Abstract

The title of this research is the influence of empowerment and self efficacy to semployee performance at Sales Division (PT Mayora Kota Bengkulu). This research is based on important of performace in an organization. Perfomance can be influenced by several factors. The suspected factors are empowerment and self efficacy. This research aims to analyze the influence of empowerment and self efficacy to performance. The object of this research salesman in Sales Division at PT Mayora Kota Bengkulu with metode nonprobabilistic sampling method. The reason of choice this sample that the information needed can get by one group who have certainty information are sales employee. The method collected data by used questionnaire. Using multi linier regression data analysis technique, the result of this research can be concluded that empowerment and self efficacy have significant end positive influences to employee performance at sales division (PT Mayora Kota Bengkulu). Abstract

This is a survey research with a quantitative approach based on the importance of teacher performance in a school. This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance. The object of this research is the teacher in the district of South Bengkulu, Pino. The number of respondents in this study was 131 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded that the intellectual intelligence variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Spiritual Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance Keyword: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, promotions, and product variations on purchasing decisions (case study of Kampung Kecil Restaurant of Bengkulu City). The problem in this study was whether the store atmosphere, promotions, and product variations affect the purchasing decisions. There were 80 respondents as the samples taken by accident (accidental sampling). The data was collected by using the questionnaire. The analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that the store atmosphere had a significant effect on the purchasing decision of the consumers in the Kampung Kecil restaurant because a significant value of 0.046 was lower than 0.05. The promotion had a significant effect on the purchasing decision of the consumers because a significant value of 0.015 was lower than 0.05. The Product variations also had a significant effect on the consumer of purchasing decision because a significant value of 0.00 was lower than 0.05. The coefficient of determination of R square was 0.721. It meant that the purchasing decision can be explained 72.1% by the independent variables namely the store atmosphere, promotion, and product variations. While the rest (100-72.1% = 27.9%) is affected by other factors that are not examined in this research. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Promotions, Product Variations, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The study was conducted with the formulation of the problem in the study are: How the influence of organizational learning, market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance at BRI Bank Bengkulu Branch Based on the results of research and analysis of the effect of variables on Marketing Performance (Y) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch can be drawn conclusions as follows: From the multiple linear regression equation can be known: Y = 0.271 + 0.332 X1 + 0.458 X2 + 0.176 X3. And that Organizational Learning (X1), Market Orientation (X2), and Product Innovation (X3) have a positive effect on Marketing Performance (Y) at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch. Between Organizational Learning (X1), Market Orientation (X2), and Product Innovation (X3) in improving Marketing Performance have a close and positive relationship. This is evidenced from the correlation analysis R = 0.829 (82.9%) and almost close to 1. And the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.687 or about 68.7% while 31.3% is the contribution of other variables not examined. Of all the most dominant variables is the variable that most influences on Marketing Performance (Y), at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch, the Organizational Learning variable (X1) partially influences by 0.007 out of 30 respondents turned out to have a very significant effect because the Leaders and Unit leaders want a change in the work system and in accordance with the wishes of respondents in choosing the leadership and unit leaders they want so as to improve Marketing Performance (Y), at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch. Abstract

Every company not only expects capable, capable and skilled employees but most importantly they want to work hard and want to achieve maximum work results. In an effort to improve work performance, work experience, promotions and mutations are needed. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, promotion and mutation on the work performance of PT. Agro Muko-Mukomuko Estate. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. This study analyzes the effect of work experience, promotion and mutation on the work performance of employees of PT. Agro Muko-Mukomuko Estate. the population in this study were 70 employees of PT. Agro Muko-Mukomuko Estate. The sampling technique in this research is 70 saturated sampling techniques. In this study the data collection method used was Observation, Questionnaire Method (Questionnaire). Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the results show that: 1) Partially, Work Experience, Job Promotion and Mutation variables influence the Job Performance of PT. Agro Muko-Mukomuko Estate. as evidenced by the magnitude of t-counts (2,286> 1.9965) and tsig< = 0.025 <0.050), (2,593> 1.9965) and (2,390> 1.9965) and tsig< = 0.020 <0.050),, Simultaneously the variables Work Experience, Job Promotion and Mutations affect the Job Performance of PT. agro Muko-Mukomuko Estate,as evidenced by the magnitude of 20,776 with a value of 1.8626, namely (20,776> 1.8626) and tsig< = 0,000 <0.050), This shows that the variable Work Experience (), Job Promotion (X2) and Mutation (X3) significantly influence Employee Performance (Y) in PT Agro Muko-Muko Estate Employees. Abstract

