<![CDATA[This research was aimed at finding out the strategy and the process of distribution zakat by BAZNAS Tanah Datar to reach the economic justice. This research was qualitative case study by using interview and documentation as instruments. The results showed that the distribution of zakat by BAZNAS Tanah Datar was appropriate with the rules arranged by nash and Indonesia positive law. The process of collecting zakat was done before the process of distribution. The zakat was collected from all UPZ and sub-UPZ under BAZNAS from all private institutions. The distribution of zakat was arranged based on the amount of zakat from each UPZ. The process was followed by determination of quota based on productive mustahiq. The fact showed that every sub district has different potency to distribute zakat even though they are in the same regency, but all of the sub districts are under BAZNAS.Keywords: Economic Justice, Distributing Zakat, BAZNAS, Tanah Datar Regency]]>

<![CDATA[This research focused on Islamic concept of Wilâyah al-Hisbah and its implementation toward the monitoring market system in Tanah Datar. This research belongs to descriptive qualitative by applying interview and documentation as instruments. The results revealed that the concept of Wilâyah al-Hisbah followed the theory Abu Yusuf, Imam al-Ghazali and Ibn Taymiyah. The government of Tanah Datar also participated in economic activities include monitoring the market in Tanah Datar. The monitoring was related to price monitoring; commodities traded both in terms of quantity and material contained; oversight of the accuracy on the scales; the arrangement of the market; demolition and other market participants. Nevertheless, there were still weaknesses in the monitoring market, such as the persistence of circulating goods that harm the public like contains alcohol, home industry uses hazardous substances that could endanger public health. <![CDATA[This qualitative descriptive research was purposed at describing the implementation of fire insurance in PT Insurance Takaful Umum Padang branch. The techniques of collecting data in this research were interview and study document. This research found that the implementation of fire insurance in PT insurance Takaful umum Padang branch was begun by filling the data in the application letter of fire insurance (SPPAK). Then PT insurance Takaful umum Padang branch produced the appointment in PSKI. The barrier of claim was happened because the consumer did not read and understand the appointment in PSKI. <![CDATA[: In this qualitative study, the researcher analyzed the implementation of micro sector of murabahah financing in PT Bank BRI Syariah Padang Branch. The findings revealed that the information which was received by the customer uncompleted, the customer did not understand the content of murabahah. The negotiation both customer and the bank were not done well. Every transaction, the bank gave the highest margin and the margin was determined by the bank. <![CDATA[This qualitative research was aimed at describing the implementation Qardh and Wadiah Yad Dhamanah in the transaction of liquidity which was done by KJKS- BMT in Tanah Datar and the perpective of Islamic Economy Law toward the implementation of this transaction. The results revealed that the implementation of transaction liquidity (KJKS-BMT) in Tanah Datar Regency was conducted in two kinds of transactions Wadi’ah Yad Dhamanah and Qardh. <![CDATA[In this qualitative study, the researcher analyzed the effect of the decision of Constitutional Courts Number 93/PUU-X/2012 about syariah banking by litigation or non litigation. The results of this study were 1) for ligitation, the solving problems on conflict of Syariah Banking were on Religious Courts; 2) for non ligitation, it was the second choice if the consumers did not want to solve the problems on Religious Court, the solving problem was based on discussion; consultation; negositation; mediation; and expert judgment. <![CDATA[This study was purposed at describing the implementation of business cooperation UD. Yusuf; describing the conflicts were arisen from business cooperation at UD. Yusuf and describing the fiqh muamalah perspective for the resolution of UD. Yusuf. This study was called non-doctrinal research. Interview and documentation were used as instruments in this study. The qualitative data analysis was done this study by applying data reduction; data display; and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings concluded that the business cooperation UD. Yusuf was not based syariah, it was based on trust. The conflict on business cooperation UD. Yusuf should be overcome in Shulh, Tahkim, Wilayat Al Hisbah, or Al Qadha. <![CDATA[This research was aimed at analyzing the legal considerations juridical verdict at religious court of Purbalingga case number 1720/Pdt. G/2013/PA. Pbg. The results revealed that in this decision, the judges had attempted to meet the judicial procedure and the principle of legal certainty in resolving the default of murabahah financing contract. In general the consideration and application of the law used by judges in case number 1720/Pdt. G/ 2013/PA. This research was qualitative case study by using interview and documentation as instruments. This research found that management BAZNAS Lima Puluh Kota regencynot yet reached religious obligatory maqashid al-syariah to solvepoorness. Gathering of new religious obligatory limited to religious obligatory Public Servant Of Civil and applied program still have the character of just consumptive, so that to mustahiq not yet been reached by the maqashid. BAZNAS not yet can alter status of mustahiq become muzzaki. So also with muzzaki, trust to remit religious obligatory to BAZNAS Lima Puluh Kota regency form not yet is fully proved with religious obligatory managed by BAZNAS still religious obligatory of PNS not yet reached agriculture religious obligatory, entrepreneur and others.
