Abstract

This study aimed to ascertain the following: consumer perceptions of Perhutani brand honey product attributes, brand image perception among consumers, factors that influence their decision to purchase Perhutani brand honey products, and the relationship between product attributes, brand image, and purchasing decisions. The study utilizes a descriptive survey method to depict variable behavior and an explanatory survey method to test hypotheses. Employing the causality research approach, the investigation focuses on the causative relationship between independent variables, such as product attributes and brand image, and purchasing decisions. The research analyzes the individual consumer/buyer of Perhutani brand Honey products at Ahmad Yani and Setiabudi Bandung outlets. This is a cross-sectional research, meaning data are gathered empirically from a sample of respondents to determine the population's views on the object of study. This study reveals that the interplay between product attributes, reference groups, and brand image significantly impacts sales. Specifically, the performance of product attributes and reference groups influences selling price trends, while product mix performance and reference groups impact brand image. Additionally, purchasing decisions are affected by the performance of the product mix and reference groups, which are influenced by selling price trends and brand image. It is important to note that there is a correlation between selling price trends and brand image, as well as between product mix performance and reference groups.

Abstract

In the realm of economics, the banking sector plays a pivotal role as an intermediary between depositors and borrowers. Unique to this industry are financial ratios like the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). In order to explore the effects of changing economic trends on Indonesian banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2016, this study analyzes variables such as CAR, LDR, ROA, and SBI. The sample size includes 27 consecutive banking companies listed from 2011 to 2016, and the analytical tool of choice is Eviews version 8. The study utilizes Least Square Pooled analysis, preceded by Fixed Effects Model and Random Effect Model analysis. The findings of this study reveal that the stock price fluctuations can be attributed to the processing variables of CAR, LDR, ROA, and SBI, which altogether account for 21.90%. Notably, the variables of CAR and ROA have a significant impact on the stock price, while LDR and SBI have no such effect

Abstract

Using multiple linear regression analysis, this research delves into exploring the effects that job engagement, career growth, and remuneration have on job contentment. Proportionate Random Sampling was the preferred technique for selecting participants, while a survey was the ideal tool for collecting data. The study gathered data via questionnaires from 63 permanent staff of M2M Solutions Ltd. The outcome of the study indicates that job satisfaction is positively affected by job involvement and compensation, while career development has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. When considering job involvement, career development, and compensation collectively, an equally positive and significant effect on job satisfaction was observed. Therefore, the three independent variables, job involvement (X1), career development (X2), and compensation (X3), can account for job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is most influenced by compensation, according to the outcome of a regression test.

Abstract

In the span of 2014-2017, manufacturing firms situated in Indonesia's stock exchange were considered for analysis of the correlation between Earnings Management as an independent variable, Leverage, Profitability and Timeliness of Financial Reporting as a secondary dependent variable and Firm Value as a major dependent variable. The prime focus of the research was to formulate an understanding of how these variables impact the aforementioned businesses. The research questions were put to the test using Canonical Correlation Analysis as a method of data analysis. Through purposive sampling, organizations available were chosen. Over a span of 4 consecutive years, a total of 104 manufacturing companies were surveyed, sampled from 26 different establishments. In analyzing and testing the data, it was discovered that while the control variable leverage and profitability had an impact on firm value, the timeliness of financial reporting did not. However, the earnings management variables made a noteworthy impact.

Abstract

Islam is a perfect religion where its teachings include all the rules in organizing the affairs of human life related to the world and the hereafter. The great guide book bestowed by Allah s.w.t through Rasulullah s.a.w became the guide of all mankind. In the Qur'an is also told about pedagogy that can be a reference for educators. The formula and theory of educational goals in the perspective of the Qur'an consists of several aspects namely tarbiyah jismiyah (physical education), tarbiyah ruhiyah (spiritual education), tarbiyah 'aqliyah (cognitive education), tarbiyah wijdaniyah (emotional education), tarbiyah khuluqiyah (moral education) and tarbiyah ijtima'iyyah (social education). The method of analogy (tamthil) is also effective in providing parables in delivering lessons. In addition, many pedagogies can be taken in surah al-Alaq and surah Luqman for educator guidance. Islam directs all the potential of human nature to be developed and developed integrated between spiritual and physical in order to be a holistic human being.
