<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to identify technological changes and digitalization in HR management at Caffe Shops in Bangkalan Regency, specifically at a Caffe called Warkop Fafa. The method used is descriptive qualitative. We use 2 data. Primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews. Meanwhile, we got secondary data from literature collections. The results of our research show that technological changes and digitalization have a big influence on Warkop Fafa's HR management and customer crowds.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the influence of consumption on economic growth in Banten province, to determine the influence of investment on economic growth in Banten province and to determine the influence of consumption and investment on economic growth in Banten province together. The method used is a quantitative method. Data taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics for 2018-2022. The results of the research are that investment influences economic growth, consumption influences economic growth and investment and consumption influence economic growth together. The central and regional governments can pay attention and create regulations that make investment easier in their respective regions.]]>

<![CDATA[Pindang is a fishery processing product that plays an important role in post-harvest activities. Pindang products have a relatively short shelf life, namely less than 2 days at room temperature. Smoking is a drying technique used to maintain the shelf life of fish by using wood fuel as a smoke producer. Pindang tuna that has undergone the smoking process is given the name Sei-Pindang Ikan Tongkol. The aim of this research is to determine the chemical and microbiological characteristics of Sei-Pindang Tuna Fish. The results showed that sei-pindang tuna had a water content of 44.69 ± 0.66%, histamine content of 11.88 ± 1.12 mg N/100 g, total volatile bases content of 43.23 ± 0.22 mg N/100 g and the total number of bacteria was 2.1 x104 ± 1.2 x103 cfu/g.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to explain and examine the effect of profitability, retention policy, and tax planning on firm value with financing policy serving as a moderating variable. The study's population and sample comprise companies categorized under LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, during the timeframe spanning from 2015 to 2022. The research employs purpose sampling for sample selection and will utilize the methods of Moderated Regression Analysis. This research reveal that profitability and retention policy exert a positive and substantial influence, whereas tax planning does not affect the firm’s value significantly. Additionally, the financing policy does not moderate or weaken the influence of profitability, retention policy, and tax planning on firm value.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to determine the form of the Karo drum and guru sibaso in the perumah begu drum. This article uses a qualitative descriptive research method, because in this research the data produced is descriptive data obtained from data in the form of writing, audio recordings, video recordings or from trusted informant sources. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research instruments needed are stationery notes and recording equipment, both audio and video. This article also explains the function of the drum and guru sibaso in the perumah begu drum and its contents, namely the function of emotional expression and the function of cultural continuity.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to explore the audience's expression during the presentation of Batak songs at Champion Cafe and Lavaz Coffee. The research uses the qualitative research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The research is characterized as qualitative with a descriptive design. The result of the study are 1) Expression is a form of self-expression present in each individual, manifesting as physical responses such as body movements when listening to musical melodies. 2) Saweran in the urban society of Medan is an expression involving the giving of money to the music performer when a song presented by the singer or band resonates well with the audience.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to discuss the image of mothers in the poetry collection Surat Kopi by Joko Pinurbo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using a hermeneutic approach. The data of this research is in the form of poetry quotations that contain words or phrases containing images of mothers, both physical, psychological, and social images. The data is obtained from the poems contained in the poetry collection Surat Kopi by Joko Pinurbo. The poems used as objects are 18 poems, with consideration of the suitability of the issues raised in the study. The results of this study describe the image of a mother as a woman who has physical, psychological, and social aspects. The mother depicted is a mother who is strong and strong in raising her children and a figure who loves and cares about her children. The poet more dominantly displays the psychological and social aspects of a mother in her poems.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to explore the meaning of the use of Tungkot Tunggal Panaluan. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method which aims to describe systematically, actual and factually using words, sentences and images as supporting data.Data collection techniques in this research are library studies, documentaries and interviews with the source of the heir of Tungkot Tunggal Panaluan.Tungkot Tungkol Panaluan is a stick carved with the faces of seven humans and several animals carved according to actual events from certain wood and have supernatural powers. The research was carried out in Humbang Hasundutan, precisely Huta Gurgur, one of the areas that is one of the origins of the Batak or King clan rest (village). The results of the research are a source of information for understanding the meaning of Tungkot Tunggal Panaluan as a symbol of sahala or sangap.]]>
