Abstract

This study applies to general, general allocation of funds, and special allocation funds for shopping districts in south solok district. The independent variables in this study are local revenue, general allocation fund, and special allocation fund. The dependent variable is.The population in this research is south Solok district. The sample used is report from district APBD south solok period 2011 -2015. HypothesisThis research was tested by using multiple regression. The results of this study indicate the presence.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is the Application of Sanctions Against Criminal Acts of Humiliation in the Information and Electronic Transaction Law. This problem is divided into two sub-discussions, namely, first, how is the application of sanctions against criminal acts of humiliation in the Information and Electronic Transaction Law, second, what is the form of sanctions imposed on perpetrators of criminal acts of humiliation according to the ITE Law. normative juridical problems, namely conceptualizing law as norms, rules, principles, using a statutory approach that is described descriptively based on problems with various legal rules and literature, as well as seeking a legal opinion on the problem that is the object of the problem.

Abstract

The development of information technology with the transformation that occurs has resulted in the development of trading activities. It's not just about what is traded but also the method of trading. The trading method in question is a transaction through electronic media or what is known as electronic commerce or e-commerce. The development of e-commerce is in line with the growth of the internet. This is because e-commerce runs through the internet network. The presence of the ASEAN Economic Community (EAC) is an integration of countries in the Southeast Asian region in particular, which aims to reduce the gap between ASEAN countries in terms of economic growth. In addition to the positive impact of e-commerce trading, there are also problems, including those related to defaults that occur in the future. So that clear regulations are needed regarding dispute resolution between ASEAN member countries.

Abstract

Horror’s disruptive quality in that it continually demonstrates how the monstrous and evil circulate, invading complacent individuals, turning them into what they think as their opposites. This means that horror films possess a potential to show people that there is a possibility that the evil of the primal and primitive resides behind the veil of moral superiority and intellectual achievement of the modern world. Ari Aster’s horror film entitled Midsommar (2019) exploits the metaphorical power of the horror in revealing how the archaic is actually in the possession of the modern/“cultured”/“civilized”. The film is a reflection of the monstrosity of the systems that govern the contemporary society—a hypercapitalist society that is in-between Disciplinary Society and the Society of Control; Society of (Semi-)Control. This study mainly draws from Deleuze, Foucault, and Neo-Marxists. Data is collected by using observation method. As for data analysis methods, this study utilizes formalist technique called close reading and then apply the theoretical frameworks in an accordance with the methodological implications found in them. It is found that the narrative and visual elements of the film allegorically depict crucial aspects of a Disciplinary Society, Society of (Semi-)Control, and hypercapitalist society. The film unveils the oppressive and repressive nature of late-stage capitalism and Society of (Semi-)Control. This is shown through the customary suicide of old people because they are assumed to have past their productive years in a ritual called ättestupa; the strict division of labor; the deliberate reproduction of disable people; and the restriction to express one’s ownership of personal pain and sadness could be interpreted as elements that construct an allegory for a hypercapitalist society. Moreover, through its heroine, Dani, Midsommar also explores the process of how Disciplinary Society transforms into Society of (Semi-)Control.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Word Of Mouth Communication on Student Satisfaction, (2) The Effect of Word Of Mouth Communication on Student Decisions at Unidha, (3) The Effect of Student Decisions on Student Satisfaction at Unidha, (4) The Effect Word of Mouth Communication on Student Decisions Through Student Satisfaction studying at Unidha. The population in this study were students of the S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Dharma Andalas University Class of 2019 and 2020, with a total sample of 100 people. The sampling technique used the Accidental Random Sampling method. The data analysis method used partial least squares (PLS). The test results show that Wom Communication has a significant effect on Student Satisfaction, Wom Communication has a significant effect on Student Decisions, Decisions have a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction, and Wom Communication has a positive and significant effect on Student Decisions Through Student Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain evidence regarding the effect of E-Commerce, Self-Efficacy and the use of accounting information systems on accounting student decision making for entrepreneurship.The data used is secondary data distributed to accounting students at Dharma Andalas University with a sample of 155 that selected based on purposive sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Based on the statistical tested, the results showed that self-efficacy and the use of accounting information systems influenced students' decisions to become entrepreneurs, while e-commerce did not affect students' decisions to become entrepreneurs. This research is expected to contribute to students in making decisions in entrepreneurship. Thus, they further improve their self-ability and accounting knowledge to become successful entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This scientific paper discusses the strategy and influence of promotion in increasing sales of glasses at Optical Jaya Padang. The aim is to find out the promotion strategy and how much influence the promotion has on sales made by Optical Jaya Padang. The type of research that the author uses is descriptive qualitative, where the methods used are observation and interviews. The author conducted interviews with respondents, the respondents who the authors mean are employees of Optical Jaya. After conducting interviews, the authors make observations or observations that aim to make the data that the author can be more complete and real. From the results of the study, it was found that the promotion carried out by Optical Jaya Padang was very important in increasing sales. The author suggests that Optical Jaya is always consistent in carrying out promotional activities so that the promotions carried out are more effective and can benefit Super Optical.
