Abstract

This paper explains about English classroom management in the teaching and learning process (PBM) in schools. Management is very important because besides being scientific, management is also the art and expertise of the teacher or educator in managing and solving various problems that arise that must be faced by the teacher in the classroom. In managing English classes a teacher is required to be able to produce intact learners in accordance with the educational function in the National Education System Act. The teacher must also be able to implement management functions in various activities in the classroom. An English teacher must be able to manage classes and master techniques in learning English. Learning techniques that can be used in English such as listen and repeat, listen and do, question and answer, substitution, draw and color, listen and identify, see differences, in a pair, group discussion, Cooperative Learning Learning, questioning and inquiry, modeling and demonstration, concept mapping, brainstorming, and also outdoor activity. English classroom management is very important for English teachers in carrying out teaching and learning in schools, so that the objectives to be achieved in learning can be carried out well so that the ability of students in mastering English is increasingly developing well in speaking, reading, listening and writing.

Abstract

The teacher is an educator who teaches students in the class whose job is to convey the material and guide their students in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The teaching process that occurs in the classroom is a process of communication between the teacher and students. The role of the teacher is very important in education to determine the success or failure of the students they teach, therefore communication between the teacher and students in the class needs to be considered. This paper reviews quantitatively the relationship between teacher communication and student learning interest. Is better communication between teacher and student can increase student learning interest? With descriptive-analytical methods accurate data in the field about 116 conditions with a sample size of 25% is 29 respondents. Statistical data shows that there is a significant relationship and is included in the moderate/sufficient category. This is evident from the results of the calculation of variable X obtained mean = 66 Median = 66.59 Mode = 66.49, for variable Y classified as moderate/sufficient, as evidenced by the analysis of central tendency obtained by the central obtained Mean = 63 Median = 64 Mode = 67.47, thus, the Relationship of Teachers' Communication to Student Learning Interests in the Study of Moral Law is significant.

Abstract

We rolled it out during the glory and destruction of people so that they could get a lesson (QS.3: 40). The progress and setback of a nation will be determined by the work ethic of the nation itself, a nation will advance when it has a good work ethic, the Qur'an offers man how to work well and correctly? Which brings good luck not only in the world but also to the hereafter. in the writing of this writing, it will be explained verses that give the motivator to work and verses that direct how to work properly and correctly.

Abstract

The teacher's professional attitude is the pattern of teacher behavior in understanding, living, and practicing the attitude of ability and professional attitude. Thus a teacher can be an example for students, and make students have success in learning. As for the problem in this study is how is the professional attitude of Islamic Religious Education teachers in Kebonsari II Public Elementary School Cilegon ?, how are the student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SDN Kebonsari II Cilegon ?, and how does the teacher's professional attitude influence student learning outcomes Islamic Education in SDN Kebonsari II Cilegon? While the purpose of this study was to determine the professional attitude of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SDN Kebonsari II Cilegon, to determine student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SDN Kebonsari II Cilegon, to determine the effect of teacher professional attitudes on student learning outcomes in Education subjects Islam. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population and sample are 47 students in Kebonsari II Elementary School Cilegon with 47 students. The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is based on correlation analysis using person Product Moment (rxy), the results obtained r = 0.92 this shows that between the variables X with Y there is a very high correlation, furthermore, the correlation significance test results show that t arithmetic = 15.82 and t Table = 2.021 where t arithmetic = (15.82)> t Table = (2,021), the interpretation is that there is a significant positive correlation between the influence of the teacher's professional attitude (Variable X) with student learning outcomes ( Variable Y). The contribution of Variable X to Variable Y by using the Coefficient of Determination (CD) is 84.64%, while the remaining 15.36% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebiasaan membaca terhadap kemampuan menulis sinopsis cerita pada siswa, pengaruh metode pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan menulis sinopsis cerita pada siswa, dan pengaruh interaksi terhadap kemampuan menulis sinopsis cerita pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cimarga Tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode eksperimen dan mengambil sampel sebanyak 40 orang dari 120 siswa SMP Negeri 1 Cimarga tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang menjadi objek penelitian. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner atau angket untuk variabel Kenbiasaan Membaca, tes perlakuan atau perbuatan untuk variabel Metode Pembelajaran Tanya Jawab, dan tes tertulis bentuk uraian untuk variabel Kemampuan Menulis Sinopsis Cerita. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 16. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai bulan Mei 2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kebiasaan Membaca Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Sinopsis Cerita; 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan Metode Pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan Menulis Sinopsis Cerita; 3) tidak terdapat pengaruh Interaksi Kebiasaan Membaca dan Metode Pembelajaran terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Sinopsis Cerita. Uji hipotesis penelitian dialakukan dengan Analisis Varians (ANOVA) dua arah dengan hasil F hitung > F tabel yaitu : X1 : F hitung 49.650 > F tabel : 4.09, X2 : F hitung 23,976 > F tabel : 4.09 dan X1 X2 F hitung = 0.699 < F tabel = 4.09.

Abstract

IT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon High School seeks to improve quality by implementing Strategy Management through a Process of Analysis, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation where there are problems related to education in schools such as 1) The condition of strategic management in the research area needs to be significantly improved, 2) The Process of Accepting New Students (2) PPDB) not yet based on Academic Information System, 3) Stagnation of Teaching and Learning Activities Processed by Educators 4) Less optimal cooperation between the schools and consumers in this case Higher Education, the Industrial world or companies and local governments so that graduates are not absorbed optimally and efficient. 5) Exploration of Potential Students in the academic and Non-academic fields is not maximal so that the percentage of success has not been achieved by the school. 6) Lack of Realization of School Culture to Create a Religious Environment by Practicing Religion and Life Skills in the Order of School Residents. In this study, the authors used the Qualitative Descriptive method aimed at knowing and understanding the true picture relating to the problems and strategies used by schools in improving the quality of education. The findings in the field that the application of strategic management in schools produce 1) Students excel in Leadership, academic and non-academic achievements both at local and national levels, 2) Educators and Education Personnel qualified according to the competencies set out in Government Policy. 3) External relations and extensive communication in the world of Business and Industry and State and Private Universities. 4) Schools that have religious and theological values, Physiological, Ethical, Aesthetic, Logical and Teleological.

Abstract

The development of a child's psychology is a series of physical and spiritual changes of the child toward a more advanced and perfect direction. However, it is also necessary for the writer to suggest that some people consider development as a different process from growth. The development is not the same as growing and vice versa. The development of a child's psychology is the changes experienced by the child to the level of maturity or maturity (maturation) that takes place systematically, progressively, and continuously, both in terms of physical (physical) and psychological (spiritual). The whole process of child development is regulated and controlled by the power of social law that occurs because of the associated elements so that what was originally simple (a few elements) is increasingly complex and more numerous. One of the social environments that influence the child's development is the family, in this case, the mother, because the mother is the first person to instill characteristics in the child so that what is done and said by the mother is what will be done by a child. In this case, a mother plays an important role and influences the psychological development of children since the child is in her mother's womb. Motherly tasks are the most honorable jobs and require skills in this world. The implementation of this task is very important for the care and protection of children, especially in the early stages of growth.
