Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah terjadi suatu peristiwa (event study) yang membawa dampak pada berbagai bidang dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Peristiwa yang maksud dalam penelitian ini adalah Covid-19, khususnya ketika Pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan PSBB pertama kali di Wilayah Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Kondisi ini tentunya berdampak pada seluruh sektor termasuk pada perdagangan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 681 perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode penelitian selama 2 bulan (27 Februari sampai 29 Mei 2020) serta memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan dalam penelitian serta menggunakan pengujian paired sample t-test, hasilnya yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah terjadi suatu peristiwa PSBB. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa PSBB tidak berdampak pada average abnormal return yang diperoleh investor.

This study aims to analyze the difference in the exchange rate of the Indonesian rupiah against two foreign currencies: United States dollar and Australian dollar before and after large-scale social restrictions for foreign nationals as of January 1, 2021. The research method used in this thesis is quantitative research. with a descriptive approach. Using the exchange rates of the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), United States Dollar (USD), and Australian Dollar (AUD) by obtaining data through the Bank Indonesia (BI) website, in the form of a January 2021 report. Analysis conducted on paired sample test, with research results showing no significant differences, it can be concluded that foreign exchange rates in each country are stable and improving

Community empowerment funds that are managed at both the village and sub-district levels are an important aspect of community empowerment and development. East Sumba Regency certainly has a number of government programs to give funding to the community at the village and sub-district levels. However, it is difficult to control and evaluate the funding due to limited knowledge and skills. Through the program of KKN-PPM held by Universitas Kristen Wira Wacana Sumba in Kawangu Village, East Sumba Regency, an evaluation program for community empowerment funds was held. Several parties participated in this program were lecturers, students, village government officials, and the beneficiaries. This evaluation, which was carried out from 21 August to 14 September 2020, included four types of businesses, fisheries and marine business, agricultural product business, weaving business, and machine shop services. The results of this evaluation will certainly help the Government of Kawangu in determining policies related to empowerment in the future.

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah menganalisis dan mengkaji motivasi serta hygiene factor dari sumber daya manusia pada PLN Sumba Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif terhadap data yang diisi melalui kuesioner. Hasilnya motivatingfactors dan hygiene merupakan dua hal yang berbeda dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Hygienefactors dapat mencegah ketidakpuasan kerja tapi bukan merupakan faktor yang menimbulkan kepuasan kerja. Hygienefactors hanya sebagai pencegah perasaan negatif di tempat kerja. Selanjutya, motivatingfactors merupakan faktor yang memotivasi kepuasan kerja karyawan di tempat kerja

Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah usaha barbershop yang berada di Kecamatan Kota Waingapu, Kabupaten Sumba Timur, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) merupakan usaha yang relatif baru didirikan, ditambah lagi dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 semakin membuat kegiatan atau operasional usaha terganggu. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka perlu dilakukan analisis kelayakan investasi pada usaha barbershop di Kecamatan Kota Waingapu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi berjumlah empat unit usaha. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yang menghasilkan sampel berjumlah 4 unit. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara terstruktur kepada narasumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kelayakan investasi berdasarkan aspek keuangan dengan menggunakan 3 kriteria penilaian investasi. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan pada usaha barbershop menghasilkan hasil yang sama dalam kesimpulannya dimana usaha barbershop tidak layak untuk berdasarkan ke 3 kriteria.

The problem related to the low level of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in determining the cost of production in business financial management is one of the problems that often occur in the pandan leaf weaving business in Mbatakapidu Village, Waingapu City District, East Sumba Regency in East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT). Therefore, with the assistance of MSMEs in compiling and making the cost of production in three stages, namely: first, preparation and planning. Second, implementation, and third, evaluation of the community service program (PKM), the results obtained are PKM, namely business owners are increasingly aware of the importance of calculating and determining the cost of production of their business. This activity also takes place in collaboration between lecturers, students, the Mbatakapidu Village government, and the owner of the pandan leaf weaving business.

