Abstract

Information is an important thing in any place. No exception in the world of education. In an educational institution, the existence of information can help and bring benefits in many ways, some of which include formulating policies and determining programs that will be launched by schools. The existence of accurate information cannot be separated from a good management system and is supported by qualified human resources in educational institutions. So as to produce professional school governance. This paper will review how the implementation of management information systems in SMP Islam Terpadu al-Ummah Jombang. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data used through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research are 1. Application of Management Information Systems at SMP Islam Terpadu al-Ummah Jombang using Dapodik data processing applications and information technology to support the learning process. 2. Factors that support the management information system with the Dapodik system to collect data on educators, students, and employees. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Management Information System are errors and delays in providing data from each work unit.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an adalah kitab suci yang Allah turunkan melalui malaikat Jibril kepada Nabi terakhir yaitu Nabi Muhammad Saw sebagai petunjuk dalam kehidupan manusia untuk mencapai kemakmuran hidup di dunia dan akhirat. Kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an bagi umat Islam menjadi sebuah keharusan, sudah seharusnya diajarkan sejak dini. Terdapat beberapa metode yang bisa digunakan dalam mengajarkan Al-Qur’an kepada santri. Salah satu metode praktis yang sering dipakai guru dalam mengajarkan Al-Qur’an kepada santri adalah metode qiraati. Belajar Al-Qur’an menggunakan metode qiraati dilakukan langsung dengan membaca atau mempraktekkan bacaan Al-Qur’an secara tartil sesuai kaidah ilmu tajwid dengan 4 tahapan: 1) kelas pra qiraati, 2) kelas jilid 1-6, 3) kelas Al-Qur’an, 4) kelas akhir atau finishing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran al-Qur’an di TPQ Hidayatussibyan Kecamatan Subah kabupaten Sambas terbagi ke dalam tiga kelompok, yaitu kelompok dasar (mengenal huruf dan makhraj atau santri yang masih terbata-bata), kelas menengah yaitu santri yang sudah bisa membaca al-Qur’an, namun masih terdapat kesalahan seperti mad wal qasar, tajwid, dan lain-lain. Sedangkan kelas atas adalah santri yang belajar tilawah atau jenis-jenis lagu dan tahfidz al-Qur’an. penggunaan metode qiraati pada kelas dasar di TPQ hidayatussibyan sangat efektif, hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an santri setelah menggunakan metode qiraati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas X MAN 2 Tanjung Pura dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 siswa yang terdiri dari 36 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 36 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest control group desaign. Dari pengolahan data diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen pada hasil pretest = 69.40 dan pada hasil posttest = 75.69. Sedangkan nila rata-rata kelas kontrol pada hasil pretest = 69.30 dan pada hasil posttest = 70.13. Dari perbedaan nilai rata-rata tersebut terlihat bahwa rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas eksperimen lebih unggul jika dibandingkan dengan rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning. Hasil perhitungan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis kovarian (Anakova) pada data pretest dan posttest kelas eksperimen diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (20.18 > 3.98) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TSTS berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas X MAN 2 Tanjung Pura.

Abstract

This study is qualitative research and using a case study approach. This study aims to make a description, picture, or painting systematically, accurately, and factually about the properties, facts, and the relationship between the phenomena under investigation. The results showed that the application of the sorogan method in the An-Nahdliyyah Islamic boarding school went well and was effective for the learning process of students, especially in learning maha>rah qira>`ah. With the application of the sorogan method, students are able to read and understand the material in detail, besides that students can also enrich their insight and knowledge through direct question and answer with the ustadz (teacher in Islamic Boarding School). For the ustadz, this method is very useful to know the ability of each student in-depth, so that the cleric can find solutions to overcome learning difficulties or problems experienced by students. Hopefully, it is able to motivate the students to always be enthusiastic in learning, especially in the study of maharah qira`ah by using this sorogan method.

