Abstract

 This study aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of sales promotion on consumer purchasing decisions and to determine the effect of store atmosphere and sales promotion of consumer purchasing decision Ramayana Department Store in Serang City. This research uses quantitative research method, quantitative research method can be interpreted as research method based on positivism philosophy, used to research on population or certain sample, sampling technique generally done by random, data collection using research instrument, data analysis is quantitative / Statistics with the aim to test the hypothesis set. The population in this study is the consumer or visitors Ramayana Serang who ever made a purchase in Ramayana Serang City.   The method of determining the sample using the method suggested by Hair et al. (2006: 741) in Widikusyanto (2014) that the sample size required for factor analysis is at least five times the number of variables observed, so the sample used in this study is 5 times the number of indicators or statements totaling 26 items (5 x 26), so the sample size is 5 x 26 = 130, to avoid the questionnaire that is not complete or not returned, then the sample size plus 20, so the total sample is 150 respondents.  The results of hypothesis testing 1 shows the store atmosphere significantly influence consumer purchasing decision Ramayana Department Store in Serang City in this case if the store atmosphere increases then the decision will increase. The results of hypothesis testing 2 shows sales promotion significantly influence consumer purchasing decision Ramayana Department Store in Serang City in this case if sales promotion increases then the decision will increase. The result of hypothesis 3 shows store atmosphere and sales promotion significantly influence consumer purchasing decision Ramayana Department Store in Serang City, this matter if store atmosphere and promotion of sale increase then consumer purchasing decision will increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of work discipline on employee commitment, to know the influence of work ethic on employee commitment and to know the influence of discipline and work ethic together with the commitment of employees in public Works department and Serang District space Based on the research results can be formulated for the value of GIS. The discipline of the employee's commitment is 0.00 < 0.05 and the T-Calculate value 7.156 > 1.991 There is a discipline influence on the employee's commitment and for the value of GIS. The work ethic of the employee's commitment 0.134 > 0.05 and the value of T- calculate 1.516 < 1.991 smaller than T-table for the influence of discipline and work ethic on employee commitment is 0.00 > 0.05 and fcalculate value 64.359 > 3.144 large Bee table of T-tables then there is a simultaneous influence of discipline and work ethic of employee commitment and a value of double coefficient of determination (R2) R Square of 0.625. This can mean that the work ethic (X1) and work discipline (X2) variables affect 62.6% of the employee's commitment (Y) while the remaining 37.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of work discipline on employee performance at Simpang Raya Restaurant in Serang City, (2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Simpang Raya Restaurant in Serang City, and (3) the effect of work discipline and work motivation on performance. employees of the Simpang Raya Restaurant in Serang City. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. Sampling using saturated sampling, meaning that the entire population is used as a sample. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire whose measurement uses a Likert scale and is statistically processed using multiple regression analysis methods with equations through the IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 program. The results showed that: (1) partially Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of Simpang Raya Restaurant in Serang City. This is evidenced by the results with t count 2.087> t table 1.695 and significant 0.045 <0.05. (2) partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of Simpang Raya Restaurant in Serang City. This is evidenced by the results with t count 2.728> t table 1.695 and significant 0.010 <0.05. (3) Discipline and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from F count> F table, namely F count 8,092> 3.30, so F count> F table significant 0.001. The influence of discipline and work motivation variables on employee performance is 34.3%, indicated by the R2 value of 0.343

Abstract

Cognitive psychology is often referred as intellectual psychology or intelligence. Human cognitive psychology is a psychological process that involves the process of obtaining knowledge, composing and using knowledge and other activities such as thinking, remembering, understanding, considering, observing, analyzing, synthesizing, evaluating and solving problems through interaction with the environment. While Islam has a unique view of man from his cognitive domain, his sheets contain divine guidance on the creation of man and human nature either explicitly or implicitly (brief interpretation) and offering problem solving over all the probabilities of his life. Including, the discourse of cognitive psychology. Departing from the paradigm, cognitive psychology of Islamic perspective the discussion becomes an interesting thing. In addition to find out the method of Islamization of developing science, also to explore the aspects of cognitive psychology in Islam based on the Qur'an and Hadith. The cognitive psychology of the Islam's perspective is also to provide an alternative to the criticism of modern psychology that breaks away from divine values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participatory leadership style on employee satisfaction, to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee satisfaction and to determine the effect of participatory leadership style and organizational climate together on employee job satisfaction at PT. Muliavisitama Desanta in Serang City. This research uses a quantitative approach. As for the population in this study are employees of PT. The Desanta of Muliavisitama, totaling 34 people. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples so that the sample used in this study is 34 people. The results of this study in the first hypothesis obtained that tcount > ttable (2.433 > 2.037) with a significance level of <0.05 so that there is a significant influence between participatory leadership style on job satisfaction at PT. Desanta Muliavisitama Serang City, the second hypothesis obtained the results tcount > ttable (4.572 > 2.037) with a significance level of <0.05 so that there is a significant influence between organizational climate on job satisfaction at PT. Desanta Muliavisitama Serang City, the third hypothesis is obtained by Fcount > Ftable (11,833 > 3,305) with a significance level of < 0.05 so that there is a significant effect of participatory leadership style and organizational climate on job satisfaction. The conclusion of this study on the first hypothesis there is a significant influence between participatory leadership style on job satisfaction at PT. Muliavisitama Village, Serang City. The second hypothesis has a significant influence between organizational climate on job satisfaction at PT. Muliavisitama Village, Serang City. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of communication culture known as Horenso (Houkoku, Renraku, Soudan) on company performance. This cultural communication system was introduced from Japanese industries in Indonesia. Theoretically, a good communication system is a challenge to be competitive in the economy. The communication that is built will create a culture within the company, resulting in dynamics and harmonization which ultimately aims at the company's target in the form of achieving performance. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees of PT Runzune Sapta Consultant from a population of 430 employees and a sample of 81 employees. Sampling was carried out using a random sampling technique with an error tolerance limit of 10%. The analysis in this study uses a correlation technique. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Horenso culture on company performance at PT Runzune Sapta Consultant, it can be seen from the results of several tests, namely the analysis of the X variable (Horenso Culture) on the Y variable (Company Performance) by using product moment correlation analysis to obtain a value. of 0.690 means that it has a strong correlation between Horenso culture on company performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims todetermine whether or not the effect of career development and competence on employee satisfaction through work motivation as an intervening variable. The study design used is descriptive and causal designs is to analyze the relationships between one variable with another variable using statistic. Methods of data collection in this study is a questionnaire or aquestionnaire. The sampling techniqueusedis the technique ofrandom sampling. The population of the research objectis PT.Nippon Shokubai Indonesia Cilegon with a sample of 82 employees. Hypothesis testingis done by linear regression analysis and path analysis (path analyze) by SPSS 20.0for windows. Based on the research results with significance level of 5% was obtained conclusions: (1) significantly influence the Career Development Job Satisfaction with correlation coefficient 0.018 and the t (2.418)> t table (1.990), then H0 rejected and H1 accepted; (2) there is no significant effect on Job Satisfaction Competency with r value of 0.392 and the t (0.115) <t table (1.990), then H0 is accepted and rejected H2; (3) there is a significant influence on the motivation of Career Development Working with r values ​​of 0.00 and the t (5.606)> t table (1.990), then H0 and H3 is accepted; (4) there is influence is insignificant Competence to Work Motivation Employees with r value of 0.473 and the t (0.721 <t table (1.997), then H0 is accepted and H4 is rejected; (5) there is significant influence work motivation Work on Employee Satisfaction the r value of 0.00 and the t (5.893> t table (1.997), then H0 and H5 accepted. Abstract

