Abstract

Most of the coastal areas in Indonesia are natural areas that have potential tourism and not yet developed optimally, one of which is the coastal area of Sawarna who is in the Banten. Tourist activities in this area have long been underway, and coastal areas Sawarna have a spacious and beautiful beach area with rocks that become one of the attractions of tourism. This research aims to find out and explain the role of human resources in tourism development on the beach of Sawarna. Method qualitative descriptive analysis is used in this study. And the data collection method performed namely through observation, document analysis, interview results and library studies as data Collection Instrument. Based on the results of research can be concluded that tourism in Indonesia, it has a large role as an economic driver. Society in the region tourism is a human resource that has an important role in contributing to improving tourism in the area. The role of human resources in the development of tourism in the coastal area of Sawarna is an aspect of success in doing development of existing tourist potential.

Abstract

Even though Indonesia has a large Muslim population, only a few people are actively involved in the religious tourism industry which is still a topic of interest. Religious tourism has not significantly affected the economy of Menggoro Village. Religious tourism in Indonesia still has a lot of room to be developed so that it can better serve society as a whole. The religious tourism area of Menggoro Tourism Village has a lot of potential to improve the economy of the local community. To maximize the expansion of religious tourism, Menggoro Village can be developed as part of halal tourism. This study aims to determine whether halal tourism has the potential to benefit the local economy or not. The research method is to conduct observations and interviews with the community and tourism village managers who are actively involved in religious tourism. In-depth interviews were conducted with important people who are in charge of the tourism village. According to the findings, making souvenirs, sharia homestays, halal certification for the typical dishes of Menggoro Village, and display areas for original tourism village products can maximize the economic potential of the population. Religious tourism is recognized as superior by the people of Menggoro Village, business owners and tourists.

Abstract

The tourism industry is one of the largest industries in the world, including Indonesia. So, it is said that this industry has considerable influence, so that it becomes an opportunity for business. Pinge Village is a small tourist village that is old enough to offer various tourist attractions jogging trekking, picking flowers, and planting rice. In addition, there are beautiful views, and a cool and beautiful atmosphere. This study aims to determine the influence of Instagram social media promotions on the decisions of tourists visiting Pinge Village. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The qualitative method is a method that observes directly, and this method produces a more comprehensive study of a phenomenon. The results of the study show that there is still a lack of marketing strategy through Instagram social media, a lack of the community's role in developing tour packages.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existing promotions at the Pasola cultural event in West Sumba Regency by looking at the promotion, events and tourist attractions. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 30 respondents. The data results using analytical tools can be concluded, namely the results of the questionnaire distributed to respondents who visited the Pasola cultural event, from the results of the validity and reliability tests in the table, showing that all statements used in the questionnaire in this study are valid and reliable from the results of the multiple linear regression equation. The conclusion in this study is that the more promotion and development of cultural events there are, the more tourist attractions issued by tourist attractions which will affect other variables such as visiting interest in West Sumba Regency.
