Abstract

The International Committee on Anal Matters defines a child as a person under the age of 18 and the Anal Protection Act 2002 makes it that parents are responsible for preventing marriage or early marriage. Early marriage or child marriage raises problems where the prospective bride and groom drop out of school. Early marriage is also at risk of causing problems both physically and psychologically. Bogor Regency occupies the highest ranking in West Java Province in cases of early marriage. The aim of this research is to find out the role of interpersonal communication in families in deciding early marriage. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions on early assessment actors. The results of the study show that non-verbal interpersonal communication plays a very important role in the family when deciding on early marriage. The role of parents as part of the communication system is very important where openness in family communication can resolve family disputes more quickly and wisely.

Abstract

The educator career enhancement program is an education and training activity for educators to improve the professionalism of their performance and have an impact on obtaining rewards for introducing career paths (class and functional position of educator). Various obstacles have been found as obstacles to optimizing this program so that it is necessary to evaluate the program in order to achieve effectiveness in supporting program objectives. This study aims to identify and evaluate the Career Improvement Assistance Program for Junior High School Educators (SMP) through the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) which has been running since 2013 as a basis for recommendations in decision making and planning follow-up programs. This type of program evaluation research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product) developed by Daniel Leroy Stufflebeam. Data collection instruments were obtained through interview techniques, documentation studies, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, conclusion on drawing, data display, data verification and conclusions. The results showed that the evaluation of the program's Context was in the "Good" category, the program's Input was in the "Balk and Sufficient" category. The process program is in the "Enough and Not Good" category and the Product program is in the "Not Good" category. The recommendation is that this program can be continued with improvements to the Context program, a review is needed, the input program needs to be Improved and Process, and the Product program needs Repair and Improved. The Action Plan that was pioneered was the Junior High School Educators Career Quality Improvement Training Program through the MGMP.

Abstract

Land conversion is land use change from agricultural (sector) to non-agricultural (sector). The land conversion that occurred in the Cimanggu Satu village caused work patterns to change, revenue levels to change, undertaken land area changes, and income changes. The impact of land conversion will affect the livelihood strategies that adopt attitudes. Livelihood strategies are applied by hodge households not only in the agricultural sector but also in the non-agricultural sector. The application of livelihood strategies was carried out on the engineering of agricultural livelihoods, double livelihood patterns and spatial engineering (migration). Form of livelihood strategies that are conducted are affected by the livelihood utilization of hodge household. Livelihoods consist of the utilization of human capital, natural capital, physical capital, financial capital and social capital.

Abstract

The main objective of a country's economic development is to improve people's welfare. Various indicators of development success have been offered starting from Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and per capita income, the human development index (IPM), the people's welfare index (pledge) and the economic welfare index (Eurostat). However, all of this has not yet reached the perfection of beneficial Islamic economic development, because in an Islamic perspective, these various indicators still have weaknesses, only present worldly statistics, and have not touched the ukhrawi (afterlife) aspect. On that basis, Islam introduces the concept of maqasid al-shariah or benefit as an indicator of development success. The benefit to be achieved includes safeguarding the five main elements of human life, namely faith (tawhid), soul, mind, lineage, and property (wealth).

Abstract

The research and writing of this paper is intended to provide input or suggestions to the management of press publishing in order to provide solutions to human resource quality problems in the field of journalism. Professional journalists hold firm journalistic ethics. Adherence to the code of conduct is one of the characteristics of professionalism, in addition to expertise, attachment and freedom. With the code of ethics guidelines, a journalist will not confuse facts and opinions in writing news; will not write slander, sadistic, and obscene news; will not "mortgage her freedom" by receiving an envelope; and only inform true or factual. In order to improve the competence and professionalism of journalists, starting in 2012, the Press Council held a competency test for journalists (UKW). That's why every journalist needs to improve his competence and professionalism in order to obtain a professional certificate as a journalist. The Indonesian Journalist Association organizes the Indonesian Journalism School (SI) to equip Indonesian journalists to have competence as a professional journalist. The development of the Indonesian Journalism School is done through two approaches: academic and empirical.
