Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat efikasi beberapa konsentrasi pestisidaberbahan aktif Bacillus thuringinensis dan Emamektin Benzoat yang dapat memberikanpengaruh paling baik terhadap pengendalian serangan hama Spodoptera exigua danpengaruhnya terhadap hasil tanaman Bawang Daun (Allium fistulosum L.). Penelitianberlangsung dari April-Juli 2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimendengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) terdiri dari A(Kontrol. 0,00ml/liter air), B(Florbac FC 0,25ml/liter air bahan aktif Bacillus thuringiensis), C (Florbac FC0,75ml/liter air bahan aktif Bacillus thuringiensis), D (Florbac FC 1,25ml/liter air bahanaktif Bacillus thuringiensis), E(Prothol 10 EC 0,25ml/liter air bahan aktif Emamektinbenzoat), F (Prothol 10 EC 0,75ml/liter air bahan aktif Emamektin benzoat) dan G(Prothol 10 EC 1,25ml/liter air bahan aktif Emamektin benzoat). Hasil penelitianmenunjukan pemberian konsentrasi yang berbeda Bacillus thuringiensis dan emamektinbenzoat memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap jumlah anakan, jumlah daun,intensitas serangan, efektivitas insektisida, bobot tanaman per rumpun dan bobot tanamanper plot. Perlakuan G (Prothol 10 EC 1,25ml/liter air bahan aktif Emamektin benzoat)memberikan nilai efektivitas yang lebih baik dalam pengendalian hama Spodopteraexigua dengan nilai efektivitas 44,50% dan perlakuan, D (Florbac FC 1,25ml/liter airbahan aktif Bacillus thuringiensis) dengan nilai efektivitas 37,78 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh dosis pupuk NPK(15:15:15) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kentang dan juga untuk memperolehpengaruh dosis pupuk NPK (15:15:15) yang paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasilkentang. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Desa Tribaktimulya Kecamatan PangalenganKabupaten Bandung Provinsi Jawa Barat. Waktu percobaan dari bulan Februari sampaidengan bulan Mei 2018. Daerah ini terletak pada ketinggian tempat ± 1.200 meter di ataspermukaan laut, dengan jenis tanah Andosol dengan pH 5,9 (agak masam). Curah hujan2.438,3 mm/tahun dan termasuk tipe C2 berdasarkan klasifikasi (Oldeman, 1975). Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri darienam perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK (15:15:15) adalahsebagai berikut : A (0 tanpa pupuk), B (200 kg/ha), C (400 kg/ha), D (600 kg/ha), E (800kg/ha), dan F (1000 kg/ha). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk NPK(15:15:15) pada dosis 400 kg/ha memberikan pengaruh yang paling baik terhadap jumlahumbi pertanaman. Sedangkan pemberian dosis 1000 kg/ha memberikan pengaruh yangpaling baik terhadap bobot umbi pertanaman.

Abstract

Pemupukan an-organik yang intensif akan mengakibatkan kemunduran sifatfisik, biologi, dan kimia tanah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pupuk kandang ayam sebagaipupuk organik yang memperbaiki sifat-sifat tanah sekaligus menyediakan hara makro danmikro bagi pertumbuhan tanaman kentang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajaripengaruh dosis pupuk kandang ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kentangdan juga untuk memperoleh pengaruh dosis pupuk kandang ayam yang paling baikterhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kentang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalahRancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari enam perlakuan dan empat ulangan.Perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang ayam adalah sebagai berikut : Pm0 (0 tanpa pupuk), Pm1(10 ton/ha), Pm2 (15 ton/ha), Pm3 (20 ton/ha), Pm4 (25 ton/ha), dan Pm5 (30 ton/ha).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang ayam pada dosis 10 ton/hamemberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik pada jumlah daun, jumlah umbi pertanaman,sedangkan pemberian pupuk pada dosis 15 ton/ha memberikan pengaruh paling baikterhadap bobot umbi pertanaman.

Abstract

Permintaan kubis di Indonesia tidak sebanding dengan produktivitasnya.Turunnya produktivitas kubis dari 22,69 t/ha (2013) menjadi 21,04 t/ha (2016) dapatterjadi dikarenakan kesuburan tanah yang menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian pupuk hayati berbagai konsentrasi terhadappertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis. Percobaan ini menggunakan rancangan acakkelompok terdiri dari 6 perlakuan: A (0 cc/L air), B (2,5 cc/L air), C (5 cc/L air), D (7,5cc/L air), E (10 cc/L air), dan F (12,5 cc/L air), diulang sebanyak 4 kali dengan totalpopulasi tanaman sebanyak 720 tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi pupukhayati tidak memberikan pengaruh yang maksimal terhadap fase vegetatif tanaman kubis.Namun, aplikasi 5 dan 7,5 cc/L air pupuk hayati menunjukkan pengaruhnya terhadaprata-rata berat segar pertanaman. Adapun rekomendasi konsentrasi pupuk hayati untukefisiensi pada tanaman kubis yaitu sebanyak 2,5 cc/L air.

