Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the impact of liquidity, activity, debt, profitability, and market ratio on stock return. The population used in this research was wholesale firms listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia from 2014 to 2020. This research used purposive sampling method to gather 8 firms as a sample, also used causal research to determine the impact of independent variables on dependent variable and Multiple Linier Regression to analyze the data. Result of the research concluded that debt and market ratio impact the stock return. The use of debt is proven could increase the return of firm’s stock, and also for market ratio characterized by an increase in market price of firm’s stock or a decrease of the amount of common stock equity could increase the stock return of the firms.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, price, location and environment, service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Mc Donald's in Bekasi City. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method and the sample size is 150 respondents. Respondents are domiciled in Bekasi City and are McDonald's customers in Bekasi City with a minimum requirement of having purchased and used Mc Donald's services in Bekasi City twice or more in the past month. The data in this study will be analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS software version 7.0. The results of this study indicate that food quality, price, location and environment, service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and there is a positive and significant influence between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at McDonald's restaurants in Bekasi city.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of independent variable (X), which are Recruitment, Training, and Compensation on the dependent variabel (Y) Employee Performance of PT. Indi Platform Raksasa (S-gala.com) Bandung. The method used in this study is causality. This study uses purposive sampling. Respondents inolved in this study were 54 employees. Data collecting is by distributing quesionnaires. And the method for data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression processed with SPSS program version 25. Based on the hypothesis test the results of this study is Recruitment, Training, and Compesation affect the Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables such as leadership, competence, and working discipline on the performance of employee. The population in this study were employees of PT. XYZ, division of marketing and development. The sample was obtained through the total sampling method, which in according with the criteria amounted to 65 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires to all respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study using Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that leadership, competence, and working discipline have positive influence on employee performance. It can be said that the higher the leadership, competence, and working discipline, higher the level of performance given by each employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Special Transaction Characteristics on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at Wingheng Restaurant in North Jakarta. The design of this research is to use descriptive, correlational, and causality research. In this study the data used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling that is using purposive sampling method with a number of respondents of 259 selected respondents who have visited and ate or did take away or delivery at the Wingheng restaurant in North Jakarta, as decision makers or those who made payments, who regularly eats at Wingheng restaurant at least in the last 1 month, and has recommended the restaurant to others. The research method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Transaction Specific Characteristics have an influence on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction has an influence on Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Transaction Specific Characteristics and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of selection system, traning and job satisfication on employee performance of PT. X. This studi uses non-probability sampling techiques with sampling jenuh method and amounted to 61 respndents. The technique of collecting data through a interview, and quesionnaire with a likert scale. the results of this study show that selection system, training and job satisfication influential with employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically test and analyze the effect of Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Brand Association, and Brand Loyalty on Super Indo customers' purchase intentions in Bekasi city. The research design used in this research is descriptive research and causality research. This study uses primary data collected by questionnaire.The sampling used was purposive sampling and used 210 respondents. The research data was processed by statistical programs SEM. The results showed that Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention of Super Indo customers in Bekasi City. Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty can influence Purchase Intention, because it is impossible for a customer to make a Purchase Intention without knowing and being loyal to the brand.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and test the effect of current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, earning per share, and price earning ratio on stock return. This research also aims to compare and strengthen the results of previous studies. By using purposive sampling technique, a sample of 10 companies and 70 data in the automotive and components sub-sector were obtained that met the sample criteria. The data used in this research were obtained from the financial statements of companies in the automotive and components sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2020 periode. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression panel with CEM model to testing all hypotheses. The results of this research are return on asset and price earning ratio influence towards stock return. This is because ROA and PER is the key factors that investor seek, so it can rise the stock return. Meanwhile current ratio, debt to equity ratio and earning per share has no effect on stock return.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that influence dividend policy. The independent variables in this study consist of return on equity, leverage, company growth, company size, and managerial ownership structure. The data in this study are plastics and packaging sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2010 to 2020. This study uses 5 companies and 55 samples and the sample selection procedure used is the purposive sampling method. The research test used descriptive statistics dan multiple panel regression analysis. Debt to equity ratio is the only variable has a negative influence on dividend policy, and the rest are not influencing dividend policy. It’s because a company which has a high debt cannot afford dividend to stockholders, they should pay their liabilities first, so the dividend payment will decrease.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the impact of Profitability, Company Size, Sales Growth, Liquidity and Asset Structure on Capital Structure in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2011-2020 period. The research sample used was 7 companies and 70 data, and the sample selection procedure was carried out using purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression panel with a FEM model to testing all hypotheses. The research shows that if the profitability and sales growth has a positive effect on capital structure compliance, because the higher profit and sales will give secure collateral to creditor. Then liquidity has a negative effect on capital structure because if company has a good liquidity, they usually don’t need so much debt. Furthermore, the variables of firm size and asset structure have no effect on the capital structure.