Abstract

Pademi adalah wabah yang berjangkit serempak di mana-mana, meliputi daerah geografi yang luas. Penyebaran Virus Covid-19 cukup membawa dampak pada tatanan kehidupan dunia. Dampak penyebaran virus semakin cepat dan sangat berpengaruh pada dunia pendidikan. Semua sekolah tutup, sistem pembelajaran yang selama ini dilakukan dengan tatap muka harus menggunakan daring atau online. Berbagai cara yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk menggunakan metode-metode pembelajaran melalui Daring selalu menghadapi banyak kendala. Salah satu pilihan adalah dengan metode active learning. Active learning atau belajar aktif merupakan cara belajar mengajar yang mengoptimalkan keaktifan siswa. Rancangan pembelajaran yang mencerminkan kegiatan belajar secara aktif perlu didukung oleh kemampuan guru memfasilitasi kegiatan belajar siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Sehingga ada korelasi yang signifikan antara kegiatan belajar guru dan kegiatan belajar siswa. Sebab mengaktifkan belajar siswa berarti menuntut kreativitas dan kemampuan guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode active learning merupakan salah satu cara guru mengajar dengan tujuan agar siswa mampu belajar secara aktif, kreatif dan menyenangkan. Keaktifan siswa belajar dibuktikan melalui kesediaan mereka menyampaikan pendapat atau kemampuan mengungkap kembali hal-hal yang baru saja dipelajarinya. Apalagi aktifitas ini dibarengi dengan keinginan siswa untuk berani mencoba mempraktekkan apa yang dipelajarinya di depan kelas. Kreativitas adalah pengalaman mengekspresikan dan dengan mengaktualisasikan individu dengan alam, dan dengan orang lain. Dengan demikian kreativitas guru mengajar merupakan usaha untuk mengekpresikan pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dalam bentuk tingkah laku dengan tujuan untuk mendidik dan membimbing anak didiknya kearah peningkatan pengetahuan sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Learning Islamic Religious Education is a compulsory subject in school institutions that contains the teaching of Islam, which involves students. The purpose of this study is to implement the rights of students with special needs in the realm of education, especially Islamic religious education. The research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that: learning planning uses a learning implementation plan (RPP) and curriculum, learning implementation is carried out once a week, learning evaluation is carried out through assessment which aims to determine the ability level of students with special needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership, decision-making, and organizational culture to the working discipline of Muhammadiyya High School 5 Todanan Blora. This research is the quantitatively research. The population of research is all educators and education personnel of Muhammadiyyah High School 5 Todanan Blora. A research sample size of 28 educators and educational personnel, selected based on purposive sampling techniques. Instrument preparation is made in the form of a questionnaire, with an answer of 1-5 scale, consisting of 20 grains. The instruments used to collect data are those that qualify for the construction analysis and valid status. Its reliability is calculated by the Cronbach Alpha technique. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression techniques to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study proved: (1) There is no influence between the principal leadership of the work discipline; (2) There is no influence between the decision making of the work discipline; (3) There is no influence between the organizational culture of the work discipline; (4) There is no influence between the leadership of the principal, decision-making, and organizational culture together with the work discipline.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze curriculum planning; (2) curriculum organization; (3) curriculum implementation; and (4) curriculum evaluation at SMP Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junwangi Sidoarjo. This article uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study are: (1) The curriculum planning of Kutubut Turost Studio in Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junior High School is based on the vision, mission, and goals of the school. (2) The organization of the Kutubut Turost Studio curriculum at the Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junior High School is divided into four areas that handle tasks proportionally with the aim of facilitating the implementation of the curriculum. The four fields include the Santrian Division which consists of the student council and the SKT and STE program, the Curriculum Division (7 student obligations) dealing with prayer discipline, language discipline, learning discipline, hygiene discipline, and security discipline, extra-curricular fields including tausiyah and ACEN recitations, PGPQ and reading the Qur'an, Muhadharah, Haulya qoryah, PJ Guest House and other extras and the field of pesantren economics including cooperatives, canteens & restaurants, ALBER and Wartel. (3) Implementation of the curriculum, namely the class level through the division of teaching tasks and the boarding school level through learning activities in the classroom and activities outside the classroom. (4) The evaluation of the curriculum carried out at the Kutubut Turost Studio at the Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junior High School was based on several things, namely: based on needs and suitability, and based on proposals based on semester exam results and observations made by homeroom teachers and tutors. Meanwhile, there are three curriculum evaluations conducted by Sanggar Kutubut Turost at SMP Bilingual Terpadu 2, evaluation in the cognitive field, evaluation in the field of character and personality, and the last evaluation in the field of discipline.

Abstract

The research method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation, a document study, in-depth interviews, and data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the Non-Formal Education of PKBM Wana Bhakti, Ngasem District, Bojonegoro Regency has successfully implemented a development strategy. The development strategy is carried out on the development of financing, facilities, and infrastructure, as well as the quality of graduates and student achievement. The results of the SPACE analysis result in the position of Strengths Opportunities (aggressive strategy), namely a strategy to take advantage of opportunities by using the strengths of educational institutions. The results of the SWOT analysis that produce alternative strategies are (a) developing Promotional Socialization and MoU of Fostered Villages, (b) developing Institutional infrastructure by accessing educational assistance from both central and local governments (c) developing skills so that it becomes a life skills-based educational institution. While the results of research on the implementation of the stages according to the theory of Pearce and Robinson, and Fred David. Evaluation and supervision are carried out by examining the basis of the strategy, comparing the expected results with actual results, taking corrective actions through supervision, regular meetings, and making reports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the student’s thinking ability in writing. This research is quantitative research. This research focuses on the results of students writing related to the ability to think creatively in writing poetry, along with the factors that influence it. The research data was taken in June 2021. The research data was obtained using a one-group design. The research data was then calculated using SPSS 16 to determine whether the data taken in one class had an effect on students or not. The results of the first study were using pre-test data and for the second research results, namely post-test data. From these data, researchers can conclude the results that have been obtained in knowing student’s thinking abilities.
