Abstract

Evaluation is important in a learning process because evaluating teachers, students and other educational stakeholders can find out how far the learning is successful. Many think that the evaluation is only done through tests, even though there are other techniques in evaluating learning or also other activities namely through Non-Test Evaluation. Non-test evaluation is an assessment technique that is carried out without using a test. So that this technique is done through careful observation and without testing students. Non-test evaluation is different from test evaluation if the evaluation is often only used to measure a person's level of knowledge, but instead, non-test evaluation is an evaluation technique to measure, assess and conclude the evaluation results are not based on the instrument on the questions. The use of non-test evaluation is usually used more to the affective and psychomotor aspects of a person or a student. Non-Test Evaluation includes Interview, Observation, Questionnaire, Project Work, Tiered Scale, and Performance.

Abstract

Education is a long-term human investment. Educational issues related to hardware, namely the facilities and infrastructure of the learning process, and the software (educational staff or teachers) need to get the attention of the government. However, it seems that many policymakers in this country have not realized the importance of increasing the allocation of the education budget adequately. The quality of human resources can be improved if there are various educational institutions, from elementary school education, SLP, SLA to high-quality universities. One way to improve the quality of educational institutions is by increasing the competence of teachers adequately so that teachers become professional educators. Thus, there is a causal or causal relationship between improving the quality of teachers (professionals) with the successful implementation of regional autonomy. In reality, the world of education in Indonesia is not only required to create human resources that can meet the needs of the implementation of the regional autonomy program. But no less important is the birth of human resources who will be able to compete or talk in the era of economic globalization when the implementation of free trade (WTO) and free trade at the ASEAN level.

Abstract

In the formulation of education about law, especially Islamic law, including maritime law in Indonesia, there was a fierce debate between legal experts about the status of customary law. Therefore, three (3) arise regarding the relationship of Islamic law with customary law, namely: the theory of receptio a contrario in complexu, and receptie theory. The validity of Islamic inheritance law in Indonesia is not through the theory of receptio in complexu and the theory of receptie but the Islamic inheritance law that applies because of the position of Islamic law itself. In addition to the theory of receptio a contrario mentioned above, the formulation of legal lines is also used in the laws and Complications of Islamic Law, the Qur'an's Hadith of the Prophet, and the opinions of the Companions of the Prophet and Islamic jurists.

Abstract

The digital age of a teacher is also required to adapt to the computer. PAI teachers are required to be able to use computers to help their tasks and roles as professional educators, including the ability to write computer-based Hijaiyyah letters. But apparently the problem is not that simple, because he has to adapt to a keyboard that generally uses Latin letters where there are very striking differences (even 100% different) between Latin and Arabic letters. In the mentoring activities of the PAI Middle School Teacher in the City of Cilegon, the writer introduced a practical way to write Arabic letters using the Multikey application, a product of Indonesian sons that is not yet widely known. The data collection was carried out by the writer through literature review, interviews, and direct observation of the author in the activities of mentoring PAI teachers in Cilegon City. While processing data through descriptive analysis, drawing conclusions through deductive and inductive methods. The conclusions of this paper are (1) The main problem of the PAI teacher in Cilegon City Junior High School in writing computer-based Hijaiyyah letters is the different letters on the keyboard, between Latin and Arabic, while the available keyboard is only Latin; (2) Multikey application program is a practical program of writing Hijaiyyah letters that have the characteristics of the similarity of letters between Arabic and Latin on a Latin keyboard; (3) The procedure for operating a multikey application program is very easy because it is equipped with a simple tutorial; and (4) 81.5% PAI Middle School Teachers in Cilegon City feel helped by the Multikey application program because they no longer need to memorize the position of the Hijaiyyah letters on the keyboard. The remaining 18.5% are not interested in applying multikey on their computers because of their computing capabilities, in general, do not yet support.