Abstract

This aims of this research to see the efficacy of several concentrations of pesticides with active ingredients Bacillus thuringinensis and Emamectin Benzoate which can provide the best effect on the control of Spodoptera exigua pest attack on onion plants (Allium fistulosum L.). The experiment was carried out in the Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency. Located at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level (msl), the texture of the clay is dusty with a pH of 5.44 and a rainfall of 2904.7 mm / year, including type C2 based on Oldeman's 1975 classification. The trial period is from April to July. 2018. The research method used an experimental method with a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of A (Control. 0.00 ml / liter of water or without insecticide), B (Florbac FC 0.25 ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Bacillus thuringiensis), C (Florbac FC 0 , 75 ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Bacillus thuringiensis), D (Florbac FC 1.25 ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Bacillus thuringiensis), E (Prothol 10 EC 0.25 ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Emamectin benzoate), F (Prothol 10 EC 0 , 75ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Emamectin benzoate) and G (Prothol 10 EC 1.25 ml / liter of water for the active ingredient Emamectin benzoate). The results showed that giving a concentration of Prothol 10 EC 1.25 ml / liter of water the active ingredient Emamectin benzoate gave a better effectiveness value in controlling the Spodoptera exigua pest with an effectiveness value of 44.50% and treatment of the concentration of Florbac FC 1.25 ml / liter of water as the active ingredient Bacillus thuringiensis with an effectiveness value of 37.78%.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of organic pesticides on suppressing the attack of yellow rice stem borer (Scirpophaga incertulas) and black rice yields (Oryza sativa.L). The research was conducted at the Al Mukhlis Agricultural and Rural Training Center (P4S), from December 2016 until April 2017, altitude + 700 meters above sea level, soil type Latosol, pH 5.7, rainfall 25458 mm / year including C3 based on Oldeman's classification. The research method used a separate plot design with 2 factors, namely 3 application times (U) as the main plot, namely: U1 (5,10,15,30,35 HST), U2 (10,20,30,40,50 HST), U3 (12,24,36,48,60 HST) and 4 concentrations (K) as subplots, namely: K1 (0 ml / l,) K2 (5 ml / l), K3 (10 ml / l) and K4 (15 ml / l). The results showed that the treatment time of application of organic pesticide U1 (5,10.15,30,35 HST) and K4 concentration (15ml / l) gave a better effect on the intensity of yellow rice stem borer (Scirpophaga incertulas) attack

Abstract

The productivity of soybean nowadays is inversely related to the harvest area. The increasing area of ??soybean crops is not matched by production. Based on this, research was needed to increase soybean production, especially for soil types with low C/N ratio. The choice of this soil type is because soybeans are generally cultivated intensively. The current productivity of soybeans was low is one of which is thought to be due to a lack of organic matter and too fast nitrogen losses. The research was conducted in a demonstration plot (in a polybag in a plastic house) using a randomized complete block design, consisting of 7 treatments (A = control; B = 30 g vermicompost/polybag; C=60g vermicompost/polybag; D = 90 g vermicompost/polybag; E = 30 g poultry manure/polybag; F = 60 g poultry manure/polybag; G = 90 g poultry manure/polybag), with 4 repetitions. The results showed that the treatment of vermicompost and poultry manure significantly increased the growth and yield of soybean when compared to the control. A dose of 90 g poultry manure is recommended for applicated in farm because it can significantly increase soil C/N ratio, growth and yield of soybean.

Abstract

This research aimed to figure out the interaction between chicken manure dosage and potassium fertilizer towards the growth and crop yields of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata L) Varieties of Talenta and to obtain the right dosage of chicken manure and potassium fertilizer that could give the best impact towards the growth and crop yields of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata L) Varieties of Talenta. This research had been started from March to June 2021, in Ciheulang Village, RT 02 RW 06, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency, Province of West Java, by height ±750 meters above the sea level. This research used factorial pattern Randomized Block Design method with 3 times repeat. Factor I: the dosage of chicken manure (a1 = 5 ton/ha, a2 = 10 ton/ha, a3 = 15 ton/ha). Factor II: the dosage of potassium fertilizer (k1 = 100 kg/ha, k2 = 150 kg/ha, k3 = 200 kg/ha). The result findings showed that occured interaction between the dosage of chicken manure and the dosage of potassium fertilizer towards the plant’s height at the age of 35 days after planting, it was showed by the combination of a3k3 treatment (15 ton/ha of dosage of chicken manure and 200 kg/ha of dosage of potassium fertilizer). The giving of chicken manure with dosage 15 ton/ha gave better impact towards the height of plants and cob weights without cornhusk per plot. The giving of potassium fertilizer with dosage 150 kg/ha gave better impact cob weights without cornhusk per plot. While the dosage of 200 kgs/ha of potassium fertilizer gave impact towards the height of plant.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out relationship between water content and bulk density to the harvest weight of pakcoy after combined with municipal waste compost and cow manure in Alluvial, Indramayu. This study used a randomized block design factorial with two factors. The first factor is municipal waste compost and the second factor is cow manure. Each of them consisted of 4 levels : 0%, 3.0%, 6.0%, and 9.0% with two replication, followed by regression analysis and linear correlation. The results showed that there was a relationship between water content and bulk density with harvest weight of pakcoy, but the harvest weight of pakcoy was not influenced by water content and bulk density.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an interaction of the influence of color and trap height and the best combination of color response and trap height to pest attacks on potatoes. The study was conducted in Cintanagara Village, Cigedug District, Garut Regency from April to June 2020. The study used a randomized block design (RBD) with 2 factors and two replications. The first factor is color (w) which consists of four levels, namely w1 = yellow, w2 = green, w3 = red and w4 = blue. The second factor is height (p) which consists of four levels, namely p1 = 50 cm, p2 = 100 cm, p3 = 150 cm, and p4 = 200 cm. The results showed that there was an interaction between the coloration and the height of the trap against the pest attack on potato plants in the 2nd week of the pest population. The results showed that the insects found in potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) consisted of 7 types and 3 insect orders with the highest catch occurred at week 7 as many as 759 insects at 680 insect color at insect height in all traps. The combination of color types and trap heights at the w1 and p1 levels as well as the w2 and p1 levels gave the best results on the intensity of attack on potato plants. Coloring and trapping height at w1 and p1 levels gave the best results against the pest population on potato plants.
