Abstract

Probolinggo has done the policy of planning worthy children regency. It can be said that Probolinggo has just step up to do that policy. The purpose of the research is to describe the implementation of planning worthy children regency in Probolinggo and to know the factors that support and embedded the success of the policy. The research used qualitative approach by descriptive research. The result of the research showed that the implementation of worthy children policy used Darwin theory by doing 3 steps: interpreting, organizing and applying. The factors that supports its success is the commitment of departments and the leader in fulfilling the facilities and budgeting, although the ego-sectoral of departments were still exist. This could slow up the coordination and the success of KLA. In sort, it needs more intentional coordination and the same commitment and paradigm from the regency to rural level.

Abstract

Indonesian are very rich in ethnic, culture, religion, race, and also language. Indonesian’s diversity at one side could potentially be a nation's progress factor and on the other side could be a serious threat to the emergence of various social problems. In fact, Indonesia currently facing the problem of intolerance and radicalism. It shows that awareness about the importance of respecting diversity and living in diversity is not yet optimal in society. Education, especially religious education occupies strategic role in effort to raise awareness about the importance of coexistence in diversity. This article will review the design of islamic education in multiculturalism perspective.

Abstract

One of important challenges about facing educational organizations in the advancement of technology and information is how to manage a quality on an ongoing basis. In the context of education, the notion of including encryption of inputs, processes, outputs, and outcomes of education. In order to create an educational system that has a diversity way to realize the purpose of education can be achieved by renewing the madrasah mission and strategy as well as implementing it. All of these are subject to the discovery of capacity building in all areas of good governance as well as sustainable. Capacity building should be implemented effectively and continuously on three levels, namely: 1) Individual level, for example: personal skills and requirements, knowledge, behavior, grouping of work and motivation of people's work in organizations. 2) The institutional level or the whole unity, for example: organizational structures, decision-making processes within organizations, procedures and work mechanisms, arrangements and infrastructure, links to organizations. 3) System levels, such as work-related regulators, basic policy and policies that support the achievement of a certain policy objectivity.

Abstract

Learning Arabic Language actually will never be separated from the last goal ofIslam education which is being usedas a tool to understand Islam values inside Islam primary values resource that is Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadits along with turats books and all of those are written in Arabic language. Right now,learning Arabic Language in Indonesia arenot exist at formal institution only, there is a lot non-formal institution where everyone can learn Arabic Language, one of them are Al-Farisi. This Arabic Language course institution doing some effort to escalate the creation of qualified Arabic Language learning on their curriculum,learning strategy, learning media, also learning evaluation. One of important thing to remember is they only work with lecturers who graduate from Al-Farisi.

Abstract

Competence evaluation is conducted to see how much ability and expertise possessed by graduates from PG-PAUD UN PGRI Kediri study program in educating young children in accordance with the stage of development optimally. Based on the results of the evaluation can be used as a reference in improving and improving the quality of graduates of PG-PAUD UN PGRI Kediri in order to have high competitiveness in accordance with current technological developments and progress. This research is an evaluation research using consumer oriented evaluation model. The study was conducted in 20 kindergartens and Raudhatul Atfal in Kediri. Research subjects consisted of 20 principals and 40 teachers. Data collection was done by questionnaire method, and interview. The research instrument is validated based on expert judgment and trial. The data of the research were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that (1) the assessment of the four competencies, namely professional, personality, social, and pedagogic which is owned by PG-PAUD graduate of Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri in Kindergarten and Raudhatul Atfal (RA) . However, there is still a need for improvement and improvement on professional and pedagogic competence due to good category grading scores given by graduate users of less than 50%; (2) assessment of user satisfaction of PG-PAUD graduate of Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri is a satisfactory category for professional and social competence. While the category is very satisfying for personal and pedagogic competence.

Abstract

The principal applies the transformasional leadership style of leadership that is able to motivate followers to more than transcend their own immediate self-interest in order to jointly translate the mission and vision of the organization and be able to transform the energy resources, human, instrument, or situation to achieve the goal of school reform. Transformasional leadership is a leadership that is able to create fundamental changes based on religious values, systems and cultures to create the innovation and creativity of its followers in order to achieve a defined vision. The results of this study agree with Bass and Avolio that the transformasional leadership model involves four dimensions with concepts; idealized, influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual simulation and individualized consideration.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of education in essence not only lead to the results of education, but also on the process of implementation of education, the process here including the applied curriculum model. With regard to the application of curriculum, full day school system is one form of educational model that is considered to improve the quality of education. In this study, we want to find out whether the full day School system can improve the quality of education, the factors that can be the obstacles and supporters of the implementation, and how far the full day school system can improve the quality of education. Research that the authors do is included in the study with a qualitative approach. By data collecting method writer use observation method, interview, questionnaire and documentation.
