Abstract

This research is based on the existing phenomena where tax revenues have not been optimal, through the Restaurant Tax Online System policy as one of the efforts in optimizing Local Tax Revenues. Restaurant Tax is one of the local tax revenues that have a large contribution. This research aims to analyze the Restaurant Tax Online System Policy for optimization of Regional Tax Revenues in the Regional Revenue Agency of DKI Jakarta Province. This study uses single cash (single case study), using qualitative methods, data is collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation with the aim of producing the best conclusions and can strengthen the researcher's arguments. The results showed that the policy of the online system of restaurant tax for optimization of local tax revenue has not been implemented optimally, less optimally due to human resources that do not handle Information and Technology (IT), the number of restaurants that still use manual transaction systems, there are still taxpayer concerns about the online system of restaurant taxes, and there are still taxpayers who do not want their business transactions online. The results of the study can be concluded that the Analysis of Restaurant Tax Online System Policy for optimization of Overall Local Tax Revenue is less continuous socialization and the online system method has not been done effectively so that tax revenues have not been optimal.

Abstract

There are several findings in research that found that students' interest in learning in Indonesia is currently experiencing a decline during the pandemic, this is due to learning being carried out online. Students have the feeling that online learning is less motivating when compared to classroom learning. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence exposure to educational content has on the Instagram account @zeniuseducation on students' learning interest. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey method to explain the effect of one variable on another with the help of a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were followers of the Instagram account @zeniuseducation and the number of samples was drawn based on calculations using the Slovin formula, the results obtained were 100 samples. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Descriptive analysis found that most of the respondents' educational content exposure variables were in the often exposed category and most of the students' learning interest variables were in the moderate category. The results of the hypothesis test show that the calculated significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant effect of exposure to educational content on students' learning interest. The magnitude of the influence based on the coefficient of determination test is 43.5%, which means that the remaining 56.5% influence comes from other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance in the South Jakarta Administrative City Fire and Rescue Service Tribe both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is associative quantitative. This study took a sample of 82 respondents. Partial hypothesis test of the Training variable (X1) obtained a calculated value of > ttabel or (15.564 > 1.99006) thus H01 rejected Ha1 is accepted it is also reinforced by the value of ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Partial hypothesis test of labor discipline variables (X2) obtained thitung > ttabel or (21.222 > 1.99006) thus H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted as well reinforced by the value of ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The hypothesis test simultaneously obtained the Fhitung value of > Ftabel or (295.638 > 3.11) it was also reinforced by ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The coefficient of multiple determinations obtained an R-square value of 0.882, so it can be concluded that the training variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) affects the employee performance variable (Y) has a very strong relationship of 88.2 while the remaining 11.8% is influenced by other factors that were not studied.

Abstract

The spread of COVID-19 is still high, so it is hoped that a solution from the government to suppress its spread is expected. The strategy is from the top level, namely the government to the lowest level, especially the puskesmas. Which is at the forefront of providing vaccinations to the community. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method through interviews with several informants and using the triangulation method. The title of this research is the strategy of puskesmas leadership in increasing vaccination achievement by using Wheelen and Hunger's theory. The results of the strategy of the puskesmas leadership in increasing vaccination achievements based on the principles of planning, organizing, directing and controlling have maximized coordination between institutions and local community leaders. And the inhibiting factors for leadership in increasing vaccination achievements include coordination that does not run smoothly, the limited number of healthy health workers during the high spread of COVID-19, the emergence of hoaxes about vaccines, low public awareness to implement health protocols, and solutions for leaders. Puskesmas to improve vaccination achievement is to improve coordination between lines. Maximizing health workers and asking for additional health workers for vaccination, providing understanding for the community about these hoaxes and inviting people to comply with health protocols.

Abstract

This research is to examine how Long-Distance Relationship Communication Patterns in Maintaining Commitments Through Whatsapp Media in dating couples. The development of communication technology is not an obstacle in establishing long-distance relationships. Long Distance Relationship (LDR) is a pair of lovers who are in a relationship separated by distance and time. The people involved in the relationship will continue to feel the push and pull of conflicting desires in all parts of the life of the relationship. Long Distance Relationships (Long Distance Relationship) require an effective communication process in order to maintain harmonious relationships by using a communication tool in the form of a medium, namely WhatsApp. This research is based on the theory of Relational Dialectics and is supported by Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) theory, complemented by the concept of interpersonal communication theory and the foundation of interpersonal communication. The method used was qualitative with a phenomenological approach for 10 partner informants with criteria determined by the researcher. The results of this study indicate that communication patterns in long-distance relationships carried out by informants consist of separate balanced communication patterns, separate unbalanced communication patterns and balanced communication patterns. Also from this research, the five couples hope that the long-distance relationship that is being forged can progress to a more serious stage, namely marriage, looking for the best solution for each other, and learning to understand each other's partners.

