The company will run well and smoothly if it is supported by various potential sources such as human resources (employees or employees), adequate company infrastructure, wages or salaries, and work locations. Employees play an important role in a company organization, so that efforts are needed to process them in order to achieve a balance in order to achieve company goals. Employees are one of the groups that are at risk of contracting Covid-19, therefore there is a need for special handling of employees regarding occupational safety and health (K3) which will affect employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic (a case study at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Padang Branch). The sample in this study were 80 employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Padang. The sampling technique used the total sampling method or the census method. The data analysis used was Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results obtained in this study are work safety and occupational health simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to measure the behavioral intention of tourists in the new normal era of the COVID-19 pandemic in Padang City based on the experience economy and emotion. The population in this study were all tourists who came to visit tourist destinations in the city of Padang in the new normal era of the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of which was not known with certainty, with a total sample of 138 tourists. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the study, the results are summarized as follows: (1) The experience economy has a significant positive effect on tourist emotions in the new normal era of the COVID-19 pandemic in Padang City, (2) the experience economy has a significant positive effect on the behavioral intention of tourists in the new normal era. the COVID-19 pandemic in the city of Padang, (3) emotion has a significant positive effect on the behavioral intention of tourists in the new normal era of the covid-19 pandemic in the city of Padang and (4) the experience economy has a significant positive effect on the behavioral intention of tourists in the new normal era of the covid-19 pandemic. 19 in Padang City through emotion.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Debt On Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Return (Empirical Study on Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020) . This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020. The data used are in the form of annual financial statements of companies that are sampled in the study with a period of 5 years. The sample of this research was determined by purposive sampling method in order to obtain 80 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the website of each company and www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 23. The partial results show that return on equity has a significant effect on stock returns, debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on stock returns, and net profit margin has a significant effect on stock returns

According to the Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35 financial reporting of non-profit companies consist of statements of financial position, statements of comprehensive income, reports of changes in net assets, statements of cash flows and notes to financial statements. This study aims to look at the Accounting at Surau Zam-Zam based on ISAK 35 concerning Presentation of Financial Statements to Non-profit Oriented Entities. The results of the research on the presentation of financial statements in this surau have not been prepared based on ISAK 35, which must be presented in five forms of financial statements, including statements of financial position, statements of comprehensive income, reports of changes in net assets, statements of cash flows and notes to financial statements. The financial statements of Surau Zam-Zam only include simple financial reports, namely income and expenses without being grouped by account and still using their own language. Therefore, Surau Zam-Zam needs to apply accounting standards for non-profit organizations based on ISAK 35 in the preparation and presentation of its financial statements. This is intended so that the surrounding community believes that the allocation of funds and the accountability of the community's funds at this surau have been managed properly.

This research describes how the producer determining the theme of episode on the “Ayo Hidup Sehat” program, The program are aired every week. This research aims to explains the creative strategies, and obstacles that the producer faces in producing the "Ayo Hidup Sehat program" program on tvOne. This research used a qualitative method with the case study approach, by describes case study about the creative strategy of the producer to produce the television programs (Case Study: The Process of Producing the Ayo Hidup Sehat Program on tvOne). This research conducted on PT. Lativi Mediakarya tvOne which located on Kawasan Pulo Gadung, Jl.Rawaterate II No.2, Cakung, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. The informant selection used the purposive sampling technique. In this research, the informant divided into two criteria, the Key Informant is Content Producer, and the Observer Informant is Reporter. This research was conducted because of the lack of public awareness on a healthy lifestyle and the lack of a television program that contains education. So, "Ayo Hidup Sehat" program is one of the solutions to educate the public to keep a healthy lifestyle. This program discussed the health issues circulating in the public. The research found that the producer’s creative strategies are interrelated in each production process, start from pre-production, production, and post-production. The title of the research is Analysis of the Effect of Investment and Total Working Population on Economic Growth in West Sumatra in 2005 – 2020. This study aims to analyze the direct or indirect effect of the number of working people and investment on economic growth in West Sumatra during the period 2005-2020. The method used in this study is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method in seeing the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Here the dependent variable is economic growth, namely the amount of GDP at constant prices in 2010, and the independent variable is investment and the number of working people. Furthermore, to see the causal effect of investment and the number of people working on economic growth, it can be written in the form of a non-linear regression equation. From the analysis results obtained the equation Ln Y = 1 + 2 ln I + 3 ln L+ U . From the regression equation, it can be seen that: 2 is the coefficient of elasticity of investment on economic growth and 3 is the coefficient of elasticity of the working population on economic growth in West Sumatra. the 2019 covid pandemic. In the period after the covid pandemic there was also a positive relationship between labor and investment on the economic growth of the West Sumatra region. However, economic growth has decreased compared to the pre-covid period. During the analysis period, the natural growth of the West Sumatran economy fluctuated with an average GRDP growth of 7.28% per year.

The aim of the study is to determine the influence of event sponsorship to brand image of Go-jek. sample in this study amuntedto 80 respondents. The criteria in selecting the sample are as follow 1)everyone who use G-jek applicaton, 2) everyone who’s ever watched Liga Indonesia in Padang City. The method that was used inthis study is quantitative method, specifically causal method. the result of the study found that event sponsorhip have significant relationship with brand image.

This journal discusses whether the factors that are the reasons for the divorce, how the forms of domestic violence are the reasons for divorce, and how the settlement process for divorce in Padang Class 1A Religious Court. This journal uses empirical methods which are juridical sosilogis (Sociological Research). The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, and interviews with related parties in this study. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it is known that the factors that cause divorce are due to lack of harmony in the household, jealousy, polygamy, moral crisis, forms of domestic violence, namely psychological violence and economic violence such as snapping, and not making a living.

The purpose of this study is to test the influence of factors that affect the people of Padang city in choosing purchasing decisions online. Sample selection is used by the purposive sampling method, namely selecting samples with certain criteria as desired by the researchers, where based on the sampling method obtained 138 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Before the data is processed, a classic assumption test is conducted first. The test results showed that there were no heteroskedasticity and multicollinearity. This study used trust, convenience, security, and lifestyle variables as independent variables, and purchasing decisions as dependent variables. Partial test results show that trust, ease, safety, and lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneous testing showed that trust, convenience, security, and lifestyle together influenced purchasing decisions.

This study aims to prove the effect of locus of control and situational leadership behavior on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach that focuses on hypothesis testing. The independent variable is locus of control, situational leadership behavior, while the dependent variable is job satisfaction and job performance. The data collection procedure in this study was carried out using a questionnaire. The respondents were 70 employees at PT. Kencana Sawit Indonesia. Data analysis techniques to test research hypotheses were carried out using SPSS. Based on testing, conclusions; (1) the results obtained by partial locus of control have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, where the locus of control coefficient value is 0.723 with a small significant level of (0.000 <0.005). Means that locus of control increases, job satisfaction increases.;(2 ) the results obtained that situational leadership behavior partially has a positive effect on job satisfaction, meaning that situational leadership behavior increases, job satisfaction increases.; (3) results prove that locus of control increases, work performance increases.; (4) results proves situational leadership behavior increases, so work performance increases,; (5) results prove job satisfaction increases, work performance increases,; (6) results prove job satisfaction does not mediate locus of control on work performance,; (7) job satisfaction results do not mediate situational leadership behavior on work performance .
