Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has penetrated into the field of medical records, so that currently there are many health service facilities that use ICT to convert manual / paper medical records into electronic medical records. The Covid-19 pandemic brings a new trend in the world of health. Social restrictions on a large scale in order to suppress the transmission of this dangerous virus have changed the behavior of patients from many in-person examinations to electronic-based examinations. To measure the satisfaction and convenience of users of the Nima Medical and Rehabilitation Center application, the application needs to be evaluated in terms of ease of learning, ease of use, satisfaction and efficiency by using a questionnaire. The method used in measuring satisfaction is the usability scale system. The results of the assessment of the system usability scale method on the online registration and consultation application of the NIMA Medical And Rehabilitation Center received a score of 83 which means that this application is declared Acceptable, the grade scale is in category B, the Adjective rating is in the excellent category. In the assessment, the SUS Score Percentile Rank is in grade A so that this application can be used easily by users to get electronic-based consulting services and online registration.

Abstract

Almost everyone demands more efficient public services, one of which is health services. One of the clinics in Bulukumba district is a clinic that is visited by many people. Many people come to seek treatment at the clinic because the clinic has been trusted by many local residents, because many residents come to the clinic which eventually causes queues. From these problems, this study aims to design a smartphone-based online registration system for outpatients in one of the clinics in Bulukumba district to provide queuing information and an estimated time when the patient will be served. In this study, the questionnaire used SUS. The research flow used was the UI design design for the Retno Healthy Home application, in this study the application used to create a prototype was a web-based figma application and also used a web-based draw.io application to create diagrams and sketch the initial design in black and white. In this study, 27 respondents used random sampling technique. In the evaluation results of UI design using the SUS questionnaire, it gets an average value of 68.

Abstract

Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan adalah suatu alat atau tempat yang digunakan untuk menyelenggarakan upaya pelayanan kesehatan baik promotive, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitative yang pelayanannya dilakukan oleh pemerintah atau masyarakat. Pandemic COVID-19 masyarakat takut mengunjungi rumah sakit karena mereka menilai bahwa rumah sakit memiliki potensi penyebaran virus corona. Sebagai dampak dari kondisi ini, masyarakat akan lebih memilih untuk mengurangi interaksi dengan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. salah satu alur pasien yang memungkinkan terjadinya interaksi antara pasien yang satu dengan pasien yang lainnya adalah di bagian pendaftaran. Untuk itulah agar masyarakat tetap dapat menggunakan fasilitas kesehatan namun tetap terjaga untuk tidak terjadi penularan, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah memangkas bottle neck di bagian pendaftaran yaitu membuat aplikasi registrasi online. Dengan registrasi online, pasien dapat melakukan pendaftaran dan dapat memantau antrian pemeriksaan dari rumah sehingga dapat menuju ke rumah sakit tanpa menunggu terlalu lama.

Abstract

Electronic personal health records system, often called E-PHR, is a systemthat contains personal health records that can be accessed at any time through a Web-enabled device, such as a computer telephone or PDA (Thede. L, 2008).Patients can quickly access test results, view examination and treatment history, and communicate with doctors. My Nusahealth is a web-based electronic Personal Health Record that is integrated with Electronic Medical Records in hospitals. The aim is to make it easier for patients to access their personal health data at the hospitals they have visited. To ensure that the My Nusahealth application is in accordance with the needs of users both by patients and hospitals as health facility providers, it is necessary to evaluate the level of usability. The evaluation method used to assess the My Nusahealth application is the System Usability Scale (SUS) because this method has advantages over other methods. This research is a type of accidental quantitative research (accidental sampling). Data collection was carried out by distributing a questionnaire link in the form of a google form to respondents via social media and WhatsApp. The My Nusahealth application can be accessed by respondents at: http://bit.ly/MyNusaHealth. The research sample was 10 (ten) people who were selected using the Systematic Random Sampling technique. The results of the final calculation of the SUS score in table 5 above were 73. While the average SUS score was 68, this means that the score obtained from evaluation of the use of the My Nusahealth Web is above the average global SUS score. Based on these final results, Web My Nusahealth has acceptability ranges in the acceptable category, the grade scale in the C category and an adjective rating in the good category.

Abstract

Anti-coagulants are blood clotting inhibitors by inhibiting the factors that can cause blood clotting. Anticoagulants are very useful in the field of hematology by adding anticoagulants to the blood to keep the speciment preserved without affecting the morphology of blood cells, platelet counts, hemoglobin check, leukocyte count and blood group determination. EDTA is anticoagulant that is often used in blood tests. The use of chemical anticoagulants is very expensive. Research is needed to find cheaper alternatives anticoagulants. One of the mangrove plants that can be used as antocoagulant is nyamplung (Calophyllum inophylum). This research was conducted using a completely randomized design with three treatments, each with 10 repetitions. Observations were made on hour later after the sample was givent teh following treatments: tube 1: control blood (untreated). Tube 2: blood + leaf extract Callophyllum inophyllum, tube 3 : blood + EDTA. Parameters for visual observation of blood samples, observation of blood clotting activity, counting the number of platelets and erythrocytes. The results showed that the number of platelets in blood treatments was added with Callophyllum inophyllum leaf exstract with an average of 1.759.000 cells/mm3. Indicating the presence of anticoagulant properties in this plant. The result also showed that EDTA was more effective at inhibiting blood clotting compared to Callophyllum inophyllum leaft exstract.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the main risk factors for cardiovascular disease and contributes to the highest mortality in the world, including in Indonesia. The success of therapy is not only influenced by the quality of health services and attitude, but also influenced by the level of patient compliance in taking antihypertensive drugs and carring out routine controls to check their condition and blood pressure. The study aims to determine the level of compliance of patients taking antihypertensive drugs and control back according to the recommendation/schedule at the Bantul II Health Center. The research is an observational descriptive study conducted in June-July 2019. The number of samples is 65 respondents and the sampling technique is accidental sampling. Measuring the level of adherence to taking medication using the MMAS-8 questionnaire and measuring the level of compliance with returning to the doctor using an additional questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and presented in tabulated form. The results showed that the level of adherence to the use of antihypertensive drugs at the Bantul II Health Center was 36,8% in the low category, 12,3% in the medium category and 50,7% in the high category. The level of compliance for control back to the doctor was 4,6% in the non adherent category, 24,6% in the less compliant category and 70,8% in the obedient category.

Abstract

Pandan wangi leaves are often used as a flavoring (corrigen saporis) and an aroma (corrigen odoris). The use of pandan wangi leaves as a food preservative was found in several studies. The content of flavonoid compounds, saponins, polyphenols, tannins, and alkaloids is thought to have antibacterial activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the chloroform fraction of ethanolic extract of fragrant pandan leaves as antibacterial against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The active compounds contained in the chloroform fraction of ethanolic extract of pandan wangi leaves was identified by phytochemical screening test. This research is a true experimental research with posttest only control group design. The antibacterial activity was tested using the agar diffusion method (Test Kirby & Bauer) using the cup - plate technique. The doses used for each extract were 2,000 mg (10mL), 5,000 mg (25mL), and 10,000 mg (50mL). Phytochemical screening test using test tube. The results of the antibacterial activity were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis Test and the Mann-Whitney Test. The results showed that the chloroform fraction of the ethanol extract had antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, but not against Escherichia coli. The chloroform fraction of the ethanol extract in the phytochemical screening test was positive for alkaloids, polyphenols, saponins, and triterpenoids.
