Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effect that workplace discipline has on the staff at KSP Artha Mitra Abadi Jaya Magelang City. The population and sample for this study, which includes all 30 employees of KSP Artha Mitra Abadi Jaya Magelang City, were selected using quantitative methods. Because every member of the population was sampled, saturated sampling was utilized in this investigation and employed a questionnaire that was provided to participants to gather data, which was then processed using the data analysis methodology, which included the t researchers test, basic linear regression analysis, and the classical assumption test. The study's findings indicate that KSP Artha Mitra Abadi Jaya Magelang City employees' performance is significantly influenced by work discipline.

Abstract

Cooperatives are a place for a group of people to cooperate to improve the economic welfare together. Cooperatives have professionally managed human resources who can help balance the Indonesian economy and the growth of the cooperative's sales targets. The Indonesian Farmers Cooperative (KPI) in Medan City, which has not yet maximized the performance produced by the members of the cooperative which resulted in a decrease in sales produced by the cooperative. The researcher discusses the Influence of Organizational Culture and Spirit at Work on Employee Performance of the Indonesian Peasants Cooperative (KPI) in Medan City. The form of research used in this research is quantitative by using the associative approach method. The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational culture and work spirit together affect employee performance variables. It can be seen in the results of the Simultaneous test (F test) which shows that the Fstatistic value obtained is 49.966, which means that the fstatistic value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 49.966 > 3.32 or based on a significant value that is 0.000 <0.05. Determination test shows that R is 0.877 or 87.7%, the remaining 24.6% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study. In conclusion, the organizational culture variable (X1) and the work spirit variable (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the organizational culture and employee motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Magelang (Study Case in Consumer Service units). This study is carried out by quantitative methodology and a descriptive analysis. The sampling method used in this study is a sample of roughly 40 active consumer service units, which also constitute the population. The method being used is a method of conducting surveys using questionnaires and observation. The technique for data analysis being used is likert scale analysis with SPSS. According to analysis that has already been done, there is a 0.372-point correlation between the variables organizational culture and work motivation. Organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation has an effect on employee performance. The influence of organizational culture on employee performance is as large as the variable Organizational Culture (X1) and Motivation (X2) simultaneously has an effect on the Performance variable (Y) by 37.2%. While the remaining 62.8% is influenced by other variables beyond this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Simalungun Regency. This research uses associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 752 people, and 88 people were taken as a sample by using purposive sampling techniques. In this study, the data used was primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires through Google Form, and secondary data obtained through books, journals, and articles related to this study. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, simultaneous test, and determination coefficient test. The findings revealed that leadership style partially has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Suri Tani Pemuka of Simalungun Regency. Meanwhile, organizational culture does not affect the performance of PT. Suri Tani Pemuka of Simalungun Regency. Simultaneously, leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Simalungun Regency 92.7%, while 7.3% was influenced by other factors beyond the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of how the performance of fixed income sharia mutual funds has fared in the Indonesian Capital Market. The information used in the research came from financial reports and publications that were made available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. These reports covered the time period 2018-2020. For the purpose of providing an explanation of the performance of fixed income Sharia mutual funds, the financial statement is studied using Index Sharpe. According to the findings of this research, the performance of fixed income sharia mutual funds has a negative performance during the period of 2018-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of oil and gas exports, oil and gas imports, and inflation on Indonesia's economic growth. This study employs secondary data, which consists of information retrieved or compiled by researchers from preexisting sources. The method used to analyze the relationship between endogenous and exogenous variables is a dynamic model with Vector Error Correction Approach Model (VECM). The findings revealed that in the long term and short term show that the Export of Oil and Gas Products has a positive effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth. In the long term and in the short term, imports of oil and gas negatively affect Indonesia's economic growth. Likewise, in the long term and short term, inflation negatively affects Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work-life balance and the work environment on employee job satisfaction in the nursing department of Mitra Sejati General Hospital Medan. This study uses an associative research method with a quantitative approach. The study population was 530 staff from Mitra Sejati General Hospital in Medan. Research sample consist of 85 nurses which obtained by purposive sampling. Direct distribution of a Likert-scaled questionnaire is used for data collection. The method of data analysis utilized an instrument test of validity, reliability, a classical assumption test, and a hypothesis test utilizing multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS version 25. Based on the findings of the study, the work-life balance variable has a partial effect on job satisfaction, as indicated by t-statistic 4,447 > t-table 1,633. As indicated by the value of t-statistic 3,242 > t-table 1,633, the work environment variable has a partial effect on job satisfaction. Based on simultaneous testing, work-life balance and work environment has a simultaneous influence on job satisfaction variable with a value of F-statistic 7,277 > F-table 3,11, a R value of 0,588 and an Adjusted R Square value of 33%, while the remaining 67% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of bank soundness at PT. BPR Bank Bapas 69 (Perseroda) Magelang in 2018-2020 using the RGEC method. Risk Profile containing Net Performing Loan (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Good Corporate Governance, Earnings containing Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Operating Expenses to Operating Revenue (BOPO), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) are the RGEC method's used factors. The research methodology is descriptive and employs quantitative techniques. This study utilizes secondary data gathered from PT. BPR Bank Bapas 69 (Perseroda) Magelang's 2018-2020 annual report. The results indicated that PT BPR Bank Fathers 69 (Perseroda) Magelang in 2018 and 2019 had the same percentage value of the composite rating of 95% and the percentage value of the composite rating in 2020 was 92.5%, indicating that PT. BPR Bank Bapas 69 (Perseroda) is in the very healthy category according to the method RGEC.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of team work and financial compensation on employee performance at CV. Bin Ham Mandailing Natal. This study uses the associative method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all employees of CV. Bin Ham Mandailing Natal as many as 35 respondents. The data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test through T test and F test, and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the study, it was discovered that the Team Work had a partial effect on employee performance, this was evidenced by the value of Tstatistic (3,659) > Ttable (2,036). While the financial compensation variable has a partial effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of Tstatistic (3,464) > Ttable (2,036). Based on simultaneous testing, the employee performance variable has a simultaneous effect on Team Work and financial compensation with the Fstatistic 19,352 > Ftable (3,294), and the R value is 0,740 and the Adjusted R Square in this study is 0,547 while the remaining 45,3% influenced by other factors beyond the study.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth is known to fluctuate. The government and banks have taken a number of policies to maintain macroeconomic stability that have an impact on the domestic economy in order to prevent a recession from occurring on economic growth. This study aims to determine the factors that can affect GDP per capita in the long term and short term. This study uses descriptive and quantitative methods, and the methodology used is econometrics and processed using statistical software EVIEWS. In this study, the data used is secondary data in the form of time series or time series. The variables tested include Final Consumption Expenditure, Foreign Investment, and the Female Labor Participation Rate. The results of the analysis on short-term tests, all variables tested have no significant effect on GDP per capita. Meanwhile, in the long run it is known that only the final consumption expenditure variable has an effect on Indonesia's GDP per capita for the 1991-2020 period.
