resource person Anindito Aditomo. Study results This explains that national assessment is an important tool in measuring the quality of education in schools. This article discusses the meaning of national assessment, its objectives, and why it is a key factor in understanding the quality of education.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to determine the importance of implementing the independent curriculum. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by listening and taking notes because the source of the information was obtained from one of the YouTube channels of the Directorate of Primary Schools entitled "Getting to Know the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum Closer". The results of this study explain that the development of the learning curriculum continues to change, from the school learning system with curriculum 13 to now the independent curriculum. The Merdeka Curriculum is able to improve the learning system so that it can recover from the crisis in the learning system. This research began with the emergence of a curriculum revolution that could change everyone's view of the learning system in educational units.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to understand how the Merdeka curriculum shapes contemporary learners. This study's report utilizes a qualitative descriptive method, employing a listening-and-note-taking approach to gather data from the oral narration on the YouTube channel "Belajar Era Digital" titled "Understanding the Concept of Learning in the Merdeka Curriculum," presented by Iswahyudi Rahman S.Pd., CERT.ELS., MIE. The study's findings explain that the Merdeka curriculum concept focuses on developing students' skills and character, not just academic knowledge. Learning is designed to prepare students to face future challenges. This concept prioritizes student-centered learning based on students' needs, not just their desires. The development of emotions, cognitive skills, and character is emphasized with the goal of creating an innovative and socially beneficial generation.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to explore and discuss the principles and ways of learning in the independent curriculum. whether the way of learning that we carry out is correct or in accordance with the Independent Curriculum or is it still with the old pattern, and the government changes the curriculum to the Merdeka curriculum, this is not just a project not just a name change but the government really wants to improve the education system in Indonesia according to the times and also the evaluation carried out by the government. In this study report, the method used is a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the source of the data obtained by listening to the oral narrative from the Young Teacher's Note Youtube channel entitled " How to Teach in the Independent Curriculum, Learning Principles of the Independent Curriculum " presented by him. The results showed that the implementation of the independent curriculum requires the readiness of school principals and teachers to learn new things. In the planning process, teachers still rely on teaching modules provided by the center. There are new things that must be considered in the independent curriculum with the project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. The implications of this research are expected that teachers can use the 11st century learning model in the application of the independent learning curriculum in schools]]>

<![CDATA[The educational revolution is a fundamental change in the education system which aims to improve the quality and relevance of education in facing the demands of the times. One of the educational innovations that is attracting attention is the Independent Curriculum. In this paper, an analysis of the Independent Curriculum as an educational innovation will be carried out. The research method used is a descriptive analytical study to collect information about the Merdeka Curriculum and analyze its strengths and weaknesses. The main issues that will be discussed are the concept of the Independent Curriculum, its implementation, and its impact on education in Indonesia. It is hoped that the conclusions from this analysis can provide a better understanding of the Independent Curriculum as an educational innovation.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this discussion is to evaluate the opportunities and potential of education in Indonesia in the future. So that we can achieve optimal learning outcomes and not be left behind by other countries, contributions from the community and government are really needed for Indonesian education. This research report uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to the oral narrative from the Satu Persen - Indonesian Life School Youtube channel entitled "Indonesian Education Notes: Evaluation, Solutions & Expectations" which he delivered. The program aims to show concern for the nation's children towards education in Indonesia which is lagging behind other countries. The speaker identified three main problems in the current condition of Indonesian education, namely inadequate infrastructure, low quality teachers, and lack of integration with nationalist values. he also emphasized the importance of making education more inclusive and accessible to all Indonesian children, regardless of background.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this article is to analyze a video from the Satu Persen YouTube channel entitled Why is Indonesian Education Bad? (Indonesian Education in the World). The method used in this article is the qualitative method because this method often results in an analysis and conclusion. This article discusses the problems of the current education system, and discusses Indonesia's low PISA score compared to other countries. And also discuss solutions on how to improve Indonesian education. Education is also very important for humans so that they are not left behind by developments over time and increase their knowledge. <![CDATA[This journal aims to emphasize the importance of process in every effort to achieve success rather than many useless protests and also aims to understand and practice further regarding viewing methods. This journal uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to oral narratives from Helmy Yahya's YouTube channel entitled "Successful people have more processes, unsuccessful people have more protests". From this topic it is about the importance of enjoying every process that each individual goes through and not protesting or complaining too much. To be successful requires a process, there is no instant success. However, don't just focus on what you want to achieve, but also try to enjoy every process that occurs on the way to achieving it. Having clear goals is a good thing, but enjoying every process of achieving them is more important. If you want to only focus on the goal without enjoying every part of the journey then everyone who embarks on it will easily become discouraged, disappointed or even change the direction of the goal that may have been set from the start. The results of this study explain that any success achieved requires a process that is not easy, it requires struggle, hard work, failure and enthusiastic effort.]]>
