<![CDATA[In education, the following are the general components of the curriculum: objectives, material or content, process or delivery system, media, and evaluation. Islamic Religious Education and Character Education, Pancasila Education, Indonesian Language, Mathematics, and Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) are the five primary school subject areas covered by the Merdeka Curriculum. Of course, there are four different curriculum components for each subject area. To achieve learning outcomes in each subject, everything becomes an inseparable unit. This is intended as reading material to understand each part of the subject, especially the contents of the five subject areas taught in elementary schools.]]>

<![CDATA[Lack of knowledge about the world of work, the lack of students who work according to the program of expertise, some students follow friends in choosing majors, are not too sure whether the chosen major is correct or not, and still lack knowledge or training about the world of work. The research objective was to determine the readiness of vocational high school students to face the world of work at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. The research sample comprised 40 respondents, 21 class XII TITL students, and 19 T.GEO students. This type of research is the quantitative descriptive method of field research (field research). Quantitative descriptive is research that seeks to describe or describe a phenomenon or event that is happening. The population of this study amounted to 498 students. The technique for collecting data is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement scale. The sampling technique used random sampling. Data analysis techniques use descriptive quantitative methods. From all the data, it can be concluded that the overall average score is 57.7% with a standard deviation of 0.58 which is classified as in the medium category. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that students' readiness to face the world of work is moderate. Hopefully, this research can be used as material for future consideration in vocational schools to prepare students to face the world of work.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning to read Iqra' which is held at SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih It is a routine activity that is carried out every morning after the Dhuha prayer, Iqra' learning is carried out before carrying out the teaching and learning process, namely at 08.30 WIB, reading the Koran is carried out for 30 minutes. The formulation of the problem in this study includes the following: 1). What is the method of Islamic Religious Education in overcoming reading difficulties for iqra' grade 1 students at SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih. 2). What methods are used by Islamic religious education teachers in overcoming Iqra reading difficulties for grade 1 students at SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih. This study uses a type of qualitative research, data collection techniques that the authors apply in the preparation of this article, namely observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that: 1). the method of Islamic religious education in overcoming students' difficulties in reading iqra' by using the iqro method (reading the letters of the Koran fluently) and this method does not require various tools because it is only aimed at reading it. .2) What methods do Islamic Religious Education teachers use in overcoming Iqra' reading difficulties, namely using individual, individual or individual teaching? Individuals advance one by one to the teacher according to each page. parents to encourage their children to continue learning to read Iqra' at home so that their children are fluent in reading Iqra' at school.]]>

<![CDATA[The learning process can be successful, if the teacher has views that are in line with his philosophy, meaning that the success of the teacher in teaching can be seen from the extent to which the teacher applies the plan in the implementation of learning, so that the indicators set in the lesson plan are well absorbed by students. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach research method. Qualitative research is conducted to answer research according to problems that occur in the field where the research is carried out. The author uses data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews with teachers at SDN Kedaung Wetan 5 Tangerang City. Based on the data and research results as well as analysis to draw conclusions the authors use the "inductive" conclusion method, which departs from specific data to general conclusions. So the writer can conclude that class management in the learning process at SDN Kedaung Wetan 5 Kota Tangerang has made various efforts through: teaching objectives, time management, room arrangements (facilities), grouping students in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[In understanding the characteristics of each student, it is actually heterogeneous. In this case it can be seen that not all students can participate in learning activities easily. Identification of the character of students actually requires a juridical basis and a theory. the researcher provides an understanding with the aim of identifying the character of students in class 1 at SD Negeri 15 Tangerang through techniques adapted to educators. In this study using qualitative methods and support from data collection through observation, interviews and also documentation to support the data from this study. The results of the study show that in fact the characteristics identification technique for students actually requires conformity developed by educators to be able to provide more attractiveness and adaptation to children. These techniques include self-mastery techniques, class mastery, material mastery, approaches to students and also language delivery events or even the way teachers dress. This is actually an important element in identifying the character of students.]]>

<![CDATA[In the course of the history of curriculum development, Indonesia has experienced several curriculum changes. One of the curriculum development products currently used is an independent curriculum policy. The main requirement for the implementation of curriculum policies is the construction of solid curriculum knowledge. As a result, activities designed to educate teachers about the curriculum aim to educate teachers and increase their understanding of the subject. The independent curriculum, which includes the operational curriculum as well as the instructional curriculum, is the focus of the educational objective material. Teachers at SDN Karang Anyar 2 participated in this activity. The results of the activity show that it really helps teachers understand how to implement an independent curriculum as a national curriculum by providing information and expanding their knowledge about the curriculum.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian is the language that our society uses to communicate, interact with other people. One of the important subjects taught is Indonesian at school. The problem with this research is that teachers use conventional learning techniques. The reason is that learning is not varied or interesting, it is still teacher-centered, and students still have difficulty understanding the concept of learning materials. Implementation of Indonesian language learning aims to find out strategies for learning Indonesian at SDN Cipondoh 3 Tangerang city. The research methodology which is a case study research takes a qualitative approach . This lesson was conducted in class 3 at SDN Cipondoh 3 Tangerang City. From the findings of this study it shoes that learning Indonesian in class 3 at SDN Cipondoh 3 Tangerang city is not optimal.]]>

The ASSURE model is a choice and applicable instructional design for all teachers that can be taken when they want to carry out learning activities. The purpose of this research is to find out how the teachers of SD Negeri Empang Bahagia implement the ASSURE model in learning. The research design of this research is descriptive qualitative research because the research data was obtained from a questionnaire. The results of this study are practical ASSURE models to be implemented in teaching and learning activities.]]>

<![CDATA[The learning process in the development of science and technology increasingly encourages reform efforts in the use of technological results to improve student achievement. The use of learning media is expected to help students understand and accept the learning process carried out by the teacher. In the process of selecting teacher methods, media and materials must be based on three levels of student ability and learning objectives, namely choosing the right method so that the teacher can attract and interest students during the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to develop the ADDIE Model learning design for 5th grade students at SD Negeri Empang Bahagia 3, Tangerang City. The method used is the ADDIE model which has 5 phases, the first is Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The result of this study is that the development of the ADDIE model is comprehensive and systematic. The teachers succeeded in producing teaching materials that emphasized the three main components of the active learning method, namely Jigsaw, Video Shows, Assessment Assignments.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is expected to reveal the uniqueness of the educational goals that are structured in SDN 15 TANGERANG. The strategy to be used during the exam is riveting technique through subjective methodology. The item to be contemplated is a class 1 teacher at SDN 15 TANGERANG. The interactions that will be used this time are interview and documentation strategies. The breakdown of explicit learning objectives includes only students and behaviors. The presentation technique is that most of the teachers apply a speaking strategy using powerpoint slide media which occurs when web-based learning begins and online question and answer then assignments are given online and assignments are collected. The implementation of special education is recognized by having a facilitator responsible for equipment and supplies, for example the main daily schedule called the homeroom teacher, which has configuration factors, namely: 1) Mastery of web-based learning planning; 2) Acknowledgment of educator preparation; 3) Skills in applying ideas to new situations in various ways; 4) make the school a learning association; 5) Schools can supervise in organizing, coordinating, planning and managing; 6) the capacity to overcome problems with a methodical movement towards learning; 7) Ability to describe and assess mastery results.]]>
