Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the leader in the era of digital technology at the Sudamala Resort Komodo hotel, Labuan Bajo and how the impact of the role of the leader has on improving organizational performance. This research uses a qualitative research design by conducting interviews with the General Manager at the Sudamala Resort Hotel and the Human Resources Manager, also collecting data with documents owned by the company. The results of this research are that the role of the leader greatly impacts on improving the performance of organizational members. Especially in the era of digital technology like today, the role of a leader is very important. Leaders with strong character, with the ability to lead by example, provide positive energy through a motivating presence, and become partners for team members, have a positive impact on the organization. The team members become more with integrity and responsibility. This atmosphere makes an organization in any situation, including in the development of digital technology, all members of the organization have resilience, are always innovative and creative, also work together to advance the organization.

Abstract

Teknologi keuangan merupakan bentuk inovasi layanan keuangan yang dipadukan dengan menggunakan teknologi. Teknologi keuangan memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam mengkases salah satunya yaitu pelaku UMKM. Perkembagan teknologi keuangan juga tidak jauh dari peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kemampuan teknologi keuangan dalam menjangkau UMKM serta peluang dan tantangan perkembangannya di Indonesia. Sehingga di peroleh bahwa dalam menjangkau mitranya seperti UMKM, teknologi keuangan menggunakan peluang dimana pelaku UMKM sulit dalam memperoleh pengaksesan kreditnya yang di sebabkan oleh minimnya informasi mengenai profil UMKM serta belum terpenuhinya persyaratan manajemen risiko. Adanya hambatan ini membuat peluang bagi teknologi keuangan (fintech) dengan memberikan kemudahan pembiayaan bagi pelaku UMKM. Teknologi keuangan hadir dengan menawarkan model bisnis seperti P2P lending, dompet digital, financial planer dan lainnya. Peluang dan tantangan perkembangannya di Indonesia adalah peluang : Adanya kesempatan yang di berikan OJK bagi pelaku teknologi keuangan untuk mendaftarkan diri di Ojk dan Akses yang mudah dan cepat serta tantangan : Beberapa teknologi keuangan yang belum terdaftar di OJK dan Kurangnya literasi mengenai teknologi keuangan di tengah masyarakat sehingga tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat akan teknologi keuangan masih rendah.

Micro, Small, and Medium corporations (MSMEs) are enterprise sectors that have a vital function within the financial system and may live to tell the tale all through the financial crisis in Indonesia. for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, many perpetrators experienced difficulties. The issue of acquiring uncooked materials, hampering production and distribution, the lack of facts era expertise and the obstruction of business networks makes MSME actors should innovate. Because of this, it's miles necessary to increase its competitiveness. robust synergy from MSME actors in the agency will boom competitiveness, a good way to accelerate their enterprise growth, This research targets to find out, perceive, review, examine and interpret all studies that have been achieved previously, This research ambitions to discover the business strategies applied with the aid of Micro, Small, and Medium establishments (MSMEs) in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic., The approach used is the technique qualitative studies with a descriptive technique, The consequences of the identity are anticipated to add to the literature on Micro, Small, and Medium businesses (MSMEs) that have a role in the Indonesian economy in addition to the authorities’ efforts to resolve a problem as a way to have an effect on the financial system including poverty and unemployment.

Abstract

In the restaurant industry, consumer purchase decision become the most important aspect in the life of the company because it can influence profitability, specifically for CFC Grande Karawaci. This study aims to analyze the impact of price perception (X1), brand image (X2), and location (X3) as an intervention variables on purchase decision (Y) at CFC Grande Karawaci. This research design uses a survey-based quantitative research design using a accidental sample method with (n=100) who had made purchase at CFC Grande Karawaci. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. With primary data collected directly from respondents. According to research findings, purchase decision at CFC Grande Karawaci does not effect by brand image. As well as price perception and location had a significant effect at CFC Grande Karawaci. Finally, it can be concluded that price perception and location is the important aspect at CFC Grande Karawaci purchase decision.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of cultural, social, personal, and psychology factors on consumer interest in buying Honda Beat Motor products either partially or simultaneously. The variables used consist of Culture (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3), Psychology (X4), and Purchase Intention (Y). The data used is primary data (ordinal data). Data analysis uses parametric statistics (multiple linear regression) after the data is declared valid and reliable and meets the classical assumptions. Based on data analysis, the following research results were obtained: (1) The partial results of hypothesis testing showed that cultural, social, and personal factors did not have a significant effect on consumer buying interest, while psychological factors had a significant effect on consumer buying interest; (2) The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that cultural, social, personal and psychological factors have a significant effect on consumer buying interest with a magnitude of 0.763, which means that the proportion of variation in consumer buying interest is to buy Honda Beat Motor products at Honda Mutiara Timor dealers. Star Kupang is explained by cultural, social, personal and psychological factors simultaneously at 76.30% while the other 23.70% is explained by other factors outside the regression model which were not detected in this study. It can be suggested to the management of the Mutiara Timor Star Kupang Honda Dealer that: (1) it is necessary to improve quality service, continuous promotion of potential market segments in order to foster a good view of consumers to provide suggestions, positive perceptions about the existence of Honda Beat motor products to potential consumers; (2) Psychological variables are variables that affect consumer buying interest, so it is necessary to improve the product image of Honda Beat motorbikes to shape consumer motivation, perception, learning, beliefs and attitudes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the quality of financial reporting information for the local government of Malacca Regency. This is because the quality of financial information will greatly determine decisions and describe the quality of the financial managers themselves. The variables used in this study are human resources, technology utilization, internal control systems and the quality of financial reports. The hypothesis in this study is that human resources, technology utilization and internal control systems have a partial and significant effect on the quality of financial reports. In this study, the questionnaire section was used in the data collection method. The sample in this study amounted to 155 employees within the scope of the Regional Work Unit of the Malacca Regency Government. The results of this study prove that human resources, the use of information technology significantly affect the quality of financial statement information with a significance level of 0.002 and 0.10. Meanwhile, internal control has no effect on the quality of financial reporting information. The contribution of human resource variables, control systems, use of technology to the quality of financial reports is 56.7%.

Abstract

The problems examined in this study are the Budget Realization Report, reports on changes in Over budget Balance, Balance Sheet, Operational Reports, Changes in Equity Reports, Notes to Financial Statements. In the accountability of this report it was concluded that the PUPR Office of West Aceh District. In its development, the public sector budget system has become a multifunctional policy instrument that is used as a tool to achieve organizational goals. APBD is a regional government financial work plan that will be used as a basis for carrying out development in the region. In preparing, discussing, determining and supervising the implementation of the budget, it is not enough just to look at the size of the budget, but the output must also be produced economically, efficiently and effectively for the development of the region. In this study, the authors wish to analyze the performance of the West Aceh district government by using the principle of value for money which is based on three economic ratios, the ratio of efficiency and ratio of effectiveness. The results of the study show that the performance of the West Aceh District government for the 2020-2021 period as a whole is not good.
