Jurnal Riset Agama is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of scholarly research on Religious and socio-cultural studies. Particular attention is paid to works dealing with Religious studies using an interdisciplinary perspective, especially within Islamic Theology and its related teachings resources. The journal is published three times a year, in April, August, and December by the Faculty of Ushuluddin, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Indonesia The review process in this journal employs a double-blind peer-review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the ethics of social media based on the perspective of the Qur'an and state law in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. This study uses a qualitative approach through descriptive-analytical methods. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the ethics of social media in the perspective of the Qur'an and state law in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 can minimize the problems faced by social media users if understood and applied in life. This study concludes that the ethics of social media in the perspective of the Qur'an and state law in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 is indeed very necessary to control humans in social media.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of the use of the hijab today has experienced a shift in meaning, the hijab is no longer a cover for the aurat because it has become a trend or fashion for Muslim women today so that many are not in accordance with the rules of Islamic law as it should be. This study aims to discuss her interpretation of the hijab in modern times in Tafsir Al-Qur'an Wanita. The method used in this research is the maudhu'i method, which is to study the Qur'anic description of a problem in order to reveal the intent contained or hidden in the Qur'an, in order to obtain clear and comprehensive results. The result of this research shows that the interpretation of verses about hijab according to Imad Zaki al-Barudi there are several factors behind the trend of hijab, including; social, culture, popularity, fashion, development of the times and technology so that new things appear that can change the nature of the hijab which is not in accordance with Islamic law. Then he also mentioned some rules in wearing the hijab in accordance with Islamic law that has been explained in this study. The conclusion of this study shows that the command in the verse of hijab is addressed to women who feel uncomfortable with the disturbance of men when they have to show the beauty and sexuality of their bodies so that it can move men's hearts. In fact, they feel very uncomfortable and feel very disturbed.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the diaspora in the view of the Al-Qur’an (Study of the Al-Qur’an Surah At-Taubah verse 122). This study uses a qualitative approach through the method of tahlili interpretation (analysis). The results and discussion of this study indicate that there is a view of the Al-Qur’an on diaspora for the achievement of national education development. This study concludes that good human resources and education can be realized by superior people. Diaspora is believed to have superior potential so that it can play a role in the process of achieving national education development by sharing and conveying the knowledge that has been obtained. This study recommends academics and researchers to develop further related to this research, to find out diaspora in the view of the Al-Qur’an (Study of the Al-Qur’an Surah At-Taubah verse 122).]]>

<![CDATA[At the Al-Muhajirin Islamic Boarding School there are SMA and MA students where the difference between the two is high school students who do not study Sufism and MA students who study Sufism, therefore both of them must have different levels of patience even though their positions are the same students. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find out how the level of patience between high school and MA students at the Al-Muhajirin Islamic Boarding School was. This study uses qualitative research methods with observation and interview techniques. The results and discussion of the research are in carrying out daily activities at this Islamic Boarding School, the importance of patience in each student to be able to face the destiny that God has determined, face God's favors and face all the trials that God has given. The conclusion in this study shows that in carrying out their daily activities at Islamic boarding schools, there are differences in the level of patience between high school and MA students. Where high school students are at the iffah level and MA students are at qana'ah. It is hoped that further research can use different research methods in order to obtain more comprehensive results.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the phenomenon of spill the tea which is included in the gibah category and is widely practiced by social media users. So this research is crucial to be discussed. The method used in this study is a type of qualitative research using library research, and also using the maudu'i interpretation method in discussing verses about the Koranic perspective gibah. The results and discussion of this show that there have been many verses of the Qur'an that have indicated the prohibition to commit backbiting and the consequences that arise from these actions. Through this research, a common thread can be drawn that backbiting can trigger the emergence of various serious problems such as hostility, mutual hatred and revenge, depression and even very dangerous if it leads to murder or suicide. However, sadly in today's era, the behavior of backbiting is increasingly being underestimated. So responding to the dangers of this backbiting action, of course, scientific studies about backbiting are needed to be able to sterilize the situation and provide positive energy so that it can minimize the rampant phenomenon of backbiting today, both in the real world and in cyberspace. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to discuss the problems in history and teachings of the Syattariyah in Cirebon. The research method is used a qualitative method with a social intellectual history approach. The results of the study show that tarekat is one way to get closer to God. tarekat can also be referred to as an institution that houses people who will follow their path. One of the existing tarekat is Syattariyah. This began to appear in the 15th century in India. Then, it spread and expanded into Indonesia to the Java area. The name of this tarekat to Abdullah as-Syattar as its founder. The teaching is known to the Syattariyah congregation in Cirebon is the practice of remembrance of the seven dignities. From this research, it can be said that in the early 15th century the Syattariyah order and its well-known teachings were the remembrance of the seven dignities.]]>

