<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to disclose influence of applicating good corporate governance to profitability in the company food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. So that the sample obtained was 14 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 with a total observational data of 4 years of observation. The data collection technique used is the source of financial statement data using secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 software tools. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee has no significant effect on profitability. Independent commissioners have a significant effect on profitability. Institutional ownership has a significant effect on profitability. <![CDATA[Research to better understand the real estate and plantation market in Indonesia, analyze the factors that affect returns on investment, and make policy recommendations that can improve efficiency and productivity in these areas. Combined quantitative research was conducted to investigate liquidity, leverage, and company size to determine the relationship between these variables. One factor that affects a business's value is its profitability, which can be measured from the profits generated by the company every year. If the company is very productive and profits increase, it will attract investors, and the value of the company will grow. Profitability is the ability to generate profits from sales or investments, while liquidity is the ability to pay short-term obligations on time. Leverage measures how well a company uses debt to finance its operations, and company size is the company's total market value.]]>

<![CDATA[Previous literature review studies have explored the current status of digital marketing implementation in Indonesia by the SME, a literature review that focuses explicitly on digital marketing implementation is scarce. The objective of this scoping review was to map the existing digital marketing knowledge to meet digital marketing practices. The scoping review followed the protocol outlined by Arksey and O'Malley (Arksey & O’Malley, 2005) that has five main stages: (1) identifying research questions; (2) identifying relevant studies; (3) study selection; (4) data charting, and (5) collating, summarizing and reporting the results. The reviewed studies were selected from two electronic databases: Scopus and Google Scholar within six years time span (2017-2023). The results of the scoping review indicated that the majority of the SME already knowing about digital marketing. However, as has been claimed by Aries Kurniawan and Asharudin (Kurniawan & Asharudin, 2018), SME have some obstacles that must be handle so they can survive and grow. Emphasis should be given to how to understanding digital marketing strategic and how to upgrade SME's knowledge about digital marketing. According to Katoyusyi Kano (Kano et al., 2022), digital marketing strategies from the consumer perspective should be given more attention in order to make digital marketing more effective in attracting attention and winning consumer trust.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program or policy to realize the goals, objectives, vision and mission of an organization as outlined in a strategic plan. Punishment or punishment is a form of procedure or action given to individuals or groups for mistakes, violations or crimes that are made in the form of negative reinforcement or suffering in the context of fostering and improving behavior so that it does not happen again. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline partially on employee performance at PT. Deli Rubber Industry especially in the R1B section. The method in this study used a quantitative approach and the number of samples taken in this study were 104 respondents, the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS 25 program, so that research shows that work discipline partially affects employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Education plays an important role in all aspects of human life. Education is the most effective tool to improve the quality of individuals to be more productive. Competition between formal educational institutions, especially at the Vocational High School (SMK) level, so that schools compete to improve the quality and quality of education to attract attention and seize market share and offer the services provided. Therefore, schools must design strong marketing strategies in order to make students interested and satisfied with the services provided. Several aspects that affect student satisfaction such as education costs, location and quality of service. This study aims to determine and analyze which factors are the most dominant influencing student satisfaction among education costs, location and service quality. The population in this study were 855 students at SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. With the Slovin formula, the number of samples obtained is 86 students of SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. Data were taken by distributing questionnaires to students which were then measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression. This study uses SPSS 20 as data processing. The results showed that simultaneously the cost of education, location and service quality had a significant positive effect on student satisfaction. While partially the cost of education, location and service quality have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[The analysis of this research is whether the work environment and work facilities have an effecthas a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Representative Council OfficeRegional People of West Sumatra Province. The method that I use in this research isquantitative method with the help of the SPSS 22.0 program. This study uses analysismultiple linear regression. The population in this study were all House of Representatives employeesRegional People of West Sumatra Province, and Sample A total of 89 respondents. primary datausing the Questionnaire. This study shows that the work environment has a positive effectand significant to the performance of employees of the Regional Representatives Council of Sumatra ProvinceWest. tested and acceptable based on the t-count value of Variable X1 3.258 t-table 1.663 andsign value (0.002 < 0.005) The magnitude of the influence of the work environment (X1) on performanceemployees (Y) of 0.191 units. Work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance.tested and acceptable based on t-count (5.480) t-table (1.663) and sign (0.00) < 0.05.the magnitude of the influence of work facilities (X2) on performance (Y) is 0.445. which meanevery time there is a good work facility it will increase performance by 0.445 units. R² valueis 0.467 which indicates that the independent variable (X1,X2) explains the effectto the dependent variable namely Employee Performance of 0.467 or 46.7%. conclusion onIn this study, the work environment and work facilities have a positive and significant effecton the performance of employees at the Regional People's Representative Council office of Sumatra ProvinceWest.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of financial risk, security risk, time and convenience risk and psychological risk on consumer decision behavior to buy online. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased online at least twice in the last 3 months. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research found that risk is positively related to online consumer buying behavior. Risk or perceived by consumers is an important factor for online purchases. Security risk and financial risk must be low in order to get high and positive online buying behavior from online buying consumers. The smaller the risk the greater the purchase of online purchases. Risk Time and convenience show a positive relationship. The smaller the time risk and the perceived convenience, the greater the consumer's interest in making online purchases. Psychological risk shows a positive relationship to online purchases and shows that the role of the internet is getting bigger]]>

<![CDATA[This community service is carried out with the aim of being able to assist program planning in the village. one of which is the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes). This research focuses on the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in supporting the economic independence of the residents of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, which provides a descriptive description of the findings. The results of the study show that BUMDes have a role in supporting village economic independence. The role of BUMDes is by increasing the standard of living which has implications for the growth and equity of the rural economy. Improving people's standard of living is carried out by developing a business selling plant seeds, plant fertilizers, and plant pesticides.]]>
