<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how two online media, www.mediaindonesia.com and www.kompas.com, framed the news coverage of Puan Maharani's image as a presidential candidate for the Republic of Indonesia in 2024. This study used a qualitative method using a framing analysis knife by Robert Entman's model. The framing analysis method used is to analyze the 10 news items in the two online media about the imaging of Puan Maharani as a presidential candidate for 2024. The measurement is carried out by defining problem models, diagnosing problems, making moral judgments, and treatment recommendations. The results of the study concluded that the news coverage of two online media, namely mediaindonesia.com and kompas.com about the news of Puan Maharani as a presidential candidate for the period 2024-2029 using Robert Entmant's framing analysis model, is known that the online media are www.kompas.com and www.mediaindonesia.com jointly conduct moral judgments (moral policies) by criticizing the use of common sense (make sense) when there are state officials like Puan Maharani who have ambitions to become the head of the state (president) in an atmosphere of concern for the people.]]>

<![CDATA[Rubber plantation is one of the important sectors for the Indonesian economy. In rubber plantations all work activities can require a lot of labor. In fact, the wages of plantation workers are much higher due to government intervention and the existence of strong trade unions. Apart from cash, the company also provides other facilities such as housing and other health care facilities. The formulation of the problem from this research is How the Socio-Economic Condition of the Rubber Plantation Workers' Family in Bangun Sari Village, Lima Puluh District, Batu Bara Regency. The socio-economic living conditions of the workers will be an indicator of how much wages are earned from the company where the workers work, and through this wage it will be seen how the workers' consumption culture is with the various facilities provided by the company. In this condition, the wages earned by the workers will be a benchmark for the extent to which the workers can still live properly and the socio-economic conditions of the workers can be fulfilled. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with an inductive approach which describes the problem based on the existing facts. The results of this study are the education level of the family of plantation workers is relatively low, while the socioeconomic conditions of the families of rubber plantation workers in Bangun Sari Village, Lima Puluh District, Batu Bara Regency already have a fairly decent life where their average income is sufficient to meet their needs and they have owns a private house with permanent conditions as well as several other assets. The conclusion is that with this low level of education, they only have jobs as plantation workers. ]]>

<![CDATA[The village head has a very important role in mobilizing the participation of the younger generation in the field of development. However, there are several obstacles experienced by the community or youth organizations in carrying out these activities, including the lack of socialization carried out by the village head and the lack of communication links that are carried out so that it becomes an attraction for researchers to want to conduct research on how a village head is able to be close to youth organizations. The focus of this study was to find out how the village head's interpersonal communication in fostering youth organizations and what factors were supporting and inhibiting the village head's interpersonal communication in fostering youth organizations. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research obtained, it shows that interpersonal communication carried out by the Karang Anyar Village Head in fostering youth organizations by establishing friendships in the form of direct meetings and sharing to discuss and provide direction with youth so that the youth organization will be even better in the future. While the supporting factor is the use of appropriate language for youth, who have different levels of understanding. The obstacle faced by the village head was the difficulty in understanding the different characters possessed by each youth. ]]>

<![CDATA[The feminist movement is a movement of women to reject everything that tries to marginalize and demean the dominant culture, both in the political, economic, and other social fields. By Pramoedya Ananta Toer, the story of a nyai is portrayed through the character Nyai Ontosoroh in the novel Bumi Manusia. Pramoedya describes, Nyai Ontosoroh is not just a nyai who is only a sexual object and the colonial master's social prestige. Nyai Ontosoroh presents herself as no longer just a concubine, a pet, and a display for her master. Likewise, the obnoxious nature attached to the nyai was denied by him. Nyai Ontosoroh transformed herself into a different nyai. The formulation of the problem in this writing is what is the symbolic meaning of the feminism value of the character Nyai Ontosoroh in Pramoedya Ananta Toer's novel Bumi Manusia? The purpose of this paper is to find out the symbolic meaning of the feminist value of the character Nyai Ontosoroh in the novel Bumi Manusia by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the semiotic analysis technique of Ferdinand de Saussure. The depiction of the character Nyai Ontosoroh in the novel Bumi Manusia is very thick with feminism values, where there are elements of freedom, power, and justice in it.]]>

