Abstract

This study aims to design and make a patient registration information system using a website with the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​and implement the workings of the FIFO algorithm in the program code. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, while the data collection method I use is interview and document collection. In the Designation of Outpatient and Inpatient Patient Registration Information Systems at the Hospital, the author implements the FIFO Algorithm (First in first out), so that it is expected that the existing problems can be resolved with information when the patient's schedule or turn time corresponds to the registration number so that the patient can estimate the time come without having to wait long. From the results of research conducted at RSUD I Lagaligo, it can be concluded that the Patient Registration Information System that has been designed and built can work as expected. The conclusions of the research results are as follows: (1) With this patient registration information system, it can facilitate the process of recording patient registration data until the doctor's examination. (2) This patient registration information system can produce output as desired. (3) Can facilitate the recording and recording of patient medical record data.

Abstract

This research aims to design Information System of Stock Control by Using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Method that can assist Putra Gusung in controlling the stock of goods. This research is divided into five stages, that is: Problem Identification, System Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, and System Testing. System design include the data modeling using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and system modeling using Data Flow Diagram (DFD), then implemented using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language and MySQL as the database. Furthermore, the system was tested using black-box testing method.

Abstract

This study aims to design a system that can help the Golden Store Happy to handle the management of gold jewelry stock, where the stock management using Last In First Out method. To obtain data and information that support the implementation of this research, conducted observations and interviews. Information Systems Stock control is designed using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), then implemented using Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access programming as a data processor, then tested using black box testing method. With this new system is expected the owner of Golden Store Happy to run the process of stock management.

Abstract

This research aims to design the application of lion barra cage system for Indonesia Lion dance sports federation of Makassar on Android smart phone and test the application made whether it can be used to conduct the lion barraque process. The literature study was conducted to collect information related to research such as the assessment of the lion dance game, android and java programming. To design the presence process, the author uses UML modeling language which consists of use case diagram and activity diagram. In its implementation, the Java programming language is used to create server and application presensi on android smartphone. The results of the analysis are designed using UML modeling language which consists of use case diagram and activity diagram. Test results above the Android platform show that the judging system created can be used to perform a lenght barging system, where a side judge residing in the match field can assess the team Is playing through his android device. So this can help the judge side to do the assessment without having to return to the jury table.

To obtain data and information that support the implementation of this research, conducted observations and interviews. Information Systems Stock control is designed using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), then implemented using Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access programming as a data processor, then tested using the Black Box testing method. With the new computer-based system is expected to store owners Toko Anugerah Jaya can run the process of stock management and sales of office supplies.

Abstract

Souvenir is one of promotional media that used by Hotel Lestari to introduce their product and increase consumer interest. These souvenir should be selected carefully, because each of those has different criteria and value. The criteria that used are price, promotional message suitability, market target reaching area, and souvenir match with target market which become target of promotion. The purpose of this research is to build a Decision Support System that can compare and choose the best souvenirs based on criteria that have been determined by Hotel Lestari. The method used in collecting data process is an interview to Hotel Lestari about the process of selecting souvenirs and doing literature study. The Decision Support System (DSS) calculation method used is Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This research build DSS design that can help the Hotel Lestari in determining souvenirs that will be given to the prospective consumers of Hotel Lestari and public. Final decision-making remains in the hands of the hotel's managers, and the system only provides an alternative choice that makes it easy to make decisions.

Abstract

This research is aimed to design a system for detecting safe parking distance using Arduino Uno, aspiring to minimize accident risk while parking. Data and information obtained from reviewing literatures about related research and testing the system. Hardware used includes Arduino Uno Board, Camera, TFT LCD Screen (Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display), Ultrasonic sensor, and a buzzer. Camera and Ultrasonic Sensor placed behind of vehicle which can help user in parking. Picture data obtained from Camera then displayed on TFT LCD which are placed on dashboard. To improve system accuracy, ultrasonic sensor are placed on rear bumper of the vehicle for reading distance which results are displayed to TFT LCD Screen and signals in sound. In result, sensor call still read well distance of the object if the position parallel to the object, when sensor position above object, sensor can read at a certain distance. Position of objects that get closer to the sensor make the level of sensor readings accuracy higher. Moreover in Camera OV7670 testing, Camera still can capture image well in the room that much light, whereas in the room less light images produced blurry.