<![CDATA[This article describes the Ngasa traditional ceremony in the Jawastu Cultural Village from a theological perspective. Because it has not been widely reviewed in other studies with the theme of culture in the view of theology. This research method is a qualitative descriptive field research. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) The history of the Ngasa traditional ceremony in the Jalawastu Cultural Village; 2) Theological values contained in the Ngasa traditional ceremony; 3) Ngasa traditional ceremony in theological perspective. The results of this study are: First, the Ngasa traditional ceremony existed hundreds of years ago before Islam entered a group of followers of the Sunda Wiwitan teachings. At first the Ngasa traditional ceremony was carried out by hamlets or villages located on the slopes of Mount Kumbang. Second, the existence of theological values contained in the Ngasa Traditional Ceremony, namely: 1) Divine values; 2) Human Values; 3) Social values; 4) Value Rituals; 5) Value of life; 6) Spiritual Values. Third, from a theological perspective, especially the theological, Ngasa traditional ceremonies are not in line with Islamic creed in praying and burning incense and offerings. The conclusion of this study is that the teachings and rules of the ancestors still apply and they are afraid that if they violate these rules, their ancestors are angry, so that a disaster occurs and it is believed now, even though Islam has entered the village of Jalawastu. This proves that Sunda Wiwitan's belief is still strong and still maintains. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to discuss bad deeds as one of the lessons in the perspective of the Prophet’s hadith. This research method is library research, namely research that use books as a data source, and has relevance to the research material, namely takhrij hadith. The result and discussion of this study indicate that bad deeds are one of the lessons in the perspective of the Prophet’s hadith, namely through the learning, these bad deeds can have a positive value if they are used as a source to gain knowledge, a source to gain knowledge, and as self-development and change the way people view bad things. This study recommends to academics and research circles to develop further related to this research and be able to make bad deeds as a learning materials such as those in the hadith of the Prophet.]]>

<![CDATA[Students have busy activities, this causes students to experience health problems, both physically and psychologically. One way to overcome this problem is to sleep quality by listening to murottal Al-Qur'an therapy. This study aims to determine the murrotal method as Al-Qur'an therapy on sleep quality in students Majoring in Sufism and Psychotherapy class 2018 as well as to determine the impact of murrotal on sleep quality in students majoring in Sufism and Psychotherapy class 2018. The method used in this study was to descriptive qualitative approach, namely observation, literature study, and interviews. The results and discussion in this study show that murottal can be one of the Qur'anic therapies for students who are busy with lectures, so that they have good sleep quality. The conclusion of this study is that murottal Al-Qur'an therapy has a positive impact on sleep quality in students with a method that can be easily done by everyone.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to discuss the concept of dhikr in the Qur'an as mental health therapy for bipolar sufferers by explaining verses related to the concept of dhikr in the Qur'an as a therapy for bipolar disorder. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using the thematic interpretation or maudhu'i research method, this method seeks to collect verses from the Qur'an regarding the problems or topics to be discussed and then analyzed so that they will become a unified whole. The results and discussion of this study show the concepts offered by the Qur'an related to dhikr that can be used as a therapy for bipolar disorder which results in an imbalance of mind and soul which states the impact of dhikr to create peace and tranquility of the soul. This study concludes that there is an effect of dhikr that affects the mind and also the heart as mental health therapy for bipolar sufferers, namely with dhikr a person will feel peace and peace in his soul which makes the mind balanced, clear and more focused so that different feelings change automatically. drastic for people with bipolar can be controlled. Peace by remembering Allah swt. will seep into the heart and mind then dhikr not only has an impact on the mind which gives rise to clear thinking but more than that, dhikr also has an impact on the heart which creates peace of mind.]]>