Abstract

The objectives of this study include: (1) To determine the implementation of cooperative lectures of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type with a guided discovery approach in the economic mathematics course of students of the D3 Accounting Study Program, Pamulang University, (2) To determine the results of the improvement curiosity in the application of cooperative lectures of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type with a guided discovery approach in the mathematical economics course of students of the D3 Accounting Study Program, Pamulang University, and (3) To find out the obstacles faced by lecturers and students as well as the efforts made in the application of cooperative lectures of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type with a guided discovery approach in economic mathematics courses for students of the D3 Accounting Study Program, Pamulang University. Research on efforts to increase curiosity through STAD type cooperative learning with a guided discovery approach in economics mathematics courses is a type of Classroom Action Research. This Classroom Action Research is intended to overcome a problem or improve a learning in the classroom. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to change the initial situation or condition to the expected condition (improvement oriented). Based on the results of research and discussion, it is concluded that learning mathematics using the STAD type cooperative model with a guided discovery approach can increase the curiosity of D3 Accounting students at Pamulang University. Learning mathematics using the STAD type cooperative model with a guided discovery approach at the D3 Accounting at Pamulang University has been carried out according to the procedure. The implementation of mathematics learning using the STAD type cooperative model with a guided discovery approach has been carried out following the steps that have been set.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is an important aspect in an industrial environment that aims to protect employees from various risks and hazards that may occur during the production process. This study aims to analyze the role of OSH in increasing productivity and quality of work in various industrial sectors. Regulation of the Minister of Manpower No. 4 of 1987 confirms that every agency that employs employees with a number of over 100 people or more is obliged to pay attention to the occupational safety and health of its employees, but unfortunately Not all agencies apply K3 to these agencies. Working with a healthy, safe and comfortable body and environment is what all workers want. The physical environment of the workplace and organizational environment are very important in influencing the social, mental and physical life of workers. The health of a workplace environment can have a positive influence on worker health, such as increasing worker morale, reducing absenteeism and increasing productivity. On the other hand, an unhealthy or unhealthy workplace (often exposed to hazardous substances/items affecting health/occupational safety) can increase the number of unhealthy and even accidents, lower the quality of workers' health, increase health costs and many other negative impacts. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data from various sources, including literature studies and interviews with industry practitioners who are experienced in OSH implementation. The results showed that OSH has a significant role in increasing employee productivity by reducing absenteeism due to work-related accidents and diseases. In addition, the implementation of an effective OSH program can reduce the number of work accidents and potential injuries, which ultimately improves work quality and operational efficiency. This study concludes that OSH is not only the responsibility of the company, but also the community and government must be involved in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. With the implementation of OSH management, it is hoped that healthy workers will make productive workers, which is very important for the success of company and agency businesses and national development.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of e-auctions, the obstacles that occur, and efforts to overcome obstacles at the State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) Jakarta. The method used by the author is a qualitative method, with research specifications being analytical descriptive. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The research was carried out at KPKNL Jakarta. Qualitative research method with data acquisition techniques through surveys and in-depth interviews using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the research state that the public's understanding of the implementation of e-auction auctions is less than their understanding of the implementation of conventional auctions. Public understanding regarding auction administration is also still very limited. Besides that, there are still many people who think that holding auctions is State Tax Revenue, not Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). Even though in implementing the e-auction at KPKNL Jakarta there are still several obstacles originating from external factors, KPKNL Jakarta continues to make efforts to overcome these obstacles to optimize the implementation of e-auctions at KPKNL Jakarta.

Abstract

Tax education is important for the public, especially for taxpayers, in order to understand their rights and obligations in paying taxes. However, tax education still does not receive adequate attention in Indonesia. Digital content as a medium for tax education offers easier access and greater flexibility for students. This research aims to review the effectiveness and challenges in optimizing tax education through digital content. The research method used in this research is a literature study analysis method to review various studies related to the effectiveness and challenges in optimizing tax education through digital content. Data is collected from academic journals, books, reports and other related articles. The results of this research reveal that digital content as a tax education medium can improve tax understanding and skills. Digital content allows digital actors to learn independently and flexibly, as well as allowing access to various learning resources, and providing more interesting and interactive interactions.