Packaging has a very important role to increase shelf life and the economic value of food products. In addition, packaging is able to attract attention of consumers so that they are interested in buying these food products. The purpose of this community service activity is that teachers and students of SMK Negeri 3 Pahungga Lodu are able to independently design packaging stickers for seaweed stick products. The method included giving materials, training in packaging design by using microsoft power point, making stick products, and accompanying of teachers and students. The results of the community service activity are in the form of seaweed stick products, knowledges and skills to produce packaging stickers for seaweed stick products. This community service activity received a positive response from teachers and students of SMK Negeri 3 Pahunga Lodu in the form of knowledge about the manufacture of seaweed stick products and attractive packaging sticker designs for seaweed stick products.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Kemasan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan umur simpan dan menambah nilai ekonomis pada produk pangan. Selain itu, kemasan juga mampu menarik perhatian konsumen sehingga konsumen tertarik untuk membeli produk pangan tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru dan siswa mampu membuat desain stiker kemasan secara mandiri untuk produk stik rumput laut yang dihasilkan oleh SMK Negeri 3 Pahungga Lodu. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini meliputi: pemberian materi, pelatihan desain kemasan menggunakan Microsoft Power Point, tahap pembuatan produk stik, dan pendampingan pada guru dan siswa. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah berupa produk stik rumput laut, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menghasilkan desain stiker kemasan untuk produk stik rumput laut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapatkan respon positif dari guru dan siswa SMK Negeri 3 Pahunga Lodu berupa pengetahuan tentang pembuatan produk stik rumput laut dan desain stiker kemasan yang menarik untuk produk stik rumput laut.

Seaweed-based processed products are still very limited in the East Sumba Regency despite the abundance and availability of seaweed (Eucheuma cottonii). Therefore, diversification of seaweedbased processed products is necessary. One such product is seaweed sticks. This activity was carried out at SMK Negeri 3 (SMKN 3) Pahunga Lodu, East Sumba Regency. The activity targeted teachers and students majoring in seaweed processing, agribusiness, and seaweed cultivation. The purpose of this activity was to empower teachers and students to produce seaweed-based products. The activities included a workshop, seaweed stick making, and mentoring. The workshop materials covered information on the nutritional content of seaweed and how seaweed sticks are made. The workshop was followed by implementing what was taught in the workshop by making the seaweed sticks. Then, mentoring was provided for three consecutive weeks. The result of this program is that the participants gained knowledge on how seaweed is processed into sticks. During the first week of mentoring, the participants produced 50 packages of 100 gr sticks, 29 packages of 80 gr sticks, and 3 jars of 120 gr sticks. In the second week, they managed to produce 89 packages of 100 gr sticks. On the third week and fourth weeks, 101 packages of 100 gr sticks and 70 packages of 100 gr sticks were produced, respectively. This shows that the participants were enthusiastic about producing and selling seaweed sticks. It is hoped that the participants will produce seaweed sticks continuously.

The micro, small and medium-sized enterprises sector in Indonesia has been increased but the level of financial literacy is still low, as a consequence financial education is needed. With the financial education provided, businessmen can manage finances, credit, savings, and investment, and risk management. This study aims to analyze the differences in financial literacy before and after receiving financial education in the district of Waingapu. The sample of this research is 150 respondents. The result found that there were significant differences in financial literacy before and after receiving financial education.

Determination of the selling price is important in marketing products, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which made almost all economic sectors weaken and made business sales, both large and micro, small and medium, to decline. One of the sectors affected by COVID-19 is food production (such as tofu and tempeh businesses). The purpose of this study is to analyze the value or determination of the selling price of tofu and tempeh products during the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, data on Usaha Dagang (UD) Solo Asri in the form of costs incurred in one-time production of tofu and tempeh during the COVID-19 pandemic. This business was chosen because it is the largest tofu and tempeh business in Kabupaten Sumba Timur. The method used in analyzing the data in this study is the method of determining the price using cost plus pricing with a full costing approach. The data used in this study is primary data where the researcher conducts direct interviews.This technique was chosen because UD Solo Asri does not have financial reports, so an interview approach is needed to obtain data. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the selling price for each product with an expected profit of 10 percent during the COVID-19 pandemic is Rp275 per 3 pieces for tofu and RP7.476 per 7 packs of tempeh.
