Abstract

This study discusses the effect of price, service quality on customer satisfaction mediated by purchase decisionss at PT Maybank Indonesia Finance during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive with probability random sampling method that uses 100 online questionnaires from 121 consumer respondents of PT MayBank Indonesia Finance. The data analysis technique in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0. Tests were carried out with the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing of p-value and t-statistics. The results showed that price had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and purchase decisionss, service quality had a significant effect on purchase decisionss and had no effect on customer satisfaction, purchase decisions had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, then price had an effect on customer satisfaction mediated by purchase decisionss and service quality. influence on customer satisfaction which is mediated by purchase decisionss.

Abstract

The marketing world is a dynamic and constantly changing environment that never stagnates. The fourth industrial revolution refers to a set of new technologies that are integrating the physical, digital, and biological worlds, affecting all disciplines, economies, and sectors, and even questioning what it is to be human. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyzed, how important is a content marketing strategy to the customers in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. The presented paper consists of three parts, the first part of the paper focuses on theoretical aspects of content marketing. The second part focuses on methods of data collection that are needed to perform analysis. This research work makes use of secondary data. Relevant data for this study was collected from already published/online materials, articles, Newspapers, journals, archives, web postings as well as editorials. The method of analysis that was employed in this study is systematic qualitative content analysis. The result of this paper is a comprehensive overview of thematic exploratory content marketing strategy that can be used to influence user interests in the global market and how important is communication with customers.

Abstract

When patients depend on ventilators for a long period of time, it will increase the risk of complexity and the risk of death. Thus, medical professionals try to help patients to wean off from the ventilator as soon as possible to minimize the adverse effects of the respiratory machine. This study analyzed historical clinical data to evaluate and improve the weaning protocol in operation. This study adopted a retrospective approach by collecting 1,014 weaning cases from Taiwan in 2012. We extracted the crucial rules describing the results of weaning from the ventilator using the machine learning algorithm - C4.5, which help medical professionals revise the existing weaning protocol and as supplementary indicators in a new version of the weaning protocol.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis regresi berganda, koefisien kolerasi, dan koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa regresi linear berganda Y= 10,354 + 0,548x1 + 0,248x2, koefisien kolerasi (r) = 0,879, koefisien determinasi 0,773 atau 77,31%. Uji t komunikasi terhadap kinerja yaitu t hitung > t tabel (5,022>1,70329), dan t-tabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja yaitu t hitung >t tabel (3,476 > 1,70329). Uji f dengan hasil Fhitung>Ftabel atau 86,24> 3,35. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan.

Abstract

Sangat menarik melakukan studi untuk mengetahui jaminan sosial kesehatan dasar dalam rangka mencari penyelesaian terhadap permasalahan kerugian BPJS Kesehatan dalam menjamin kebutuhan kesehatan bagi peserta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode troubling method untuk mengukur hubungan sebab akibat, mendengarkan masukan berbagai pihak dan menemukan gagasan jalan keluar sebagaimana mestinya melalui pengkajian narasi-narasi yang diungkapkan secara kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya jaminan sosial dilakukan secara universal dan kcomprehensif namun tetap mempertahankan tingkat keberlangsungan program dan senantiasa tetap menjamin kebutuhan kesehatan dasar sesuai kebutuhan medis peserta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh dependency ratio dan sex ratio terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Langsa, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Langsa. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian asumsi klasik, regrsi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa secara parsial variabel dependency ratio memilki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Langsa. Sedangkan variabel sex ratio secara parsial berpengaruh negatif serta tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Langsa. Secara simultan variabel dependency ratio dan sex ratio memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Langsa.

Abstract

Financial performance is one of the factors to measure the success of a company. This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, institutional ownership, liquidity and diversification strategies on financial performance. The population in this study are industrial sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling method was carried out by purposive sampling and obtained 59 research samples. Methode of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis carried out by capital structure, institutional ownership, and liquidity have a significant negative effect on financial performance, while the diversification strategy has no effect on financial performance. The results of this study can provide a scientific contribution in the field of accounting regarding the factors that influence financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to deeply analyze the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, readiness for change, and organizational commitment on work performance in Islamic banks. In this study, 195 respondents were obtained from Islamic bank employees in Indonesia based on a purposive sampling method by distributing online questionnaires. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and processed by the Structural Equation Modelling method using the Lisrel application. The results showed that transformational leadership positively affects job satisfaction, readiness for change, and organizational commitment. However, transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment do not affect work performance. On the other hand, the study proves that readiness for change can be an intervening mediator in the research. This finding is a managerial implication that contributes to improving the work performance of Islamic bank employees through a commitment to instilling organizational values and providing adequate space to encourage self-development to increase employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work performance.
