Abstract

The study was aimed to find out whether or not the emotional intelligence, communication, and working environment individually have a significant effect to the work performance of the civil servants. The respondents in the study were all the state servants working in three public service offices, including the Office of Integrated Investement and Business Permits, the Vehicle-Tax Payment Office (Samsat), and the Office of Population and Civil Administration. The sampling method was a saturated sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the result of analysis, it could be concluded that the variables of emotional intelligence, and working environment individually have no significant effect to the work performance of the employees. One variable having a significant effect on the work performance among the civil servants is the communication. However, the three variables simultenaously have significant effects to their performance. From the findings, it is suggested that the offices should explore more deeply the emotional intelligence, communication, and the working environment to improve their staffs. Abstract

This paper proposed the idea to remove the wage system based on stipulated in Law No. 13 of 2003 on Employment, and build a new system based on the Employment Act with a new revenue-sharing and self-management. The idea is implemented by means of disseminating discourse abolition of the wage system and replace it with a system of profit-sharing and self-managed workers’ sector alliances. And workers alliance solidarity and create strategis for action both mass action and structural measures. Intended structural action is to conduct a judicial review of Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning anything pertaining to wages in the employment relationship, to be blasted in Article 28D (2) of the 1945 Constitution. Then prepare an academic paper about the result and the self-management system in-Law the new Labor Law to be submitted to Parliament and Kemenarkertans. Then the discussion is mengkawal the text has to be approved and implemented. Later sharing system and self-management will be a new system in Employmet Act new. Later there will be no more that workers took to the streets, which is considered to impede the course of the national economy. No more demands for wage increases, minimum wage, working hours, outsouring, freedom of association, and other demands. Because of this new system makes workers obtain kedaulatannya, while industrialist also not left out of the corporate world. With this new system, then sociaty will succesfully obtain justice, well-being and economic independence. Keywords: self-management, profit sharing, wage laborers.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of insider ownership. debt policy, dividen payment policy and profitability partially and simulianeusly on stock return on the manufacture companies registered in BEI in 2010-2012 The data of this research was from audited financial report and annualy financial report gained from www.idx.co.id. The sample of this research was the manufacture companies registered in BEI in 2010-2012. The analysis technicue was by double linier regression. The result of this research showed that simultaneusly, insider ownership, debt policy and dividend payment policy efectted significantly on stock return. Partially, only 1 independent variable that was profitability that effected positively significant to the stock return, while insider ownership had a negative significant effect, and partially, debt policy and dividen payment did not affect on stock return. the researcher suggested that the investor of insider ownership variable and profitability could be applied to explain stock return of the maufacture companies then this ratio could be the investor's consideration in analyzing the company's performance that influance the stock return rise Keyword : Insider Ownership, Dept Policy, Dividen Payment Policy, Prifitability Stock Return

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dealer di Purbalingga baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah dengan cara sensus, yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada seluruh responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda dengan tingkat signifikan (α) 0,05.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa karakteristik pekerjaan dan gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Karakteristik pekerjaan, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci : Karakteristik pekerjaan, kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, kedisiplinan, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, komitmen normatif baik secara persial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode random sampling, yaitu dengan menggunakancara teknik pengundian,dengan kriteria karyawan tetap yang berjumlah 317 dengan sampel 77. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi berganda dengan tingkat signifikan (α) 0,05, dengan uji t dan uji F untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik, komitmen normatif secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kedisiplinan, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Motifasi intrinsik, kedisiplinan, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, komitmen normatif secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Motivasi intrinsik, kedisiplinan, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, komitmen normatif dan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The aimost this research were: 1) to find out whether there was any difference on consumers stratification of indomaret and alfamart m,inimarket in Dukuhwaluh area. 2) to find out the differing factor on consumers stratification of indomaret and alfamart minimarket in Dukuhwalu area. This research used primary data gained from questionnaire. The data was analyzed by compare means independent t test, descriptive analysis with SPSS program. The result of the research showed that the service quality of indomaret and alfamart minimarket was supposed to be good by most of their consumers. There was a significant difference in the comparison between indomaret and alfamart minimarket based on dimension of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible as well as the overall quality. Based on the t test result of indomaret and alfamart, responsiveness dimension was regarded as the responsiveness dimension was not suitable as expected eiyher by the consumers of alfamart or the consumers indomaret. It indicated that it needs the betterment of service quality, specially in responsiveness dimension. Keyword :consumers stratification, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible.