<![CDATA[There are several components of marketing communication that we can find in the Tourism Village of Jabu Sihol Pematang Siantar such as the communication mix or marketing mix, marketing communication mix, and marketing communication objectives. This strategy is in line with the vision and mission of the Jabu Sihol Tourism Village so that information is conveyed to the target and goes according to what is expected. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained came from 6 informants. The data sources used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. written in field notes and then personal documentation, photographic images. The stages in the data analysis process are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results obtained from this study are all subjects feel that the existence of the Jabu Sihol Tourism Village can have an economic impact on the surrounding community. The conclusion of this research is Marketing Communication as a strategy in developing Jabu Sihol Tourism Village Pematang Siantar. And involve the community around the Jabu Sihol Tourism Village in activities to preserve Batak culture.]]>

<![CDATA[Sustainable Development or SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals) is a Global Development Agenda which has 17 Goals or objectives with the implementation not only focusing on human development but also environmentally friendly economic development and environmental development. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the directing function of the village head is in implementing the SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals) program in the Desa Tani Makmur Rengat Barat. The purpose of the study was to find out how the directing function of the village head was in implementing the SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals) program in the prosperous village of Rengat Barat. The type of research used in this study was a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis. The results of the research on the Implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) Program on proper sanitation were in accordance with what was planned in its implementation, which was in accordance with the predetermined distance. This can be seen from the obstacles that occur, for example the lack of education about clean water and proper sanitation where it is difficult to change people's habits in carrying out this program.]]>

<![CDATA[Internal supervision is carried out by supervisory officers who come from special supervisory institutions which are formed internally by the Government or Executive agencies. The Nusajadi Farmers Group collaborates with the Village Unit Cooperative in Tangkahan Village with the E-rdkk program to record the amount of agricultural land owned by each farmer. In the distribution of subsidized fertilizers to each farmer through farmer groups in their respective neighborhoods, some of which have been recorded through government programs that are related to the Medan City Agriculture Service. The formulation of the problem in this research is the strategy of internal supervision of subsidized fertilizer distribution in the context of the transparency of the E-rdkk Program in Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Internal Supervision Strategy for Subsidized Fertilizer Distribution in the Context of Transparency of the E-RDKK Program in Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach with qualitative analysis. The data collection technique or method that the author uses in this research is the Interview Technique and In-depth Interview (in-depth interview). The data analysis technique used in this research is inductive data analysis. Inductive data analysis is drawing conclusions that depart from specific facts, to then draw general conclusions. So the authors conclude that the Internal Supervision Strategy for Subsidized Fertilizer Distribution in the Context of Transparency of the E-rdkk Program in Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan has been achieved but has not been implemented effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[This study focuses on intercultural interactions in the Rewang Tradition which is a tradition belonging to the Javanese Ethnic. The aim of this research is; (1) to find out what actions were taken while carrying out the Rewang tradition (2) to find out the response of the Simalungun Bataknese ethnic group to their interactions in the tradition. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this study were observations and interviews. The data obtained were obtained from 6 informants, namely 3 ethnic Javanese and 3 ethnic Simalungun Bataknese. Data analysis in this study using a qualitative descriptive method begins by examining all available data from various sources, namely interviews with informants and observations that have been written down in field notes. The stages in the data analysis process are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or levers. The results obtained from this research are the actions taken in each series of events including pre rewang, namely holding counseling, asking for permission and asking for help regarding the event to be carried out (tonggo rojo). When rewang everyone involved does the task that has been mutually agreed upon. After rewang, the manufacture of marrow porridge is intended for people who are involved in rewang. inter-ethnic reciprocity regarding their involvement in every tradition they carry out is the hope of the Simalungun Bataknese and Javanese Ethnics.]]>

<![CDATA[Physical disability is a condition that is damaged or disturbed as a result of impaired shape or resistance to bones, muscles, and joints in their normal function. This condition can be caused by illness, accident or can also be caused by congenital. Therefore, children with disabilities must receive special education through special schools where there is a Self Development Program for the independence of children with disabilities, especially at Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat Kota Medan. The research was conducted at Yayasan Pembinaan Anak cacat Medan with Disabilities in Medan. The key informants in this study were the Principal of the SLB-D School and the teachers at Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat Kota Medan. Data collection techniques with literature study, observation, and interviews. The data obtained in the field were then analyzed by researchers who described it with a qualitative approach. Finally, conclusions can be drawn from the results of this study. The results showed that the Self Development Program was carried out through an assessment carried out by teachers on children with disabilities to determine the needs and abilities of each child with disabilities in their respective classes. The Self Development Program analysis uses general ADL activities (Activities of Daily Living General Classification), namely self-care activities, ambulation or movement activities and hand activities. ]]>