This study aim to determine the effect of service quality and employee morale on community satisfaction in Kaur Distric (case study on the of the Padang Guci Downstream District Office). This study usesa sample of 99 responden who us accidental sampling technigue. Data collection technique using quistionsnaires. Data analysis technique used are multiple liniar regression. This research usese validity test,realitytest,classic assumption test,reality test,classicassumption test followed by hipotesis testing. Based on result of multiple regressionanalysis’ service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a signifikan effect on community satisfaction Ythis is evidecent by the regression equation Y = 5,124 + 0,981 X 1 + 1,860 X2 an the coefficien of determination R2 = 0,797 which means service quality X1 and employee morale X2 contribute to influence as much of 79,2 % on community satisfaction Y and 20,8 % are influenced by other factor not explained in the research. From the reserch partial hyphotesis testing (t test) it canbe seen that the variable service quality X1. employee morale X2 has a value of t count 5,910 and 0,000 < 0,05 this it can be concluded that the service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a significant effection public satisfaction Y. From the result simultaneosly ( test t) can be know F count of 0,000 < 0,05 . This Ha accepteed Ho rejected. Abstract

The accounting system in the management of village funds always emphasizes on the implementation of the principles of accountability, transparency, participatory and responsive, so that later it will be realized the implementation of good governance at the village government level. humans who do not have professional accountants. The problem raised in this study is whether the financial accounting system in the management of village funds in Talang Perapat Village, West Seluma District, Seluma Regency Has Been Done According to the Village Fund Management System Standards and the purpose of this study is to find out whether the financial accounting system in managing village funds in Talang Perapat Village Seluma Barat Subdistrict Seluma Regency is in accordance with the financial accounting system standards for managing village funds. The results of this study note that overall, the performance of village financial management in Talang Perapat Village, West Seluma District, Seluma District has been carried out in accordance with the standards of village fund management set by the government. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of capital, ability and business location on the success of SMEs at the center of souvenirs typical of Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The samples in this study were 28 typical Bengkulu business owners who were located in Soekarno-Hatta street Anggut Atas Village, Ratu Samban District, Bengkulu City. The results of multiple linear regression tests show that capital has a significant effect on the success of SMEs (tcount= 3.375 and Sig = 0.001), ability has a significant effect on the success of SMEs (tcount = 1.567 and Sig = 0.009), and business location has an effect on the success of SMEs (tcount = 3.861 and Sig = 0.002). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of supervision of employee work performance at the Head Office of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bengkulu. Total samples are 60 peoples. Data collection techniques used in this study were obtained from questionnaires, literature studies, and observations. By using a simple linear regression analysis method, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of simple linear regression test obtained the regression equation Y = 6,847 + 0.924X this figure shows the influence of the Supervision variable (X) on the Job Performance variable (Y). After that proceed with using the hypothesis test (t-test) with the results of the t-test that is with tSig for Oversight variable (X) that is equal to 0,000 and a significance of 5% obtained sig = 0.05. So the hypothesis is tested with the criteria that tSig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that the Supervision variable (X) has a significant effect on Job Performance (Y) at the Head Office of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bengkulu. This study is based on the importance of switching barrier on repurchase intention samsung android based smartphone. Switching barrier consists of switching costs, alternative attractiveness, and interpersonal relationships. This study aims to determine the effect of variable Switching Barrier (Switching Cost, Alternative Attractiveness, Interpersonal Relationship) partially or simultaneously to repurchase intention Samsung Smartphone based on Android In Faculty of Electrical Engineering Department of Engineering University of Bengkulu. Object of this study is the Faculty of Engineering Department of Electrical Engineering University of Bengkulu, which uses samsung android-based smartphones, with accidental sampling method sampling.
