Abstract

 Sejarah panjang dalam hidup Muhammad sebagai seorang pebisnis dalam sektor perdagangan memberikan suri teladan bagi umat manusia secara umum. Julukan al-amin yang disandang beliau merupakan bukti bahwa Muhammad orang yang sudah diakui kredibelitasnya di masyarakat Arab sebagai sosok yang luar biasa. Muhammad memang pribadi yang kompleks, selain predikatnya sebagai orang jujur beliau peroleh, ia juga sebagai seorang nabi dan rasul. Predikat Muhammad sebagai al-amin, menjadi modal utama dan rahasia sukses beliau menjalankan aktifitas dagangnya. Tercatat dalam berbagai literatur bahwa sejak kecil Muhammad sudah terkondisikan oleh alam dan keadaan keluarga maupun masyarakat sebagai seorang pejuang. Berangkat dari kepribadian beliau maka lahirlah tuntunan atau teladan yang bisa dijadikan masyarakat di zaman sekarang untuk sebagai pelajaran. Jujur dalam menjelaskan produk merupakan etika bisnis yang selalu dilakukannya. Kejujuran Muhammad sudah diakui, beliau adalah manusia yang paling jujur di dunia. Beliau selalu mengatakan dengan jujur produk/barang yang didagangkannya, jika barang itu rusak atau jelek, beliau akan mengatakan kerusakan atau kejelekan barang tersebut. Sangat jarang pedagang yang berani berkata jujur perihal kualitas barang dagangannya.

Abstract

Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa sebuah produk tentu memiliki sisi positif dan negatif, begitu juga produk dana talangan haji sesuai fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) Nomor: 29/DSNMUI/ VI/2002, tentang pembiayaan pengurusan haji kepada nasabah, lembaga keuangan syariah (LKS) dapat memperoleh imbalan atau jasa (ujroh) dengan menggunakan prinsip Ijarah sesuai fatwa DSN-MUI nomor 9/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Apabila diperlukan bisa menggunakan prinsip Al-Qardh 19/DSN-MUI/IV/2001.Pembiayaan untuk dana talangan haji ini pada dasarnya menggunakan akad Qard dan Ijarah, pembiayaan ini adalah pinjaman kebajikan atau lunak tanpa imbalan. Gabungan antara akad qardh dengan akad ijarah. Sebagian transaksi utang terkadang disyaratkan dengan akad ijarah. Disebutkan dalam hadis dari Abdullah bin Amr bin Ash radhiyallahu ‘anhuma.Banyak pendapat yang kurang setuju dengan produk dana talangan haji terutama akad yang digunakan pada pembiayaan ini sehingga masih menjadi prokontra sebagian kalangan.

Abstract

Developing micro-enterprises in Indonesia cannot be separated from banking support in disbursing financing to micro-enterprises. The role of Islamic banking in developing community businesses, especially in micro-enterprises, is to participate in providing financing to the community to develop their businesses. In this study, there are two problem formulations, namely what is the role of financing in increasing micro-enterprises at Bank Sumut Syari'ah Rongroad Medan Selayang Branch? What is the condition of the role of financing in increasing micro-enterprises before and after the existence of Bank Sumut Syari'ah Rongroad Medan Selayang Branch? And how is the role of Islamic banks in increasing micro-enterprises at Bank Sumut Syari'ah Rongroad Branch.The purpose of this study is to determine the role of financing in increasing micro-enterprises at Bank Sumut Syari'ah Rongroad Medan Selayang Branch, to determine differences in customer income before and after receiving financing, and to analyze the role of Islamic banks in increasing micro-enterprises at Bank Sumut Syari'ah. Rongroad Branch The research methodology used is a quantitative approach. The sample used is the Micro business customers of Bnak Sumut Syariah Medan Ringroad Branch in 2021 as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is simple linear regression analysis and comparison test, with the help of SPSS version 20. The results of the research conducted indicate that financing has a significant effect on increasing microfinance business at Bank Sumut Syariah Ringroad Medan Selayang Branch. The development of the customer's business occurred in increasing business capital, increasing sales turnover, increasing income, expanding business and increasing workforce. And there is a significant difference in the level of income of PT. Sumut Syariah Medan Ringroad Branch Office before and after obtaining microfinance. The average income of customers after obtaining microfinance for North Sumatra Syariah Medan Branch Office increased by 35%. Where the average income before obtaining microfinance is Rp. 3,521,579.55 and after obtaining microfinancing is Rp. 4,752,329.55.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendistribusan dana zakat terhadap Perkembangan Usaha Muallaf di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, pendistribusian dana zakat (X) dan perkembangan usaha muallaf (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer, responden yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 orang.Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS25 untuk mendapatkan gambaran umum tentang hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel zakat memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha muallaf.

