Abstract

Application Management Curriculum In School Full Day In SDIT Cahaya Hati Kota Bukittinggi. Outonomy of education is giving an authority to developing our school throuhg some rules which is supporting student quality in learning proces. The final result from this education is to produce the students who was competency based on the expectation from the stakeholder as a user of graduates and also for goverment it self to realize this, one of the most important component is a curriculum. To produce the good curriculum it is also needed a good management. Abstract

Contribution of Discipline to Teacher Performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Padangpanjang. Teachers’ performance was tending to be lower everywhere. It was assumed that this was closely related to their working discipline. This research aimed at revealing the contribution of the teachers’ work discipline and principas instrucstional leadership toward teachers.Performance to do it, this reseach presented three hypotheses: The first, teacher working discipline contributed to teachers’ ferformance; second, contributed to teachers performance, the third, both techers’ working discipline and principals’ instructional leadership contributed simultaneously toward the teacher performance.There were 97 senior high school teachers involved as the population of the research, twenty seven of them were selected as smples by using stratified proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by using a questionanaire of likert scale model and analyzed by means of correlated and regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) Teachers’ working discipline contributited significantly 47,0% Toward the teachers’ performanc, it can be concluded that the working discipline.Anyway, there must be some other factors contributing which were not discussed in this study. However, the teachers’ working discipline and had been tested to significanty contributed to the teachers’ performance.Kata Kunci: disiplin kerja, kinerja guru

Abstract

Leadership of Head Madrasah In Implementation Management Based of in MTsN Lawang Mandahiling. As a result of this research include: The leadership style of the head master of school is style democracy. The high school governmental organizations Lawang Mandahiling implement school - based management as well. The supporting factors in the application of school - based management which are as follows: Many support and participation of the community and parents of pupils and the local government. To this school vision, mission that clear . The headmaster had a democratic leadership school committee has its job well. If appropriate school and harmonious interaction between entering and leaving. Factors obstacles in the application of school - based management which are as follows: There are some parents of poor students . Knows some materials that teachers vary scientific qualifications . Abstract

This research is motivated because MAN 2 Batusanggkar already brought positive changes to the collar in the quality of schooling. This is evidenced by the many religious programs, science, scouts, sport and art that have been realized. The program that has been realized is a scout camp between schools of West Sumatra, calligraphy training, development of new classes, building and other art. As for the purpose of this research is because they want to understand the phenomenon of the leadership of Principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in MAN 2 Batusanggkar Tanah Datar Distric and to look for the meaning behind the facts about the leadership of Principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in MAN 2 Batusanggkar Tanah Datar Distric. Research method in this research is a qualitative. The qualitative research is a research procedure with the results of descriptive data. In collecting the data, researchers conducted observation, direct interviews and documentation study. Observation, direct interviews and documentation study that examined do is about the leadership implementation of head master to improve quality of education in MAN 2 Batusanggkar Tanah Datar District. The results of this research showed (1). MAN 2 Batusanggkar school principals have the multi-style leadership, in carrying out their duties this kind of leader would welcome suggestions from subordinates and even critics ask of them for the successful joint work. (2). The strategy used in general is a bridge between the hearts of human resources, the division of tasks in accordance with the competency of teachers, there is a clear timetable, the evaluation of direct and indirect evaluation, and each teacher mengahargai each other and help each other. (3). Internal constraints are still many areas of learning of human resources, has not yet formed groups by subject, lack of funding and very limited assistance, institutionally, MAN 2 Batusanggkar in designing the budget does not have the autonomy and the large amount of human resources and input in MAN 2 Batusanggkar. External obstacle is cooperation with the local government in the context of religious education is still limited and the quality improvement program that institution under the name of Madrasah in the field of religion is often powerless against the current globalization. Thus, the principal's leadership in improving the quality of education is done by applying multi-style leadership and multi-strategy. Although there are some constraints, but the constraints can be resolved properly.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the planning, implementation and supervision of principals in shaping the personality of students in SDN 31 Batu Bulek, Lintau Buo Utara Sub District. This study uses a case study approach. This research belongs to the category of field research. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Collecting research data is done by observation, interview and documentation study. Research results (1). Planning Principals in shaping the personality of students by making planning characters to be formed, Planning in personality formation strategies, Planning in shaping student character based on student development, Factors considered in planning for the formation of student personality and Planning Principal in organizing the responsible Activities. (2). The implementation of the Principal in shaping the personality of students, with several programs, namely: Intensive teacher development, Involving Teachers in shaping the personality of students and Development of school culture. (3). Supervision of Principals in shaping the personality of students is done by controlling the personality of the teacher and students, controlling the principal in supervising the role of the teacher and controlling the principal in seeing the teacher's efforts and involving the teacher in the control.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how principals in applying religious culture and to find out the forms of religious culture that were applied at SDIT Ar Rahman Palangki. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research informants were five people. Data collection tools are researchers as key instruments and supporting instruments are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, field notes, and mobile phones. Data collection techniques are participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely collecting data, reducing data, presenting conclusions data. The results of the study show that Principal Management in realizing religious culture starts from planning (daily programs, weekly programs, quarterly programs, and semester programs). Then organizing (division of tasks). Furthermore, the implementation, namely tahfiz, memorization of hadith, azan, dhikr, prayer, sunnah fasting, dhuha prayer, midnight prayer congregation, open together and MABIT. Furthermore, supervision, supervision or evaluation carried out is a routine meeting every month and through the student's daily personal books.

