<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to analyze three design factors of COBIT 2019 in the management of information technology (IT) and their relationship with the Qur'an. COBIT is a framework that guides organizations in managing and controlling IT to achieve established business objectives. The Qur'an is a sacred book in the beliefs of Muslimsthat provides guidance and ethical values. This study utilizes literature review to analyze the design factors of COBIT 2019 and compare them with the perspective of the Qur'an regarding IT management. Keywords: Al-Qur’an, COBIT 2019, Information Technology Management, Relation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tiga design factor COBIT 2019 dalam pengelolaan teknologi informasi (TI) dan relasinya dengan Al-Qur'an. COBIT adalah kerangka kerja yang mengarahkan organisasi dalam mengelola dan mengendalikan TI untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis yang ditetapkan. <![CDATA[Tuntutan Good Governace bagi suatu daerah sangat tinggi sejak diberlakukannya otonomi daerah pada tahun 1999. Otonomi daerah juga harus disadari sebagai suatu transformasi paradigma dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan dan pemerintahan di daerah, di mana Pemerintah Daerah memiliki otonomi yang lebih luas untuk mengelola sumber-sumber ekonomi daerah secara mandiri dan bertanggungjawab, yang hasilnya diorientasikan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di daerah tersebut. Untuk menjamin pelaksaan kegiatan pemerintahan dengan orientasi tersebut maka Inspektorat Aceh melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan internal pada Pemerintah Aceh dengan berpedoman pada Peraturan Pemerintah RI Nomor 12 Tahun 2017 tentang Pembinaan dan Pengawasan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah. Dengan luas dan banyaknya tahapan pengawasan maka dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi pengawasan dokumen pemeriksaan. Hal ini sesuai dengan Instruksi Presiden Nomor 3 Tahun 2003 tentang Kebijakan dan Strategi Nasional Pengembangan E-Government. Pengembangan aplikasi agar menjamin bahwa mutu pembinaan dan pengawasan tersebut telah dilakukan secara berkualitas, efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan standar pengawasan internal yang berpedoman pada Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan dan Aparatur Negara No 19 Tahun 2009 tentang Pedoman Kendali Mutu Audit Aparat Pengawasan Instansi Pemerintah. Sistem Informasi Laporan Hasil Pengawasan Inspektorat Aceh akan terdiri beberapa fitur yaitu Perencanaan pengawasan, Objek Pengawasan, dan laporan pengawasan. Untuk menjamin setiap data yang akan diproses maka hak akses setiap fitur diberikan sesuai dengan peran masing-masing. Dengan penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran pengembangan aplikasi yang memenuhi berbagai aspek dari Permenpan No 19 Tahun 2009.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is spurred by the absence of a dedicated website to showcase caé, coupled with the significant number of young Acehnese individuals in the information age who lack awareness about caé. Leveraging existing technology, the aim of this study is to develop a website-based centralized information system exclusively devoted to caé Aceh. This system not only offers public access to view the caé present in the database but also encourages users to suggest any caé that might not have been included yet. The primary objective of this system is to serve as a platform for preserving the nation's cultural heritage, with a specific emphasis on caé. Furthermore, it seeks to enhance the understanding of caé among the general public, particularly the younger generation in Aceh, and foster increased interest in studying Aceh caé through the website. The development process employed the prototype methodology, with experts conducting black box testing—a method where the system's internal workings are not disclosed—to ensure thorough evaluation. The testing results for this system yielded a perfect score of 100%, indicating its high suitability and effectiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by several lecturers and students who were still having difficulty in finding empty classrooms at the State Islamic University of Ar-Raniry (UIN Ar-Raniry) Banda Aceh campus, especially at Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty (FTK). This difficulty occurs because the system currently in use is still using manual methods. Therefore, this research was conducted to build a web-based system for finding empty class rooms that can be easily used by lecturers or students at FTK. The Prototype method was used to develop the system. The function of system that have been built were tested by using Black-box testing. The testing result shows that 93% of system functions work in accordance with their uses.
