Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Inovasi Tehnologi dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Terhadap Kinerja Prajurit Batalyon Roket-1 Marinir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh antara variable independen yaitu Inovasi Tehnologi (X1) dan Manajemen Pengetahuan (X2) dengan variable dependen yaitu Kinerja Prajurit (Y). Bahan penelitian diambil dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner yang berjumlah 85 anggota dari jumlah populasi 565 anggota Batalyon Roket 1 Marinir dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Adapun nilai koefisien determinasi atau R-squared adalah 0,429 yang artinya bahwa Inovasi Teknologi dan Manajemen pengetahuan sebesar 42,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan atau tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini pada dasarnya menunjukkan adanya implikasi manajerial yang penting untuk memberikan perlakukan khusus pada kedua variabel ini yaitu Inovasi Teknologi dan Manajemen Pengetahuan. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan SPSS v.25.0 bahwa hasil Uji F-Test (Simultan) menunjukan didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,000. Karena nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka keputusannya H3 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Inovasi Tehnologi dan Manajemen Pengetahuan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja prajurit pada Batalyon Roket 1 Marinir Jakarta. Dengan demikian, Inovasi Tehnologi dan Manajemen Pengetahuan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja Prajurit Batalyon Roket-1 Marinir Jakarta.

Abstract

The research implemented aims to determine the effect of social media marketing activities with the dimensions of entertainment, interaction, customization, trendiness and ewom on purchase intentions through the mediation of brand image on sports shoes. The research method uses a side technique, namely non-probability sampling which also includes judgmental sampling as a guide that is used in determining the sample. The population used is social media users such as instagram, facebook, tiktok, whatsapp and youtube as well as getting to know the nike, adidas, ardiles, reebok and diadora sports shoes as many as 350 people in which questionnaires are distributed using social media. The tool used to manage data is SmartPLS. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the dimensions of social media activity that have a direct or indirect influence on purchase intention are customization, trendiness and ewom.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran mengenai bagaimana Kontrak Psikologi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja prajurit milenial yang berdinas di lembaga pendidikan tertinggi TNI Angkatan Laut Seskoal. Studi ini merupakan studi cross sectional, dimana rancangan penelitiannya adalah non experimental, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Data kuantitatif didapatkan dari 97 prajurit milenial Seskoal yang dipilih menggunakan cluster sampling dari 128 prajurit. Alat pengukuran menggunakan kuesioner (likert-scale) yang disusun dengan mengacu kepada teori Psychological Contract (Rousseau, 2000), Organizational Commitment (Meyer dan Allen, 1997) serta teori Kinerja (mangkunegara, 2001). Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Psychological Contract dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja prajurit milenial di Seskoal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze and determine the application of the springate method in bankruptcy in the plantation sub-sector in wetlands listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The total population of the study was 19 companies in the plantation sub-sector, while the number of samples was 14 companies using the porpusive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that in 2017 there were 6 plantation sub-sector companies that were predicted to experience Non-Financial Distress conditions and 8 companies were predicted to experience Financial Distress conditions. In 2018 there are 4 companies that are predicted to experience Non-Financial Distress conditions and 10 companies are predicted to experience Financial Distress conditions. In 2019, there were 2 plantation sub-sector companies that were predicted to experience Non-Financial Distress conditions and 12 that were predicted to experience Financial Distress conditions. Abstract

The purpose of this study is analyze the factors that influence the financial inclusion of domestic tourism with a quantitative approach. The research findings contain novelty of empirical research which is expected to contribute to the study of financial inclusion and the study of the preferences of tourism which are still very limited. The object of research is a member of the Cheap Holidays Facebook group who has been actively traveling in the last three years. Based on the multivariate linear regression analysis technique, partially it turns out that only financial behavior variables have a significant positive effect on financial inclusion, while financial literacy and financial skills variables have no significant effect on financial inclusion. However, simultaneously these three variables have a significant positive effect on financial inclusion. It is recommended that further research expands respondents and integrates demographic and geographic data for domestic tourism for a more comprehensive analysis of the determinants of financial inclusion. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is purposed to know the investment performance by using Magic Formula which is introduced by Joel Greenblatt (2006). The population in this research are 58 companies which fulfill the criteria by the sample of 48 companies which is obtained by using the purposive sampling. Magic formula is the selection strategy of simple stock by ranking the stock based on return of capital (ROC) and earning yield (EY). Portfolio is formed by choosing the top thirty stock from the total rank. This research is comparing the average of return and risk of magic formula in market. Rebalancing portfolio is done every year. Sharpe inddex, Treynor, and Jensen is used to measure the performance of portfolio adepted by risk. Overall, the results of this study showed that the average return Magic Formula of return (7.87%) surpassed the two reference indices of Indonesia Composite Index (IHSG) (6.32%) and Kompas100 (5.54%) during the tested period. A higher return magic formula produced a higher risk. The results of portfolio performance measurement revealed that the Sharpe Index of Magic Formula has lower performance than market performance. Meanwhile, based on the Treynor and Jensen index, the portfolio formed by the Magic Formula can surpass the market performance. Rebalancing portofolio dilakukan tahunan. Indeks Sharpe, Treynor dan Jensen digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja dari portofolio yang disesuaikan dengan risiko. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat rata-rata return Magic Formula (7.87%) mengungguli kedua indeks acuan yaitu IHSG (6.32%) dan Kompas100 (5.54%) selama periode yang diuji. Return Magic Formula yang lebih tinggi menghasilkan risiko yang lebih tinggi pula. Hasil pengukuran kinerja portofolio menunjukkan bahwa dengan Indeks Sharpe dari Magic Formula memiliki kinerja yang lebih rendah dibanding kinerja pasar. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan Indeks Treynor dan Jensen, portofolio yang dibentuk dari Magic Formula dapat mengungguli kinerja pasar. Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of work-family conflict on burnout, the influence of workplace stress on burnout, the influence of perceived supervisor support on burnout, the role of perceived supervisor support on the influence of work-family conflict on burnout, and the role of perceived supervisor support on the influence of workplace stress on burnout in female nurses at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin in the ICU, IGD and Hemodialysis Room. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research approach. This research method uses a questionnaire with 86 populations, and all of them were determined as samples as respondents. The measurement of variables used Interval Scale and Likert Scale technique with the weights scale from 1 to 5. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this indicated that (i) there was a significant positive influence of work-family conflict on burnout, (ii) there was a significant positive influence of workplace stress on burnout, (iii) there was a significant positive influence of perceived supervisor support on burnout, (iv) there was a significant negative influence of perceived supervisor support as the moderating variable on the influence of work-family conflict on burnout, and (v) there was a significant positive influence of perceived supervisor support as a moderating variable on the influence of workplace stress on burnout.
