Abstract

For humans, character plays a crucial part in preventing them from leaving their sphere and entering that of servants. The purpose of this study is to examine how character values are taught in elementary school-aged children's Bidayah Hidayah novels in the twenty-first century. A descriptive qualitative research approach is used in this study. The data and material used in this study come from research publications written by prior analysts and combine two sources, namely particular vital information and optional information. A way of gathering data for this study's data collecting was library research. Two things come out of this study's findings: first, individual character; and second, social character. Whereas Imam Al-unique Ghazali's personality links it to adab to Allah. In the meantime, Imam Al-social Ghazali's nature connects it to adab for teachers. Additionally, consider the effects on elementary-aged kids in the twenty-first century. Promiscuity that deviates from the norm will harm society, psychology, and the body as well as undermine morals and have a detrimental effect on future generations. As a result, through the Bidayatul Hidayah book, wisdom is attained since parents and educators can impart the value of religious education as a tool for developing into a perfect human being while also teaching children manners to Allah SWT and to educators.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is primary literacy for Muslims, including elementary age children. Likewise, for mentally retarded children the ability to read the Koran still leaves its own problems. This study aims to describe efforts to improve the ability to read the letters of the Qur'an for children with mild mental retardation through the bil hikmah method. The setting of this research was in Class VII C of the Batubara State SLB, where in this class there were three mild mentally retarded children with the initials MRF, ZM and K with different characteristics. The research will be conducted using classroom action research methods. This research was conducted in collaboration with teachers. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle starts from the stages of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The results of the research are described in narrative and graphical form from the process to the improvement results in cycle II. In the first cycle the children obtained MRF and ZM results of 65% and K 60% and the results in the second cycle of MRF, ZM and K were 85%. This shows that the bil Hikmah method is effectively used to improve the ability to read Al-Quran letters for children with mild mental retardation.

This research uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study. The data sources and materials for analysis of the study use scientific literature in the form of books, articles, seminar proceedings (national or international), and final assignments (thesis, thesis, dissertation). Furthermore, the validity of the data was tested by cross-checking the study analysis materials. The results of this study concluded that the measurement and assessment of the level of success is based on learning components, including learning methods, learning facilities, and achieving goals. Furthermore, measurement and assessment efforts must be carried out with a periodic assessment system through indicators contained in the implementation operational standards (SOP). Finally, it is said that the quality of basic education institutions can be improved after using a tiered measurement and assessment strategy, starting from the assessment of the leadership level, the level of allied subject teachers (Subject Teacher Consultations), and for each subject teacher (subject).

The implementation of rules in the classroom, including the imposition of punishment (iqab), can help students develop their personalities. A qualitative methodology and phenomenological approach are used in this investigation. employing observation, interviews, and documentation studies to gather data. data analysis that includes data display, data reduction strategies, and conclusion-making. The findings of this study show that: (1) the academic guidebook for pupils serves to socialize the idea of the "iqab"; (2) The purpose of implementing the 'iqab is to educate and stimulate students, thereby motivating them to behave well, maintain discipline, and abide by the law. Penalties must also have a high priority on benefits for pupils' education; (3) The diverse backgrounds of the students, the need for repeated warnings to get them used to following the rules of the pesantren, the students' lack of awareness, and the lack of cooperation between parents/guardians and the pesantren in maximizing the implementation of the rules are all obstacles to the implementation of iqab, and (4) The pesantren asks parents and guardians of students to assist in applying 'iqab, as well as to observe and assess the implementation each time a sanction is given to demonstrate the efficacy of enforcing sanctions on students, in order to overcome hurdles to doing so.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The phenomenological approach of the researcher tries to understand the meaning of various events in a certain setting with the perspective of the researcher himself. The use of this approach begins with silence, shown to examine what is being learned. The research was conducted at the Baja Kuning MIS, Langkat Regency, which is located in Baja Kuning Village. The application of the principal's Islamic communication to teachers, staff and students at MIS Baja Kuning has been implemented but has not been smooth and effective. Because in his leadership, the principal issued policies using downward communication, meaning that communication flows from superiors to subordinates. Likewise policies regarding lesson planning, implementation and evaluation of learning, school principals in the application of Islamic communication tend to use authoritative and consultative benevolent systems. Where in this pattern, sometimes the principal uses one-way communication, sometimes the principal as a place for consultation from subordinates, a place to issue/plan all ideas, opinions and ideas for the progress of the school.