Abstract

Global Market in ASEAN countries that are already familiar. An increase in competitiveness is a solution in dealing with the current free market. Not only that, during a pandemic like this, Small and Medium Enterprises are expected to be able to compete and maintain their economic resilience. However, the phenomenon that occurs in Small and Medium Enterprises in Karanganyar Village, Batang Regency is the competitiveness of SMEs in Karanganyar Village related to global markets, namely human resources, places of business, stimulant assistance from the government, and a decrease in sales volume during the COVID-19 pandemic. So that it becomes a challenge for the Village Government and the surrounding community. Therefore, there are 3 programs as a solution to empower convection SMEs in Karanganyar Village by improving the quality of human resources through capital building and technopreneur. The purpose of this study is to find out how the government's role in overcoming global economic challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Based on the research results, the potential and role of the Village Government is very large for the development of SMEs with strategies implemented through Capacity Building and Technopreneur. This provides opportunities for SMEs who have limitations in maintaining their business in facing the global market during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Label halal yang terdapat pada kemasan produk indomie mempunyai hubungan dan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian produk indomie, ditunjukkan dengan tingkat signifikan 0.001 0.05, hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa keberadaan labelisasi halal pada produk indomie memberikan nilai positif yang memiliki peluang besar dalam mempengaruhi keputusan membeli konsumen. Harga dari produk indomie yang terjangkau dan beragam sesuai dengan jenis produk mempunyai hubungan dan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk, ditunjukkan dengan tingkat signifikan 0.004 0.05, hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa harga dari produk indomie yang terjangkau dan beragam sesuai jenis produk memberikan nilai positif yang memiliki peluang besar dalam mempengaruhi minat membeli konsumen. Labelisasi halal dan harga menpunyai hubungan dan secara serentak (simultan) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk indomie. Tingkat kesadaran akan kehalalan produk indomie dan harga yang terjangkau ditunjukkan dengan adanya pengaruh label halal dan harga dengan keputusan membeli produk indomie melalui uji regresi dengan nilai sebesar 0.318 atau 31.8%. Hal ini dapat dimaknai bahwa label halal dan harga yang terjangkau secara langsung dapat memberikan informasi akan kualitas dan mutu produk sehingga mempengaruhi  konsumen dalam proses keputusan membeli.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the assumption that student interest will greatly affect a business or online shop when a business or online shop they use provides good service and provides satisfaction to consumers by providing information about the product being halal. But in reality there are still many online shops that do not provide good service to consumers, from those who provide damaged products to fraud. This research was conducted in the department of Islamic economics, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic University of North Sumatra. The population is 100 people, the sample is taken by accidental sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample based on chance if it is considered that the person who happened to be met is suitable as a data source, totaling 30 students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The researcher analyzed the data by using quantitative descriptive method by conducting statistical tests. To analyze the data, the researcher used research instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. From the results of this study, it was found that the relationship between student interest in online shops, which was strong. This means that the contribution given by the student interest variable to the online shop is valid while the remainng is influenced by other variables that are not in this study. And a review of the development of halal products regarding the online shop variable is appropriate, because based on the verse of the Qur'an QS Al-Mutaffifin/83:1-3, the buyer conducts buying and selling (commerce) with the online shop on a consensual basis, also has a contract agreed upon in the agreement. beginning. And achieve the target of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In the discussion of this thesis, we generally know that buying and selling is carried out directly, namely by a buyer seeing the goods purchased and directly paying for the goods purchased. However, along with the development of buying and selling technology, switching to online where the goods sold by a seller are posted to social media, then the buyer places an order online, and for the goods ordered in this case the payment is made when the goods have arrived. Based on the background of the problem, there are several problem formulations including, What is the form of Buying and Selling Cash On Delivery at Olshoptd_Uwik, and How is the form of buying and selling Cash On Delivery in the perspective of Islamic Business Law. The purpose of this research is no analyze the form of buying and selling cash on delivery at olshooptd_Uwik, and to find out the law of buying and selling cash on delivery in an Islamic business perspective. This research includes qualitative, namely research conducted by analyzing the problem using the method of Observation, Interview and Documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that, the Practice of Selling and Buying Cash On Delivery in the Perspective of Islamic Business Law, the case study on Olshoopd_Uwik is a discussion in which buying and selling online is carried out using the Observation/Interview method and reviewed in Islamic Business Law. This review is carried out to find out how to buy and sell cash on delivery online in the perspective of Islamic business law. Because when the author made observations/interviews with Olshoop, he did not know Islamic Business Law in terms of buying and selling cash on delivery, and only knew about the procession he was doing.

Abstract

Perkembangan Bank Syari’ah di Indonesia adalah kepercayaan Masyarakat terhadap perbankan Syariah semakin meningkat. Kondisi seperti ini dimanfaatkan oleh Bank Syari;ah untuk terus memberi pengetahua da penjelasan kepada masyarakat mengenai perbankan Syari’ah dengan tujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan pangsa pasar. Fokus penelitian ini adalah apakah berpengaruh pembiayaan musyarakah terhadap perkembangan investasi nasabah di Bank Aceh Syariah Medan. Bagaiaman perkembangan investasi nasabah di Bank Aceh Syariah Medan berpengaruh terhadap akad musyarakah dalam waktu jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara denga kegiatan, motivasi, perasaan dan sebagainya, penelitian ini di Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Jalan Sutomo Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil dari Penelitian ini Jumlah pembiayaan modal kerja akad musyarakah secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha nasabah dalam mengambil pembiayaan modal kerja akad musyarakah pada Bank Aceh Syariah Medan dengan perolehan nilai signifikan sebesar0,000 0,05.

Abstract

Mudharabah financing is one of the products that is in great demand by the public, especially MSME actors, this is because through mudharabah financing it can develop the business results of MSMEs in the community, but in this study the authors saw that mudharabah financing during the last five years had decreased. It is interesting for the author to see the relevance of the influence of mudharabah financing on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Based on the problems above, the researcher wants to know more about "The Influence of the Role of Mudharabah Financing on the Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at BNI Syariah Medan Branch, West Medan District, Medan City. Based on the background of the problem described above, it can be formulated the research question is whether there is an influence of the Role of Mudharabah Financing on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at BNI Syariah in 2016 – 2019. The research approach used is a quantitative research method. With a sample of 97 people. Based on the research, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Role of Mudharabah Financing on the Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at BNI Syariah Medan Branch, West Medan District, Medan City, this can be seen from the results of t-count greater than t-table or t-count 2.756 t-table 1980. Based on the determinant test, it shows that the development of MSMEs is influenced by the mudharabah financing variable by 60.4%, the rest is influenced by other factors.
