<![CDATA[Substantially is about the journal, "Nature of Education Specialist Education Perspective" which discusses how the nature of education according to Islamic scholars and the West, and how the similarities and differences in the nature of education proposed education experts. Because so the urgency of education for human life, so many experts brainstorm to generate a wide range of scientific work as a form of responsibility in the intellectual life of the nation. According to the western version of that education as a human activity to improve the personality with the potential to foster the personal that is spiritual (mind, intention, taste, creativity and kindness conscience). Meanwhile, according to the Islamic version of education is not only the transfer of knowledge and skills alone, but can form a complete personal integrity that is physical, spiritual and moral. <![CDATA[Purpose of Education at very influential in the implementation, dynamics, direction and implementation of education at a higher education, especially at the College of Islamic Religion (PTAI). Thus it is necessary PTAI depth critical evaluation, for the formulation and the concept is very determining educational goals of the institution's goals. In the end, the quality or the quality of the education is the foundation of conceptual philosophy of education which frees and able to prepare future generations to survive (survive) and successfully face the challenges of his time. The ultimate goal of learning a particular college is scored undergraduate PTAI skilled in the art that characterized and, coupled with the values of Islam. These objectives would be achieved by managing the learning process in PTAI and one way to achieve that goal is to pack the lecture by incorporating the material into an Islamic education curriculum in PTAI. Thus, the learning process is not just a professor presenting lectures (courses) to students who menghusus in each department, but deliver the lecture material makes matter the religion of Islam as one of the basic theory in presenting the material. Students are no longer made passive but should be made the driving force of educational activities (generators). Given the purpose of education in the College of Islamic Religion which prepares students to be scholars who "is able to do something" and not only able to "theorize" in other words, can be a scholar who is not only skilled in the art but is expected to appear to have the characteristics inherent in such scholars namely Islamic scholars. Thus the need for strategies, methods, specific approaches for lecturers in the learning process to make undergraduate coupled with Islamic values. This paper attempts to put forward ideas for effective contribution to the learning process starts by seeking for becoming teachers (lecturers) PAI on PTAI.]]>

In addition, education can be a determinant, it is important for personal and social transformation process. And indeed it is the ideals of education that promote their empowerment. Education is an attempt to increase proficiency, skills, understanding and attitudes through learning and experience needed to allow humans to maintain and continue living and to achieve the goal of his life. Building a nation's character is a central issue and a national issue. There are three reasons that make the nation's character becomes important. <![CDATA[Problems of law enforcement in Indonesia is a very serious problem and will continue to grow if the elements in the system itself no change, no reform itself. Indonesian national character is not good is the main actor of incompatibilities implementation of the law in this country. It should be stressed once again, although not all law enforcement in Indonesia is bad. But law enforcement's ugliness seemed to cover any legal alignment that runs in the eyes of society. So many legal cases are alternated in a relatively short period, even at the same event. There needs to be true reform, because of legal issues is fundamental problems of a country, how the public can be secured or how people can feel the actual justice, is the law that governs all of it, and it should be underlined that the law has actually been in accordance with people's lives, but unscrupulous who wants to take advantage of personal and group the originator of all the depravity of law in this country. Needs a lot of evaluations to be done, there must be a follow clear about the fraud law that is increasingly becoming. There needs to be a separate firmness and consciousness hierarchy of individuals or groups involved in it. Need to be instilled a strong mental, embarrassment and the establishment of faith and piety that childhood should be given to the cadres of leaders and implementers of the state apparatus or other interested parties. <![CDATA[Zakat one of the Shari'ah governance seeks to regulate the economy. Pensyariatan zakat has started since the prophet of Allah was in town mecca. More serious attention be given to charity after the Prophet. located in the city of madina in the second year hijriyah, since it is the obligation of zakat in a manner perind rupah sehinggah expected to be able to serve the various needs of a society of. To explain the zakat al-Qur'an uses the term charity, infaq, Sadaqah and haq. According to the language of charity, at least, contain four main meanings: net (al-thuhr). increase (aZ-zn / adaft), grows or (al-nama), thanks to (al-Baraqah) and praise (al-madh). Zakat is a specific part of certain assets issued or disalur-kan in the manner and under certain conditions to persons or entities / agencies that particular way. Zakat should not be delayed because zakat like the poor on the rich when dissidents zakat is the individual, the government authorities have an obligation to force it, whereas if the dissidents were berkelom-pok or group people, then they must be fought until they do so.]]>
