Abstract

Usually the recording of transactions in Bio Clean Laundry is done by writing transactions in a book that has been provided, so that it often causes errors in recording the transaction notes and the results of washing transactions. In addition, there are often discrepancies in the data resulting from transactions so that the business suffers losses. Based on these problems, an Android-Based Laundry Service information system was designed at Bio Clean Laundry using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling language and getting to know programming languages using Block Programming, and the system development life cycle (SDLC) method where this method has planning stages, analysis phase, design phase, implementation phase, testing phase, and maintenance phase. Testing of this information system is done by using blackbox and whitebox methods. Based on testing with the blackbox method, 4 menus were tested with the expected results as many as 12 procedures and 26 results by obtaining a valid percentage of success results. This indicates that all the information system testing scenarios are as expected so that officers can easily record customer data and sales transactions, so this information system can function properly.

Abstract

This research intends to create a web-based mail data management information system at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sumatera Barat which can facilitate archivists in managing correspondence to speed up correspondence processing, make it easier for archivists to find evidence of correspondence, can store, change, print correspondence data and reduce the accumulation of archives in the workspace in the Secretariat. This research method is carried out by collecting data through internships, observations, and interviews. The method used in developing this system uses the SDLC concept. At the analysis stage, the system modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a design tool. The implementation process is carried out using the MySQL database and the PHP programming language. The process of testing this system is carried out using the Black Box testing method. The results of the trial of the designed system have been in accordance with the needs expected by the agency. Abstract

Currently, paying tuition fees at SMK Tamansiswa Padang is still done manually, which is still recording payment reports in a financial book. In addition, the treasurer has other obstacles, such as busy teaching and additional duties from the principal. So it takes a long time to record payments and calculate the number of payments from paying students. This information system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with an iterative development model. This model has several stages: design, analysis, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The research results on the spp payment information system using the WhatsApp gateway at SMK Tamansiswa Padang are from the tests carried out from black-box testing, white box testing, and beta testing to get valid results and the system can run well.

Abstract

The preparation and writing of the practicum lecture schedule in the Informatics Education computer laboratory has not been optimal. In addition, the laboratory loan process has not been efficient in terms of time, because lecturers and students have to contact and come directly to the laboratory. The purpose of this study was to design and test a laboratory scheduling information system for the informatics education study program at Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This research resulted in an information system that can help labor technicians, lecturers, students and related stakeholders. The results of beta testing research on expert validation obtained an average validation of 87.4% with very good information and the user assessment questionnaire obtained an average value of 89.8% with very good information.

Abstract

Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat has wi-fi which does not rule out attacks on wi-fi networks carried out by hackers. Network Security is a protector in a network system in the process of preventing unauthorized and irresponsible network users. This research includes descriptive research. Descriptive research method is a research method that aims to explain an event. This research was conducted by testing and analyzing the test results on network security using Wireshark and Ettercap applications (Kali Linux OS). The results of this study in the form of a wi-fi network security system in building A1, building B1, building D1 at University of PGRI West Sumatra is good. During the scan for hosts, the IP of the laptop victim of the packet snffing attack was not found.

Abstract

What can do one of the ways to increase student interest in reading by increasing the collection of books in the Kerinci IAIN library. But so far, determining the collection of books to be added is still done manually, so it takes a long time besides that the process of adding books which refers to the statistics of borrowing the most books, makes the collection of books less diverse. For this reason, a book collection clustering method is needed using the k-Means method to obtain optimal results. Book collections are grouped into 3 clusters that are, considerations that need to be added, priorities to be added, and not need to be added can be a reference for librarians in maximizing the process of adding book collections.