 This research was conducted to find out the effect of the demonstration method on the results of learning mathematics during the online pandemic in the fourth grade of SDN Cilaku, Serang City.  The type of research used by the researcher is experimental research, the experimental method with the type of true experiment.  The form taken is Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design.  The instrument used in this study was a test in the form of 30 multiple choice questions as well as student and teacher documentation.  The student population studied in this study was 81 students with 40 students in class IV A and 41 students in IV B.  Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the results of cognitive learning in Mathematics before being treated using the demonstration method and tested using a pretest, the average value is 46.76.  This value is included in the low category and the majority of students' pretest learning outcomes are 39 students in the low group or can be presented to 45.50%, which is possible because children are less interested in the usual lecture method used by the teacher.  Meanwhile, after being treated using the demonstration method and doing a posttest, it can be seen that the average value changed to 73.82, and this is included in the fairly high category.  The largest value is 100 (very high category).  And the lowest value is 45.00 (very low category).  The majority of students' posttest learning outcomes are in the high category, which is 45% or as many as 19 students.  So it can be concluded that this research has the effect of using the demonstration method on learning outcomes of Mathematics in the material of flat shapes in fourth-grade students of SDN Cilaku, Serang City because it has increased the value of learning outcomes by as much as 70%.     Keywords: Demonstration method, Learning outcomes

Abstract

  Regional Government, one part of state institutions, has the function of regulating and implementing laws, one of which is realizing democracy (election of regional heads). Democracy is one of the main pillars regarding human beings; as individuals, society, nation, state and society. Do government and democracy contradict each other or complement each other in their respective functions. Democratic government is a government that emphasizes the values ​​of justice and community participation. Community participation in democracy is a right based on the law. What is the responsibility of the Regional Government in democracy according to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and Law Number 10 of 2016 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents, and Mayors, with regard to public participation. The results of the study show that the functions and roles of local governments in democracy are complementary and complementary. The law regulates the government's responsibility to increase public participation, namely voters. Government and democracy emerged at the will of the people from the gift of God Almighty as a resistance to the notion of authoritarian power, to provide guarantees for the rights of individuals, communities, nations, and states. Democracy and participation are inseparable from the state constitution and laws and regulations. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance, to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance and to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation together on employee performance in the Inpatient Division at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon City. This study uses quantitative research methods, quantitative research methods can be interpreted as research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine populations or specific samples, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection using research instruments, quantitative data analysis / statistics in order to test the hypothesis set. As for the population in this study were employees in the Inpatient Division at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon City as many as 47 employees while the sample used a saturated sample that took all of the total population of 47 employees in the Inpatient Division at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon City. Based on the results obtained in hypothesis one, there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance in the Inpatient Division at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon, the result of tcount> ttable (3,557> 2,014) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0 , 05) with a correlation value of 0.473 with a positive direction this means that if compensation increases it will improve employee performance, hypothesis two there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance in the Inpatient Division at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon, the result of tcount> ttable (5.148> 2.014) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) with a correlation value of 0.613 with a positive direction this means that if work motivation increases it will improve employee performance and hypothesis 3 there is a significant influence between compensation and work motivation together on employee performance in the Raw Division at Hospitalization at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon, the result of Fcount> Ftable (21,278> 2.761) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) while the coefficient of determination of 0.527 means that the compensation and work motivation variables affect 52.7% of employee performance while the remaining 47.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
