<![CDATA[In improving the quality of schools and education is closely related to school-based management (SBM), in terms of developing primary and secondary education. In the current conditions, SBM has not received good attention, and even tends to not be understood by the school as one of the important factors in supporting the expected implementation governance of educational sector. Schools have a duty to manage fincances based on financial management principles so that the money in circulation can be utilized optimally. Optimal school financial management forces schools to make the process of school financial management as good as possible. For this reason, efforts are needed in improving school financial management that can increase transparency and public accountability. In terms of school financial management, the role and competence of Human Resources (HR) are major factors in improving the quality of school financial management. Based on an analysis of school financial management problems that occured, it is necessary to provide assistance during the SBM management process.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service aims to introduce financial literacy programs for early childhood. Literacy education is important for early childhood so that they are accustomed to financial management well in the future. In Indonesia financial literacy education is still something that is very rarely done, both in the family and school circles, the provision of education about financial literacy has not been done seriously and planned. Service is expected to benefit the knowledge of simple financial management for early childhood through the "saving" pattern. Dedication material is focused on how to introduce the concept of money, utilization and when to do shopping. Financial literacy education will be conducted for pre-school and elementary school children aged 5 - 12 years from study group students and playing in Waena Bupers formed by students majoring in accounting. The teaching method is carried out by the mentoring method by the Teaching Team. The teaching method uses simulation and learning using financial literacy education film media as well as the movements and songs of Ayo Menabung. The simulation of saving is done by practicing saving using piggy banks that are distributed to students. Assistance from the teaching team is carried out continuously with the introduction of financial literacy education that can benefit early childhood and will benefit themselves, their families and society in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[This community engagement activity is concerning workshop on the preparation of regulations for the establishment of procurement service units and regulations on the implementation guidelines for the procurement of goods/services in Papua Province. The regulatory workshop is expected to facilitate and smooth the work process of procurement service unit and other related parties as the provider of goods and service providers both in the process of accountability and monitoring and evaluation of goods and services provider activities. The participants of this activity are around 85 people. Then, the result of this activity is expected in preparing regent regulation concerning establishment of service/procurement service unit from each regency and follow-up in the form of socialization in each regency in Papua Province.]]>

<![CDATA[COVID-19 pandemic situation that hit the world has disrupted various human activities. The group most vulnerable to the impact of this pandemic is households. Every household is required to be ready to face all risks by managing finances well and fulfilling good nutrition for the family so that the body's immune system can be fulfilled according to government recommendations as an effort to fight Covid-19. To increase knowledge about household financial management and regulate family meal menus, the Socialization of Household Financial Planning in Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic was carried out. The activity was carried out in a group of housewives who live in Hawaii Sentani Koramil Flats Complex, Jayapura district. The activity consists of three activities, namely information on household financial planning, making food menus every week and planting vegetable crops in polybag media. The achievement targets for the participants could be achieved well because of the interest in participating, working on and returning the exercise sheets as well as the addition of simple knowledge on the three activities that have been carried out, namely household financial planning, making food menus and growing vegetables in polybags.]]>

<![CDATA[E-commerce or could be called electronic trading or e-commerce is the dissemination, purchase, sale, marketing of goods and services through the Internet or a computer network. All elements contained in trading are applied to e-commerce such as customer service, product service, payment method, and promotion way. The creative industry produced by some of the students of the accounting study Program had problems with its marketing. The marketing that is done by one of them still utilizes the sales media by boarding ads on sales sites and social media. They don't yet have their own sales website to market their creative products because of limited insight and expertise and cost to create a sales website. The trainee is a student of accounting study Program. The method performed in this dedication is descriptive. Also, to see how far their knowledge of internet technology is and how and for the sake of what they use the Internet, then do observation and interviews and discussions with the students of accounting study Program by giving Pree test and post-test, and evaluation of the competency of students after training. Thus, the results of the training that from the competency test results can be concluded that the 26 participants who participated in the training were able to understand, know, and explain related e-commerce with weebly.com and web blog in marketing the products it produces.]]>

<![CDATA[The training was carried out aimed at increasing students' willingness to write scientific papers, and improving reference search capabilities in various sources with the Mendeley application. The training is preceded by providing information to students about the training activities that will be carried out. The material presented at the training was: 1) Urgency of writing scientific papers for improving the quality of thesis, 2) Strategies in quoting other people's work, 3) Knowledge of plagiarism and methods of scanning it. After the training, the results obtained were: 1) increasing willingness of teachers to write scientific papers, 2) increasing students' ability to write scientific papers, 3) increasing reference search capabilities at various sources, and 4) participants can know methods to avoid plagiarism.]]>

<![CDATA[Becoming an investor at the present time is not difficult because through one of the programs from the investment gallery that has collaborated with the existing universities in Indonesia is one of the media to attract students to become young investors. Not just students, through village programs saving shares from this gallery which gives equal opportunities to villagers to become investors. Therefore, community service activities were carried out in the village of Arsopura, Keerom Regency, Papua Province which aims to conduct education and the introduction of capital markets to rural communities to also be involved as capital market players. The final result of this activity is that there were 20 residents who directly open their share accounts and can immediately become an investor.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this activity is so that children in Warsa District, Biak Regency are able to understand and have an entrepreneurial spirit, be able to practice marketing (simple trading techniques) and promote the conditions of natural wealth in the surrounding environment The results of this training activity include, The achievement of training objectives, the achievement of the planned material targets and the ability of participants to understand the training material. The participants of this training were 25 children around the activity location. This figure shows that this training / socialization activity meets the target of participants reaching 95% and can be said to be successful / successful.]]>

<![CDATA[Training "Preparation Of Spending Standard Analysis Model (Asb) In Waropen District", which aims to know the fairness of financial budget and determine the model of analysis of spending standards that meet the fairness of education and training activities in the Waropen District Device Organization. The method used in this study is by approaching the cost performance of activities (ABC) and simple regression approach. While the data used is secondary data, in the form of existing activities of local government in the current year (in the form of Draft Budget Work or Budget Implementation Document - Regional Work Equipment Unit) and also secondary data in the form of unit price standards. Proposed budgets that do not comply with the ASB will be analyzed or revised according to the established standards. The draft APBD is prepared based on the results of an assessment of the proposed budget of SKPD which is prepared based on ASB. For local governments, the Analysis of Spending Standards is expected to hold effective and efficient budget management and accountability of local governments that will later materialize good governance. Based on the explanation above, it appears that the existence of a standard analysis of shopping is a must. Without the analysis of spending standards, the APBD proposed by each SKPD will tend not to comply with the budget standards. As a result, the preparation of performance-based budgets that are expected to be able to improve the performance, efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of local governments.]]>

<![CDATA[Decision-making is already a part of life, sometimes we are confronted on two or more options, or easy choices to the hardest. At decision making involving a system (simple or complex), it is possible that decision making is done after a certain process. One of the decision-making tools that can be used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using the Expert Choice V. 11 application to solve complex problems by targeting a hierarchy of criteria, assessed subjectively by interested parties and then attracting various considerations to develop weights or priorities (conclusions). Therefore, there needs to be training for students of the accounting department of FEB-Uncen who are on the level of drafting their research plan to understand one of the analysis tools that will be expected to be applied by the students in his research.]]>
