Abstract

This study aims to describe and understand the system of profit sharing for musyarakah financing. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type and field study research method by conducting interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the profit sharing system applied by PT. BPR Syariah Al-Makmur uses revenue sharing, with profit sharing for banks calculated from the results of financing given divided by the total value of the project and multiplied by the estimated profit sharing ratio. The researcher concluded that the profit sharing system of Islamic banks as a whole was in accordance with the rules. The researcher suggested that banks use a profit sharing system, with the burden of costs being borne by banks and customers, so that there is a form of justice in musyarakah financing

Abstract

This research is aimed to examine and find out empirical evidence of the Islamic leadership style on employee work ethic. Sampled used in this research are employees at during afdelling I-VI.  The data are collected using purposive sampling method. The analysis of this research employs simple linear regression. Result show that Islamic Leadership Style have significant and positive effect on employee work ethic with the magnitude of the influence of 9% and the contribution of the variable Islamic Leadership Style worth 27.3%.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menegetahui dan menganalisa bentuk-bentuk akad gadai yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Kecamatan Gunung Tuleh dalam melakukan praktek gadai lahan sawit dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap bentuk bentuk-bentuk akad gadai yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Kecamatan Gunung Tuleh.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dalam praktek gadai lahan sawit di Kecamatan Gunung Tuleh Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dilihat dari segi akadnya tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum Islam khususnya hukum ekonomi syariah. Tidak sesuai akad tersebut terjadi pada sighat akad pada ijab kabl yang mensyaratkan pemanfaatan barang gadai, adanya biaya tambahan yang harus diberikan penggadai (rahin) dengan sejumlah uang tertentu dalam melunasi utangnya. Hukum ekonomi syariah menyebutkan bahwa shighat gadai tidak boleh digantungkan dengan syarat, dan tidak disandarkan kepada masa yang akan datang. Apabila akad gadai (rahn) digantungkan dengan syarat atau disandarkan kepada masa yang akan ating, maka akad akan fasid (rusak), seperti adanya biaya tambahan yang harus diberikan dalam penebusan utang gadai yang dicantumkan dalam akad dengan mengacu kepada kaidah fiqh “setiap utang yang menarik manfaat, maka ia termasuk riba”.

Abstract

In dealing with conventional financial institutions as already stated in the Fatwa MUI No. 1 year 2004 on Interest is: For the existing office / network of islamic financial institutions and easily accessible, it is not permissible to perform the transaction based on the calculation of interest. For the region that there has been no office / network of islamic financial institutions, permitted to conduct transactions in conventional financial institutions based on the principles of emergency / lavatory. BAZNAS Solok city in the management of zakat is still using the conventional banks while the islamic banks already exist in the City of Solok. The purpose of this study is to find out why BAZNAS Solok City use conventional banks and to find out and analyze the law against BAZNAS Solok City use conventional banks. The use of conventional bank on BAZNAS Kota Solok caused because conventional banks have been there on the previous management, the Salaries of Civil Servants in the environment government of the City of Solok also through nagari bank conventional, and Employees of nagari bank direct tithe to the BAZNAS Solok City, If moved bank feared not collected zakat is derived from the employees of conventional banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of the level of protein consumption in Indonesia from 2014-2017 and its effect on the expenditure of residents in the village and in the city. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data that has been obtained based on secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), namely data on average protein consumption according to people's food and average expenditure according to goods groups in Indonesia in 2014 to with 2017. The results of the study indicate that the level of protein consumption in Indonesia that the average protein consumption of this society in 2014 to 2017 is the highest in the consumption of grain commodities compared to other commodities. However, the percentage of grain consumption from 2014 to 2017 has decreased, because there have been many people consuming processed food. This is evidenced by the increase in consumption of finished food in that range of years. Then the expenditure level on vegetable protein commodities in the village is greater than in the city, while the expenditure on commodities of animal protein is greater in the city.
