Abstract

Insurance problems do not only stop at transactions, but also at investments. Most of the insurance purchased by the public is actually insurance that contains maysir, gharar, and usury. This means that the money received from the investment received by the customer is also not maintained as halal. It is different from investing in Sharia insurance because there is a Sharia Supervisory Board which ensures that all insurance mechanisms and investment allocations do not conflict with Sharia law. Sharia Insurance Companies are entrusted by the participants to manage premiums, develop in a lawful way, provide compensation to those who experience disasters according to the contents of the agreed agreement deed, based on the characteristics of takafuli, tabarru and mudharabah.This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding general guidelines for sharia insurance at PT Asuransu Takaful.This study uses a Qualitative Approach that is related to phenomena that refer to the actions of economic actors, namely humans who act around economic phenomena as well as in consumption, production and distribution with all kinds of transaction derivatives and their interactions. The research results show thattabarru funds that has been collected is managed by the company on the basis of wakalah through insurance invested in various sharia investment instruments so that the funds are more productive. The results of the tabarru' investment are actually purely the rights of the participants, while the insurance company can obtain profit sharing from the investment through a tijarah contract. Companies can also benefit from wakalah bil ujrah contracts. This is in accordance with the DSN MUI fatwa No.DSN-MUI No.21/DSN-MUI/X of 2001 concerning General Guidelines for Sharia Insurance

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors that influence consumer behavior in purchasing halal products at Bagansiapiapi such as understanding the halal label, social factors and purchase intentions. This research is a qualitative research, with a descriptive approach. The sample selection technique used is a purposive sampling technique of 50 informants. The results showed that the public's understanding of halal products in Bagansiapiapi is quite high. Environmental and family factors have an important influence on consuming halal-labeled food. Meanwhile, the purchase intention variable towards the purchase of products, respondents prefer to consume packaged food labeled halal compared to non-halal products. It is expected that the findings of this study is for the business to consider adding halal labels on their products and need support from LPPOM MUI and health experts to educate the public about the importance of healthy and halal food

Abstract

The company's goals depend not only on modern equipment, good facilities, and infrastructure but also on the people who carry out this work. A company's success is strongly influenced by human resources, which are the company's driving force. Quality human resources can be seen from how the output is displayed. Therefore, companies must pay attention to the actions and needs of their workers to provide work results that are in line with company expectations. This study aims to see how the effect of compensation and leadership style on turnover is moderated by job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample size for this study was 107 employees of PT. Locco Mandiri Indonesia by collecting data through a questionnaire. SPSS or PASW (Predictive Analytics Software) is used to analyze the data in this report. The findings of this study are: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. 2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. 4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, moderated by job satisfaction. 5) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention moderated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research has a goal, namely to determine the effect of corporate image, perceived value on muzakki's decisions in distributing zakat at LAZ LMI Suamtera Selatan with an associative approach with quantitative research and the data used is in the form of primary and secondary resulting from questions answered by respondents then processed and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that corporate image and perceived value have a considerable and significant influence on the muzakki's decision to distribute zakat at LAZ LMI, namely 67.7%, and the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. This means that if there is an increase in corporate image and perceived value, it will increase the muzakki's decision to pay zakat, and vice versa if there is a decrease in corporate image and perceived value, it will reduce the muzakki's decision to pay zakat. For future researchers, it is hoped that this can be used as a reference to be able to continue and build on variables that are able to condition the state of the population and with mature techniques.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of KSPPS BMT Anduring Padang in empowering the people's economy through the financing it provides to customers. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews with sharia cooperative managers and customers of KSPPS BMT Anduring, as well as through observation and documentation, while secondary data is obtained from articles, books, magazines and other relevant references. The data analysis technique was carried out using analysis of reduction, display, verification and descriptive narration. The results of the study show: First, increasing the productivity of small entrepreneurs (customers), because, with the additional capital provided by KSPPS BMT, customers can develop their business; Second, increasing people's income, because with the financing provided, customers, can continue and develop their business and ultimately increase people's income; Third, to create jobs, the financing provided by KSPPS BMT Anduring is used by customers to start their business, this will cause a lot of workers to be absorbed in carrying out the business, especially workers from the family environment. This proves that the distribution of funds carried out by KSPPS BMT Anduring has played a significant role in empowering the economy of the community (customers) because the implications of the provision of financing provided have achieved the goal of economic empowerment of the people, namely forming a more independent society. However, KSPPS BMT Anduring should be followed by assistance in business management and giving spiritual showers in the form of religious lectures, the aim is to remind customers about Islamic principles in doing business and their obligations in paying debts so that this business can be used as one of the strategies of KSPPS BMT Anduring to minimize problem financing.
