Abstract

Doors are an important part of any room. Sometimes there is difficulty opening and closing the front door or worrying about manually locking the door. A reliable security system is needed to secure goods or valuables, one of which is by building a security system that uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) as an authentication tool so that users who can enter the room can be selected because they have access. Sometimes having trouble opening and closing the front door or worrying about manually locking the door. Technological developments to replace doors with automatic locks also pay attention to the security system. Along with the rapid application of technology, this creates an innovative idea for automatic door safety devices. The purpose of this research is to find a solution to the problem of how to build an automatic door system and door security using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification).

Abstract

Payroll is very meaningful for companies or agencies so we need a system that facilitates payroll activities. Apartment Grand Centerpoint operates in the service sector in the form of flats, experiencing problems in processing employee attendance data due to the processing of attendance book data as a manual system, resulting in operational errors and irregularities in calculating and paying salaries. This research was conducted with the aim of designing a payroll system to facilitate accounting & finance in payroll in companies with system features such as managing attendance data, managing employee data along with their positions, managing payroll data, managing payroll report data, journal reports, and employee payslips.

Abstract

This research aims to design a server monitoring system based on a Linux terminal and Whatsapp Gateway for PT. XYZ. The purpose of this system is to monitor server conditions in real-time and provide notification to the admin if there is a problem with the server. The method used in this research is by integrating the Linux terminal application with the Whatsapp Gateway using PHP programming language. The research results show that the server monitoring system based on Linux terminal and Whatsapp Gateway can provide real-time notification to the admin if there is a problem with the server, which can help in identifying and solving problems quickly. Thus, this system can improve efficiency in server monitoring and reduce downtime

Abstract

Internet technology is needed to get information faster. One of the information technology is used to carry out employee attendance activities. PT. Cipta Mandiri Sejahtera (Morena Rent), a the company engaged in car rental, carries out attendance activities for its employees. Morena Rent takes attendance using a fingerprint machine. However, employee fingerprints are sometimes not detected, the attendance data storage is full, and queues occur when employees gather to take attendance, therefore a computerized system is needed that can solve the problem. The method used for this research is to use the Waterfall model using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages. Web testing is carried out using a black box. The results of this research are to design and build a web-based information system program that is expected to reduce system absence problems. With this website, it is hoped that employees can input absences properly without any more errors, making it easy for the admin to process absence data and leave requests.

Abstract

Event Organizer is a system for managing order data, payment data, and payment confirmation which aims to make it easier to provide optimal service to consumers. PT. Central Adventure Indonesia provides event services and event packages, customers come to the office to place an order or just find out information on the services provided. Based on these problems, researchers conducted research to produce an event organizer information system design, starting from the ordering process, and price confirmation, to recording event organizer reports so that it can make it easier for admins to process event data and event booking transactions. The method used in system design is the Waterfall Model. The classic model is systematic, sequential in building software, and easy to use. This research resulted in the design of an information system for ordering web-based event organizer services that can overcome the problems faced by PT. Central Adventure Indonesia is in the process of ordering services and managing reports.