Abstract

The departs from the constraints of the MAS Salimpaung in applying discipline specifically Islamic culture is the students are required to practice all the theories that have been learned to be practiced in their daily lives at school. Such as the obligation to shake hands by kissing hands before entering class, performing dhuha prayer, midnight prayer in congregation, and checking each student's activities in the form of Islam, both in the school environment and outside the school environment. Islamic culture is formed wherever students are. The formulation of Working Management of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture at MAS Salimpaung, is carried out by the foundation, committee and several related teachers. The results of the formulation are: routine, spontaneous, exemplary and conditioning activities. The formulation was carried out in the school by experiencing 3 obstacles, namely, there was no reference to the program as a comparison, it was not presented by people who were experienced in formulating and lacking precisely the time of deliberation, because it was carried out in the afternoon. Working management implementation of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture, that, routine activities that run at MAS Salimpaung such as every morning, pray before and after lessons, Dhuha prayer, memorizing letters, and midday prayers. This activity includes daily activities, while weekly activities such as muhadharah are attended by all monthly school residents such as every three months a student and teacher tent is held. Annual activities such as mabid in the month of Ramadan, the celebration of Idul Fitri adn Idul Adha. (3). The evaluate method of Working Management of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture at MAS Salimpaung is carried out by examining more deeply the constraints found in the field, as well as holding a monthly evaluation meeting with the MAS Salimpaung Foundation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: pelaksanaan pelatihan bagi pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelatihan pengawas PAI, model pelatihan yang sudah dilakukan Balai Diklat Keagamaan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI, dan model pelatihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat oleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang sesuai dengan perencanaan, namun belum didasarkan kepada analisis kebutuhan peserta pelatihan. Di antara faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pelatihan pengawas PAI oleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang adalah sudah adanya petunjuk tentang perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan secara lengkap yang mencakup teknis, disain dan evaluasi pelatihan. Di antara faktor penghambat pelatihan pengawas PAI adalah minimnya kemampuan sebagian peserta pelatihan dalam menguasai IT serta alokasi dana pelatihan yang sangat terbatas. Berdasarkan data tersebut dihasilkan sebuah produk model pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menerapkan strategi knowledge sharing untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Madrasah Diniyah Annafi’iyah Nurul Jadid. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. hasil dari penelitian ini knowledge sharing dalam menigkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan cara, antara lain 1) Merubah mindset dan revolusi mental 2) Pelatihan 3) Pengawasan 4) Reward dan punisment. Hasil dari adanya knowledge sharing dapat menambah pengetahuan atau wawasan dan  pengalaman baru, sehingga tetap terjaga kualitas sumber daya manusia di madrasah. Penerapan strategi knowledge sharing yang dilakukan seorang pemimpin dapat memberi manfaat bagi sumber daya lembaga sendiri dan bisa mengembangkan lembaga untuk terus maju lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Strategi Knowledge Sharing dan Sumber Daya ManusiaThe purpose of this study is to apply knowledge sharing strategies to improve the quality of human resources in Nurul Jadid's Diniyah Annafi'iyah Madrasah. The research methodology used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection is done by interview and observation. the results of this research are knowledge sharing in improving the quality of human resources by means of, among others: 1) changing mental mindset and revolution 2) training 3) supervision 4) rewards and punishments. The results of knowledge sharing can add new knowledge or insights and experiences, so that the quality of human resources is maintained in the madrasa. The application of knowledge sharing strategies carried out by a leader can benefit the institution's own resources and can develop institutions to continue to advance better.Keywords: Knowledge Sharing Strategy and Human Resources
