Abstract

This study aims to determine what the effect of the work environment on employee performance. In this study using a quantitative research method (questionnaire) with 35 informants collected from multi mart gisting atas kec. Gisting kab. Tanggamus with data analysis techniques using PLS. The result obtained from this study are work environment variables that have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi konsumen tentang promosi periklanan dan penjualan yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan, pengaruh periklanan pada keputusan pembelian dan untuk menentukan pengaruh promosi penjualan pada keputusan pembelian. Penelitian oleh penulis ada di PT. Alfamart dengan populasi pelanggan di provinsi lampung . Pemilihan responden sebagai objek penelitian yang terkait dengan pelanggan PT. Alfamart di lampung dengan metode Slovin, penelitian ini mendapatkan 43 responden. Metode pengumpulan data kuisioner. Teknik pemrosesan data digunakan untuk membantu SmartPLS perangkat lunak pemrosesan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai yang diperoleh dari jalur tabel koefisien, X1 (AD) ke Y (keputusan pembelian) sebesar 0,856 Ini menunjukkan bahwa iklan memiliki efek positif, dan nilai p values nya sebesar 0.000 berarti variabel periklanan signifikan. Dalam tabel koefisien jalur, X2 (promosi penjualan) ke Y (keputusan pembelian) dari -0,021. Ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan memiliki efek negatif dan nilai p values nya 0.846 dia lebih besar dari 0.05 jadi variabel promosi penjualan bernilai negatif dan tidak signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowing the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Operational Expenditures on Operating Income (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) at Banks Sharia General in 2015-2018. This study uses quantitative data with secondary data sources in the form of financial statements. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 4 Islamic banks. Data taken from quarterly financial reports obtained from the official website of each bank is a research sample. The results of this study show that the results of the test simultaneously (Test F) obtained F count 73,367 f table 2,53 with a significant result of 0,000 0,05, which means that CAR, FDR, NPF and BOPO jointly influence and significant to ROA. While the test results t (1) CAR has a value of t count 2.195 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.032 0.05, which means that CAR has a positive and significant effect on ROA. (2) FDR has a value of t count 2.333 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.023 0.05, which means that FDR has a positive and significant effect on ROA. (3) NPF has a value of t count 1.437 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.156 0.05, which means that NPF has no effect and is not significant towards ROA. (1) BOPO has a value of t count -14.915 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0,000 0.05 which means that BOPO has a negative effect and is significant for ROA.Keywords: CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO and ROA

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of  financialratio to measurethelevelof profitability with well partiallyor simultan. Financial ratioinclude Current Ratio This research is using purposive sampling techniqueto collect data population from financial reports 2014-2017 The analysis of data used descriptive statistics,classic assumptiontest, multiple regressionanalysis, hypothesis testing mand  analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research showed that aspartially variable Current ratio has significant influence to the Profitability,and variable Debt to equity ratio, and Total asset turn over.doesn’t have influence to Profitability, and variable NIM have dominant influence to the Profitability. While simultane ously variable Current ratio has significant influence on Profitability. Based on the results of value 47,3% of coefficient of determination(R2),all independent variables have strong influence in Explaining the dependent variable. Keywords: Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio, Total asset turn over dan Profitability
