Abstract

Job rotation is another way renew employee motivation. However, job rotation does not always go smoothly. It is possible that the job rotation plan that has been programmed by the company, causes protests from employees who feel that they are already established in their current position. Therefore, such a policy must be based on accurate data and information on individual performance. Another thing, it is important to consider that job rotation should be based on the competence of the employee concerned. They must be prepared in advance at least in the form of orientation at the new job site. It is so important to build a manager's competence, because a bad (incompetent) manager can have a bad impact on the company, and can even bring down the company. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to improving the quality of managers, in order to obtain appropriate competencies as expected by the company. Where one of the ways to develop and improve the competence of managers, is through job rotation. This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial competencies on job rotation at PT Pos Indonesia Regional IV Jakarta. The results showed that the managerial competencies variable had a significant positive effect on job rotation (p = 0.006). The fit model with existing data is based on the Goodness-of Fit Index criteria with the results of the Chi Square evaluation of 1100.906, with a significance level of 0.056 and the value of RMSEA (0.021), GFI (0.783), AGFI (0.762), CMIN / df (1.071), TLI (0.983) and CFI (0.984). Keywords: Managerial Competencies, Job Rotation

This research method uses quantitative research, the population in this study are all lecturers of Bengkulu City Administration College with a total of 38 people, the sample used is Random Sampling which means by random sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results showed that discipline had a significant effect on lecturer performance at the Bengkulu City College of Administrative Sciences. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Work Welfare has a significant effect on the Performance of Bengkulu City Administration College of Higher Education, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t> t table (3.021> 1.689) and (sig a = 0.005 <0.050), this means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Discipline (X1), Work Welfare (X2), together affect the Performance of Lecturers (Y) in Bengkulu City Administrative College, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of Fcount> Ftable (10.068> 3.27) and (sig a = 0,000 <0.050). This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the correlation coefficient test, it is obtained the value of R = 0.604 and the coefficient of determination obtained the value of R2 = 0.365 value has the meaning that Discipline (X1), Work Welfare (X2), contributes a significant influence of 0.365 or 36.5% on Lecturer Performance (Y) In Bengkulu City College of Administrative Sciences. While the remaining 63.5 or 63.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Discipline, Job Welfare, and Lecturer Performance

The sample in this study were 95 customers who saved at BNI Syariah Kota Bengkulu. Sampling using a questionnaire is done by incidental sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that from the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the direction of regression has a positive value with the equation Y = 2.466 + 0.192X1 + 0.221 X2 + 0.212X3 + 0.287 X4. The coefficient of determination is 0.577. This means that trust (X1), commitment (X2), communication (X3) and conflict handling (X4), affect loyalty (Y) by 57.7%, while the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other variables which are not researched in this study. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, meaning that together trust (X1), commitment (X2), communication (X3) and conflict handling (X4) have a positive effect on loyalty (Y) . The partial hypothesis test results show that trust has a positive effect on loyalty with a significance value of 0.017 <0.05, commitment has a positive effect on loyalty, a significance value of 0.006 <0.05, communication has a positive effect on loyalty with a significance value of 0.017 <0 , 05, conflict handling has a positive effect on loyalty with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05.Keywords: Trust, Commitment, Communication, Conflict Handling, Customer Loyalty
