Abstract

The fifteen level single phase Multilevel Inverter (MLI) in this research is constructed by using three independent DC sources in form of 12, 24, and 48 Volts batteries which arranged in series where each source separated by MOSFET that used as switch and uses three diodes and furthermore connected with H-Bridge circuits which serves to reverse the direction of the electric current to producing alternating current on the resistif load. MOSFET switching circuit is designed by using Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) methode which using AC PLN current as control reference system, by using the operational amplifier component that used as comparator between the reference wave with carrier voltage from DC sources as many as sevens where use analog and digital electronic components which function to activate the gate of each MOSFET in the power circuits. By using combination of voltage arrangement battery this MLI can produce an output wave not much different from previous research that is equal to 15 levels, THD of 5.6%, and frequency of 50 Hz but the number of switches, diodes and carrier voltages used is less than previous researches.

Abstract

Many victims are caused by floods every year due to inadequate warning systems that exist today. Making a flood disasterwarning application is used to receive information in the form of the latest water level conditions that are designed usingultra sonic sensors, So as to minimize the number of flood victims. Ultrasonic sensors detect water levels above 11cm, soArduino sends a signal to Android to instruct the Android to send a water warning SMS that has reached the standby pointto the user using the SMS Gateway Method, so users can receive SMS notifications about water levels in real time.

Abstract

WhatsApp is the most popular chat application to communicate recently. Every smartphone user uses this application for sending text messages or video messages. Whatsapp claims that almost 55 billion messages are sent every day. The users spend an average of 300 minutes each day on Whatsapp, both on personal and group chats. One of the favorite features of WhatsApp that eases for mass chatting is group chat. Every WhatsApp user usually has at least five groups, including family, friends, offices, campuses, schools, communities, etc. Generally, the users do not know what happens in a WhatsApp group. To overcome this problem, the author designed a WhatsApp group data analysis application. To deal with, this study designed an application which can provide information about participationstatistics for WhatsApp group members, chat growth statistics in a WhatsApp group based on Month, Day and Hour. This applicationcan also find out often discussed content or words that are often mentioned in a WhatsApp group. Later the information will be presentedin a graph that is easy to understand

Abstract

Video conferencing that currently exists only displays objects on media such as monitors, smartphone screens and projectors.The design of communication media that the writer will build will display the object in a hologram. Holographic mediamakes objects come alive. Android smartphone-based video conferencing will be connected to four monitor screens facingthe sides of a trapezoidal building. Where this tool will be able to be used for an interest in a meeting if the director oraudient who is unable to attend can attend the meeting wherever and whenever.

Abstract

At this time to turn on the waterwheel on shrimp ponds, electricity sources from PLN are used or often also use generatorsas a backup power source. So to overcome this problem, a hybrid system with an energy source from Photovoltaic (PV) -PLN-Batteries with voltage output is used to drive a waterwheel in a shrimp pond. The purpose of this study is to reducethe use of electrical energy from PLN and also generators with fuel oil which will gradually run out of energy sources. Themethod used includes PV with a power of 200Wp and an output voltage of 12V, the energy generated by the PV is receivedby the solar charge control which is stored in a 3000 mAh capacity battery. The output voltage generated from PV isdetected by the ZMPT sensor 101B (voltage sensor) which will provide input data to the PLC to be processed with amaximum voltage of 25VDC, when the battery voltage is empty, the PLC will change the input of electrical energy that wasoriginally supplied from the battery into an electrical energy input from PLN sources. The results of the system simulationare obtained that every condition that is tried can be run in accordance with expectations, namely the voltage sensor candetect each voltage signal from the three voltage inputs originating from PV, PLN and also the battery.

Abstract

The process of sorting oil palm fresh fruit bunches in the loading ramp is carried out by male operators in the form ofactivities to reduce and raise oil palm bunches to trucks with the weight of oil palm bunches ranging from 20 kg to 25 kgusing a corner. workers have to manually raise oil palm bunches by piercing oil palm fruits and raising them into truckscausing operators to complain of muscle pain (MSDs), the complaints experienced by operators are increasing in proportionto the number of trucks that must be loaded or unloaded. So from the above problems the authors make a new innovationthat is Portable Oil Palm Bunch Loader Conveyor into the Transport Vehicle. The palm oil bunch loader loader is poweredby a DC motor with a 12 volt voltage, the source of energy from car battery batteries that are on site. On this conveyor thereare 2 legs (pedestal) front and back, the height of the rear legs 50 cm (fixed) and the front legs can be set at a height of 100cm (slope 9̊) and a height of 140 cm (slope 14̊), at a height of 100 cm with a load of 46 kg voltage of 12.03 Volts, current134.0 mA, motor speed of 5.4 rpm and at an altitude of 140 cm with a load of 46 kg voltage of 12.03 Volts, current of 151.4mA, motor speed of 5.4 rpm. From the results of testing the conveyor is able to transport oil palm up to a weight of 46 kginto a transport vehicle in one charge.
